Just because players throw themselves to ground doesn't make it a foul, I know Turkish League is famous for players throwing themselves to ground to get the calls, which is obviously a problem in Europe for them, however that ref was based and did not give the obviously wrong fouls.

VAR checked it and saw that even before Diagne did anything those players were already moving towards falling, specially the second guy, he wasn't even standing by the time he came near to Diagne, he already jumped into falling as soon as he was around him, Diagne could have simply let him pass and he would fall anyway.

If football was played like this in Turkey at all times, players not getting calls as soon as they fall, then maybe lower level teams would learn not to fall constantly, which would mean that competition could be better. It is boring to watch 10 defenders with one goalkeeper from Anatolian teams whenever big three shows up, that is not football and drops the quality a lot and then they cry foul anytime someone touches them even slightly, watch premier league and see how hard football can be and still continue and you will see that it is miles different.

You are right. The season has just begun, it is not clear which team will win the title. But I said that if the Trabzonspor team can maintain their stable performance then they will win. Diagne did two fouls and VAR didn't even control it. There is no standard in fouls in this league.
The referee was so bad that he made countless wrong decisions. It has never been a clean match. There was huge controversy. In the end Galatasaray got 3 points and stay relevant in the race.

I feel like Diagne made foul against Afro Rizespor player possibly. But other guy literally threw himself to ground. It was close position so I couldn't be very sure but repeating it made me agree that Diagne used his shoulder roughly against first Rizespor player which should end position with faul.
For Muslera position I think it depends on referee. First yellow card was definitely deserved but second would be debatable but I wouldn't say its exactly mistake not to use second yellow. I wonder what referee rule book says about it.

I do not know about red card to Muslera, however the penalty that Rize missed was clearly not a penalty, the goal they scored started from a foul by holding the jersey as well and at the end of the day the last goal was obviously not a foul when you consider how Rizespor players were looking to throw themselves, even if it was a foul then how could ref tell the difference when the defenders were trying to throw themselves to the ground?

If you want to win or at least get a tie then defend, defend properly instead of trying to cheat the system. That is what Rize had problems with, they tried to cheat the system, they tried to prolonge the game on 90th minute as well, goalkeeper couldn't find the ball Cheesy

. It was a funny scene, and then defender stayed down for 2 minutes and he had absolutely NOTHING, of course that 8 minute turned to 10 minute because he faked injury for 2 minutes.

Goal was well deserved, and Rize should either stop trying to cheat, or if they continue then they will go down this season, which won't be upsetting anyone and by the look of the talent they have, they may not get back for many seasons as well.

I watched a bit of Konyaspor-Alanyaspor match. Konyaspor looked really solid. It is so strange to see them on of only 2 unbeaten teams in the league along with Trabzonspor. Keepers in both teams (Alanya and Konyaspor) played wery well and secured points for their teams. Galatasaray will play with Konya 2 weeks from now which will be very hard match for them. Galatasaray I think can't beat them in current form, they only play good in European football.

It was a though game but Beşiktaş got three points at home. It's important because Beşiktaş lost points two games in a row and also got a defeat in Champions League, so this crisis is over with this match. Now they have a good time to heal injured players, this international match break would be really good for them.
Güven Yalçın scored two goals and helped his team. This is what we expect from him, I hope we can see more of this performance by him. We also expect Kenan Karaman to do the same. Rıdvan is going great, despite his own goal today he's playing good. Both backs are playing at very high level. Rıdvan and Rosier did assists today.
