COINSWAP! Turbogold will be discontinued after July 28th, please come to our discord to swap to the new coin Flexinodes (See https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.40629576)

We made some changes to the swap procedure: Every TBG holder which has a masterode running now (See https://paste2.org/JcznGcnA) will get 10k FLX for his 800TBG which means he can run a FLX Masternode. Every other staker or miner will be swapped 100:1. If you have a masternode running now, please PM ME IMMEDIATELY. I will verify that, u send your coins to a TBG burn adress and I will send you 10k FLX and you can run your Flexinodes masternode instead TBG which will be discontinued on July 28th. Please download the FLX wallet from channel #coin-info here: https://discord.gg/D6VTqx3

News regarding our swap from exchanges:

Please withdraw all coins u have on Crex24 and CryptoHub and contact me (zero24x) for swap to Flexinodes (100:1 for Stakers&Miners, 1MN from the list https://paste2.org/JcznGcnA for 1 Flexinodes  MN). The coins which are still on exchanges will be swapped by them probably after July 25th, to save them some time better swap in Turbogold Discord, thanks! We will try to tell exchanges to stop trading and only allow withdrawals for TBG.

Big news, in 1month (July 28th) Turbogold will be swapped to a new coin:

In 1month (July 28th) Turbogold will be swapped to a new coin and this one stopped. Soon we will swap all TBG coins 100:1 to a new innovative coin: Flexinodes (1st coin with flexible MN collateral.). Flexinodes is not 100% done yet, I just wanted you to prepare you of this swap. Will announce again when we are ready to swap (manual swap here). Flexinodes discord: https://discord.gg/D6VTqx3

News #1: We have now video tutorials that show you how to create a Masternode:

Good news: user @LotCooler made some great tutorial videos how to setup Masternodes, check them out: Linux VPS with windows cold wallet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZ48_aiX5mY Windows only hot wallet setup https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCLY6sI9k_A

News #2: Turbogold added to shared MN provider NAB_PROJECT

We are happy to announce the shared masternode provider NAB_PROJECT supports Turbogold now also. So if you dont have enough coins or skills to run you own MN, use their service. Link:  https://discord.gg/cmBseGk

Hello,
Please make sure you installed the dependencies like described in the guide (https://www.turbogoldproject.ml/mn-guide/) and use max Ubuntu 16.04.
If you still have issues go to discord and contact me (zero24x),thanks!
My guess is you need openssl 1.0.X.

If you dont want to use older Ubuntu check this guide to downgraden openssl to 1.0.X: https://askubuntu.com/questions/715104/how-can-i-downgrade-openssl-via-apt-get

btw asiapool.trade is not 1% fee. its at least 2%. i have 100% of the hashrate and its deducting at least 2% and sometimes a little more than that. never 1%. i dont mind 2% as long as pools are upfront and honest about it

Hello,
thanks for telling us, so miners be careful about that :-)

low masternode is a good plan. if you want to keep the network decentralized its a good plan to allow everyone to participate. but you really need to do something more. payment channels are already a crowded space. something new something different or at least partnerships that would accept your coins to give it real market value. more active development is better than stagnation though. people always look at what you are adding to the protocol. improvements. new features.

Also this project lacks future development plans. we need a roadmap where you want to bring the coin. if the reason you dont have future development planned is because you dont want to decide for the community then plan something for a voting system and vote on what we should add to the road map.

A funny coin, the award from MN does not even cover the cost of paying VPS

Hello,
You can say right now is a good opportunity to buy in cheap while the price is still low :-). Also you can setup multiple masternodes on 1 VPS usually so that 1 coin does not need to cover costs 100%.
