In my opinion BAT is better than Dent and you may consider exchanging your Flexacoin to BAT. Brave browser is becoming very popular now, recently it stands on second position at Japanese AppStore. Its users are increasing fast, BAT is worth to invest now.
Investing in cryptocurrency has a very high risk, you can get big profits and big losses in an instant. But I agree with you, we must have the courage to make a decision, and I also glance at Coin CARDANO.
Cardano is not a bad choice, I observe that this project has a good development and in terms of price I don't think it will be disappointing for investment in the future. Other suggestions maybe you need to reconsider about altcoin, ZIL, RSR and Flexacoin and replace them with ChainLink, Tezos, XLM and BNB.
It is best to invest in altcoins in the top 20 at coinmarketcap. These are the best altcoins and have active products, their current price is also very cheap compared to the past and you can buy them and hold in the long term.

I was a little surprised to see dent in your list. Because I know about dent from 2017. This project is doing development but their coins are being dumped in the market regularly. Flexacoin is a shitcoin and so much risky. It's possible to face loss due to flexacoin.dent had enough reputation in past but now it seems their team is dead.because no major development can be seen for long time.so dent should also be removed from your list
Until now I have not heard of this project, and when I checked it at coinmarketcap it seemed that the project was dead and there were no investors. So never invest in it, I believe the price will never be pumped and it is not possible for the investor to make a profit.

A good list you have made there, and as the bitcoin market price is not stable now, it is a good idea to stay away from it. On the other way, making a good and proper look at your list of coins, you may want to sell and get some coins that will surge well when the market goes high. Cardano is a very good one, Chainlink, BNB and some others that are not stable coins. Take a good look at some other coins will be of great use before you go on trading.

I suggest you focus your investment on ADA and better sell your other coins.
You can use it to buy more ADA or maybe invest it in BNB. Since you are not into bitcoin, you can also think of adding ETH to your list, so you can have a great list of coins because these are the popular coins nowadays.

Cardano (ada) is a very strong and solid project so even if you decide to go all in I don't think it is bad idea, you can also look at zillqa (zil) all this coin a majorly for long term investment, if want to make an investment with a piece of mind, you should take a longer look in this project, they have what it takes just maybe the right time for them to moon has not come yet, plus they are still very cheap.
I stumble only a few people who are not into Bitcoin and you are one of them, Bitcoin is the first coin that you should invest because every coin depends on the price of Bitcoin, I don't know what is your big reason but you should change direction and pick at least a few Bitcoin.

The choice is yours. Advice from friends in this forum you need also as a reference but if you just stay at a point I suggest not, try others that are safe if you invest.

I wouldn't advice you to go all in on one coin. It's best you diversify or stay in fewer coins that you can monitor. ADA and Bat are good picks from your list those are solid projects for long term profits hold them tight I think Bat can touch 7k sats if bull run starts also ADA can see its ATH or close to it.
That is not recommending to go all-in on one coin, including bitcoin, because we don't know what will happen later. He should have a plan, not just one plan, but if necessary, he can make more than 3 plan or strategy to face the market movements. Selecting ADA and BAT can be the right choice because this coin is not too high to buy, and I think these coins will have a chance to increase later. But he needs to analyze more to find the good price to buy, and better to make more than 2 order buy just in case if the price is going down for more.
You didn't actually stated the particular coin you would like to exchange but however I think if you want to exchange any of the coins there, then start with Flexacoin. Also, between Dent and Bat, Bat looks like a more preferred option. In addition, what to know about crypto risks is that, no cryptocurrency is without risks however where some have little risks mostly associated with major coins others have very high risk nature mostly associated with new altcoins. Lastly, I am also holding ADA because I really like the whole concept of the platform.

i love on ADA and RSR . in my opinion these coin have potency to growth alot and organicly. if compared with another coins, ADA and RSR growth cause of its fundamental that very strong in their developtment.meanwhile other coins rise caused by pump scheme , not based on natural demand from investors. I think DENT is not so good to replace it with BAT or ADA as BAT and ADA are good potential coin and DENT is not so popular nor has a big community.
Stay away from Flexacoin because this is just a bullshit project in this market. If you invest in it then surely you never get profit from it, you should choose the top altcoins in this market to invest. It will be a lot safer for your investment
l think also that Flexacoin is useless and it seems that you can not make any profit from Flexacoin investment, without Flexacoin the list is great. As you above mentioned top altcoins are my favorite for investment, in my mind, there is more chance to make profit from top altcoins investment. In my humble estimation, there is a higher risk to invest in new projects than investing in top altcoins. As you above mentioned top altcoins investment is safer than another.
Ada and tron i prepare two coin list for you. Of course you're lucky if you was holding tron. But don't forget ADA because everytime it has a good profitable coin. Anyway you should analysis then you can understand which is your best.
