Ditch Dent right away and switch to BAT, that is the first thing you should do. Keep Ada and Vechain but sell there rest for Cardano. Diversity your bag is good but don't spread it too thin, lack of quality if you really want a high profit turn rate.
Your bag doesn't look very good in my opinion. No wonder you consider holding something else. DENT is going nowhere while BAT is decent at best. I think Cardano is your best bet if you're looking for a high reward possibility coin.

So I'm pretty new currently own some Ada, Vechain, ZIL RSR and Flexacoin. Considering exchanging one of these for Dent, and maybe BAT.
I'm not into Bitcoin really but looking for a high reward possibility coin. ANy insight or thoughts on any of these? or any high reward/risk ones you guys like?
I don't have a huge amount invested, but thinking about just going all in on Cardano and just holding to save the stress of looking any different ones.

To air my own opinion I think the only coin I can go with in my own case is ADA, this is because the team are not the type that relent on what to do, they think it out and work it out too. Thus, I would sell all others and not invest in Dent but in Bitcoin and Ethereum since ADA is already in the wallet. Do not be driven by emotions or by what the team promises to do when they aren't taking enough steps to prove they will fulfill their mandate but go for those with proven good records.

Yes, that's our hope for Ethereum 2.0 later, if the price of ETH can reach a new ATH then people will choose again ETH as their investment, I think Cardano is also good for long term investment, but I personally no interest in investing other than ETH or BTC. Trying adding an exchange token to your portfolio, exchange tokens have a long term use case that can't go wrong, their value will keep growing, for example
1. BNB Token
2. OkB Token
3. HT token
These coins will survive for a long period of time because they are exchange tokens and top exchanges too, BNB token belongs to binance exchange and OKB belongs to OKEX while HT belongs to Huobi exchange

I agree with you that exchange coins have durability and demand but these coins you listed are already high to buy. Buying them now will be like chasing on the price. We have Prob, Tidex, Birtue and they all are exchange coins far below a $1. You can buy them now and keep to see them grow like BNB in the future.
the coins you mentioned are quite good to hold but I don't expect much from flexacoin as well as dent. I recommend you examine those coin Chainlink, tezos, Cro and BNB, if you are interested you can research more about that coin
Dent is dead and it will never come back again. Those coins must have replaced as soon as possible. Chainlink is over valued right now and I think that it's better for him to take a look at the medium coin as it will bring more insight about which is the potential coin that needs to be used as investment.

Like what he said he is new in crypto investing so he/she probably not able to explore any other coin yet with so much potentials and values than those coins is he/she holding. I bet once he get the hang and have already gain some knowledge about others coins he would have a decent portfolio.. 
ADA is growing network, in future coming different partnerships expected like Shopify integration with ADA payment will be enabled for 500000 online stores and also increasing staking holders, so I suggest ADA is best for future investment.
I really hope you did not dump your precious RSRs, right now its going insane and I believe this is only the beginning. Not a fan of Flexa, but other coins in your portfolio are definitely solid picks. Back to RSR, right now its basically listed only on one big exchange, imagine when others list it and provide a ton more liquidity. Its still a long term hold, but I think it will blow up in the coming months.
Im surprised no eth on the list OP. I like your choice and planning to buy some of those two but I believe I would do an All-in for ethereum as I believe the changes they could develop since transferring to PoS. Maybe some already started and eth is little bit late, but its ethereum we are talking about here. A good top project having the same protocol with most famous top coins now. Anyway, I think on your choices, money wise is go for vechain and ada.

We could ask him about Bitcoin too, he should show some interest in ETH and BTC first! It's what most people do, showing interest in buying top-rated coins, and when they make an investment in them, they turn to low market cap coins. I wish him luck with his choices, but if OP thinks more about it he will see that he needs to have some Ethereum and Bitcoin too, not just cheap coins.

I'm sure you know by now how DeFi projects are making people happy with their investment so I recommend that you go forthe right DeFi projects there are many now coming up be sure to so a lot of research because scammers are now infiltrating these DeFi projects, because it's the hype now.

You had better avoid Flexacoin & Dent token. i have personally analysis both of them. so cant recommended to go for Flexacoin, Although the roadmap of dent token is great but can't trust on their development. Others are okey but you should add Chain-link, Tron & eth in your list. I believe, they would have a bright future.
For ADA, Vechain, and BAT you can keep to hold. The rest you sell because it includes shitcoins that will make you lose money.
I recommend buying more potential coins, such as PHR, COMP, LINK, KCS, OKB and BNB. That's what I mentioned a few coins
that will indeed give us high rewards if we hold for the next few years.

You can go for cardano, Vechain, chainlink or Tezos, presently I haven't seen any better performing altcoin than these but I'm also not perfect, possible that I missed some details, you have to make your decision and you will be fine if the project is a very popular one So I'm pretty new currently own some Ada, Vechain, ZIL RSR and Flexacoin. The coins you suggest for him can be an option because I see that coin has a chance to be the potential coins that can increase, especially for BNB. After all, binance still makes good movements in the market. It is normal to see all of the coins that we suggested is getting down because the altcoin will still follow wherever bitcoin price goes. But the altcoin will have the time to back to the high price, and that will happen after bitcoin can stable for a while, so the altcoin will use the time to lift the price.
ADA is a good choice you have chosen but for others i cant really say . if you choose to invest all your money in ADA and wait for it to moon it might not be a very bad choice although often times we don't advise investors to put all their eggs in one basket . Spreading your risk is advisable.

I think there are other considerations for everyone who understands the development of a project. even in development, we are always faced with risk. an increase and nothing will happen either.there are assets that continue improve or develop in other words because improve doesnt always means increase in price .
they can improve thier performance too . if you understand a project and its developments , you cant go wrong anymore but you are right that not all developments are perfect but there are risk too , like the coin can have a drawback after its development and some people or miners wont like the result and they probably leave
