I don't play much poker these days but I have played on Luckyflop and found it to be fairly trusted. The owner seems like a nice guy and is quite helpful if you run into any problem.

A great poker room is PmPoker, the only flaw of this Room is that few players unfortunately Undecided

Great ?  Shocked I just now register in this room I can't see even 1 player Sad

It is obvious that ImFire is that site's shill or owner, no one plays there, I just ignore that site. That site owner is a bragger, he estimated his no one plays site for 4000btc, and he wanna sell 30% share, that's 1000btc, what a greedy admin.  Check out: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/quinto-btc-lottery-pm-poker-sa-6-ownership-updated-3-jul-2015-976321

For good poker sites, I recommend SWC, betcoin.ag, luckyflop.eu are the best ones. There are some new sites are good: bitcoinpoker.gg, allincrypto, cryptopoker.

4. Is there an online site where I can learn how to play poker without betting?

You can play Zynga Poker on Facebook for free, you'll get a lot of practice there because unlike the the poker online gambling sites, you'll find rooms jam-packed there.

I admit, I am a poker newbie but I really want to know more about that game. So I have couple of question to you guys:

1. I know there are many variants of poker but which variant is the most played in casinos usually?
2. Does it matter whether poker casino is pvp oriented or you play only vs house?
3. What is video poker?
4. Is there an online site where I can learn how to play poker without betting?

This may not seem to be the place for this question, but ill address it promptly

Quote
1. I know there are many variants of poker but which variant is the most played in casinos usually?

Most popular would be holdem poker

Quote
2. Does it matter whether poker casino is pvp oriented or you play only vs house?

Yes it does matter, holdem poker is actually a peer2peer oriented game, if you wish to play againts the house, I believe it is called as video poker.

Quote
3. What is video poker?

Almost the same like peer2peer holdem poker but you are playing againts the house, where there are 5 cards that is played for you, you can choose wether to keep the card or discard it. After you discarded it, there will be another cards coming to your hand. You win the game if you got at least 1 Pair

Quote
4. Is there an online site where I can learn how to play poker without betting?

Yes, there are alot and most of the poker sites offer a freeroll tournament
Basically it is a poker tournament that is free to enter, you will gain some BTC if you can finish in top 3 rank for most of the sites, although some sites use the standard payout structure

For me personally I find https://www.bitcoinpoker.gg/ to be very trusted. It's browser based, so you don't have to download anything. They have probably given out more than 2 btc in free-rolls so far and they don't put any stupid restrictions, like the other sites do and are very fair in their dealings.

Thanks for the positive feedback.

Let us know if you need any assistance. We are having hourly 5mBTC freerolls so do not miss out. Smiley

If you love Poker, I think you will love our new exciting game : All-In Poker Flips - Provably Fair block-chain based Texas Hold'em Poker betting game where you go all-in pre-flop with a hand of your choice against any hand you choose.

It is Provably Fair and features Instant Payouts !

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

All the Best,

Michelle

Statistically if everything is honest and I may choose both hands, my chances to win could be increased up to 85+%. Looks too great to be honest.

Hi frogCorporation,

Thank you for your interest in All-In Poker.

The odds for the bet are set based on the hands selection and reflect the true probability of the outcome.
All-In Poker flips is provably fair. What provably fair means is that the shuffle of the deck is completely random and you can verify that after the completion of the game.

there are many trusted poker sites that accept bitcoin
casinoroyale.com
bitstarz.com
bitcasino.io

casinoroyale.com
bitstarz.com

These 2 do not have poker, I guess you mean blackjack and bacarat, but they are table games in casino, not poker.

In general, poker is texas holdem, omaha, draw pokers and others, not including BJ and Bacarat.

Don't use SealsWithClubs. Way too much collusion. Yes, Micon will now ask me to "prove it," but all I ask you is to go look at the tables right now and see how many of the same players are playing at multiple tables together as we speak. If you have to play, play at the big, cheap tables, where there is less incentive for collusion.

If you are into freerolls, I will suggest betvippoker.com as they got 0.1 BTC daily freerolls but they do require their software to be downloaded and I can vouch that the software is clean

If you are only looking for sites with browser client, Luckyflop.eu or nitrogensports could by one of the choice for hourly freerolls, and also there are quite alot of new poker sites, such as bitcoinpoker.gg, satoshicardclub.com, allincrypto.com be sure to check the time for their freerolls or GTD

Erm, never heard about Luckyflop.eu , i guess it's kinda new poker website or something?.
about nitrogensports, there is not enough people? (at least i think so)

Not really new, they have been here since November 2014 although they use a new thread now
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/luckyflopeu-daily-free-roll-hourly-1mbc-freeroll-50mbc-tourneys-daily-961298
You should have seen them atleast their banner, they got a shiny green colour banner in the forum

And about nitrogensports , Im not really sure myself but it got some players atleast and their hourly freerolls is running fine there

PS : in 3 hours 6 minutes there will be 0.1 freerolls in betvippoker if you are into the freerolls  Wink

Cheesy I am also a poker lover, I can give you some advice.

The most popular one: betcoin.ag, sometimes has 8k players(poker players + casino players) online... WTF!!!  Cheesy Grin

Professional player Bryan Micon's site: swcpoker.eu

Best freerolls site: luckyflop.eu, they have hourly 5m and 1m btc freerolls, and usually have big freerolls every week.

Depending on what you wish to play, Seals with clubs is a good site for cash games. They don't have a browser yet but soon will do . They are also decent with tournaments.
For tournaments you can also check out betcoin poker, they have both an online client as well as a client for download.
I'm not really sure about Seals With Clubs, didn't they have problems with old website and so ?
also i heard their client is infected but it's obv lie or idk.

Their new name is swc now, and the site is swcpoker.eu . They did have a problem with the old site, and have started over again about 1.5-2 months back. Their client hasn't launched yet for the new software, and no it has never been infected and is the most trusted.

Erm, never heard about Luckyflop.eu , i guess it's kinda new poker website or something?.

Luckyflop is a new site, not sure about their traffic, but they have decent freerolls running throughout the day.
Nitrogen sports has enough people for the hourly tounries they run, but there cash games aren't much active for low stakes.
