Trump is still an influential person and has a significant influence on decision making in the country, so his statements can be taken seriously for players in the market. While most of these statements are just plain chat to keep people in tune and make themselves known

Adoption Blockchain e-Commerce to World
If this tweet is related to banning or tightening control, the price may fluctuate. As investors follow the news of the world market. Suppose investors from Russia are now waiting for a new cryptocurrency law. So of course this all influences this world.

Trumps tweet causes tumble in both cryptocurrency prices and forex prices. In fact, his tweets also cause confusion in the American government and gives the media plenty to talk about. So I am not surprised that his tweets have a say in the price movement of bitcoin. Just goes to show that investors in bitcoin are also investors in forex

Hello... Friends... Is it true Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurrency Price To Tumble? Recently I read the news Trump’s Tweets Causes Cryptocurrency Price To Tumble

Trump's voice has an effect on the world, but only the political context. I think this cryptocurrency doesn't know Trump. The ups and downs of Crypto prices depend on crypto market users.
Moreover, there is a large crypto community that wants to develop a strategy to increase prices or drop prices.

His statements and his perspectives are unstable. Unstable because he planned to do something, like manipulations. He is a businessman, right? His family run lots of business stuffs, who knows why he do this. I don't believe Trump does really hate bitcoin and crypto like he repeatedly tweeted.  Roll Eyes

Trump has pumped and dumped both stocks markets and crypto markets (just recent weeks) during his first presidential term. Personally, I don't see Trump's tweets as important things, because he tries manipulate something. Then when he achieves what he want, all things will come back to normal. We witnessed it from time to time, so please don't worry too much with next tweets from Trump.

I think it did a little, although it may also be a coincidence because shortly after tweet trump, the market went seriously deep before it started rebounding. We know that bitcoin has been in correction stage for a while now since it broke the $13k barrier and failed to further break that if $14k, since then, we have been having series of corrections in the market for a while now which even made the market go as deep as $9k several times.

Many analyst were beginning to see the possibility of bitcoin going for as low as $8k, so it was not really something not expected after trump tweet, the little irrelevant tweet only shook few people which I believe would be U.S investor, but I think there is a balance again now, and the market is already trying to break further barrier, so we should just ignore trump and forge ahead.

It's high time crypto enthusiasts stopped reacting negatively to social media posts, no matter who it's coming from. The tweet by trump should even be indirectly creating awareness for crypto, I was surprised to see market dump after the tweet. Probably some weak minds saw it as FUD. But nobody knows for sure if actually that sudden dip was caused by Trump's tweet, it might as well be a coincidence.

I think all the world leaders have started talking about complex topics like blockchain, distributed ledger, AI and bitcoin etc either positively or negatively but all these will help the cryptos to go massive in the end because all these statements are give free promotion and marketing to bitcoin.

There are many other reasons for the market to collapse. But you think that with just one tweet and it causes the market to collapse, it is a wrong thought. And so far the market is starting to go up and it will soon surpass ATH

Trump has already said a few times that crypto currencies are not going to get big and that the only true currency is a dollar. This guy has no idea about crypto currencies and those statements are worth absolutely nothing.

If Trump cares about cryptocurrencies, it is always a good news, no matter what he said.
Finally big players are afraid of the alternative of banking system.  Cheesy
The double bladed words can reflect in both short and long term effects, some might think that's bad since it's the president who's talking about crypto currency while inside the business minded person why bothered for this guy to deal about something if there's no real reason behind it, it's up for both supporters and haters to assess the real intentions of his statements.

I am very happy that US senate is more inclined to Bitcoin than to Libra. They know about the possible danger that comes with Libra.
Big companies might gain power over 2 billion people.

I don't think that Trump's statement is strong enough to create an impact to Bitcoin. We know him and we respect his opinion but I don't think his words is powerful compared to the previous president of US. Bitcoin will stay while their position are only temporary.

There are many elements of influence but I don't think President Trump's tweet affects the price of bitcoin. Falling prices are due to investor sentiment as bitcoin has grown so strongly in the previous months.

I also don't think that it is the cause of the sudden drop, we all know that any US President will say that, they just want to protect their interest, what he tweeted, in my opinion, is all about Facebook's Libra coin's intention to create new money for all their application.

If that's the case bitcoin should be back at 7000$ now not 10,500$ present value, this means trump nonsensical talks don't do a thing
