You know damn well Big Altay won 2 out of 2 and be the new leader thanks to legendary boss Mustafa Denizli.
Efecan Karaca made a nasty tackle and deserved that red card. Referee first showed yellow but VAR warned him and he changed cards color. After they are one man down they had no chance but to accept defeat.
Next week will be hard for Alanyaspor as they are two men down and Efecan Karaca and Famara Diedhiou will be unavailable next match.

Besiktas had a difficulty in winning against Gaziantep. They already know that they were going to play against a tough opponent. Gaziantep defended them really well and got the point at the end. I assume that Besiktas aren't happy about the result.

We can say that Nsakala is in good condition and there is nothing to worry about right now. This is more important than three points. Beşiktaş will recover and get many more wins with him. Let's go back to the pitch, both teams struggle to find positions. Beşiktaş had the ball more but they couldn't unlock Gaziantep FK defense. In second half Larin came in and Beşiktaş started good with a lot of positions but couldn't finish them. There were also some controversial positions like Kenan Karaman's penalty in first half but I don't want to talk about referees anymore. 1 point is fair enough for both teams when we look at the game overall.

I was expecting the Gaziantep - Besiktas game to be tough and it was what we got. Besiktas were the better side I think. Gaziantep were so clumsy on finding the target. They got only one shot on target. Besiktas couldn't defeat Gaziantep for the third time here. Gaziantep still have the psychological dominance.

I watched Alanyaspor’s previous match. I have seen them win. And I also saw the reluctance of their players to attack after scoring a goal. Players of any good team do not have such a mentality. Kayserispor and Adana Demirspor got their first points this season. That's a fair result, none of these teams deserve to win the match more than their opponent. Adana Demirspor promise too many things but they failed to show it in first two games. Samet Aybaba is still trying to figure out how they should play, they have too many offensive threats but finishing is not at their best level. I expect them to play better next matches, they are still new team and building takes time.

Marcao got eight matches ban for his stupid move, I just wish Galatasaray to sell the player before Summer transfer window is over. We don't want to see players like that in our league.
Second week will start today with Kayserispor - Adana Demirspor match. I expect Adana Demirspor to get their first 3 points after 26 years. Kayserispor is not on Adana's level and I expect more attacking football from Demirspor this time. Their first match loss was unlucky against Fenerbahçe. I wonder who will score first for Adana Demirspor, will it be Balotelli, Belhanda, Assombalonga or another player? This is a must-watch game in Friday, don't miss it.

We finally have left the first week of the new season. And we saw great matches.

Galatasaray were the favourite against Giresunspor and they didn't make any surprise by winning it 2-0. Diagne missed a penalty but he still scored one goal. Galatasaray supporters must be happy to see him again as he was scoring many goals before.

Trabzonspor got a very easy win against Y. Malatyaspor (5-1). The new transfers, Gervinho and Hamsik scored one goal each and Gervinho made an assist also. Trabzonspor must be happy that they had a productive match.

When it comes to Adana Demirspor - Fenerbahce, I can't say that Fenerbahce were the best but they still secured a 1-0 win with Mesut Ozil's goal. It was a valuable 3 points for them.

I agree amazing play by Trabzonspor in the first match.They destroyed Malatyaspor in the first half.Didnt expect from Trabzonspor to get so many experienced players and such good ones.They are playing really good and next to Besiktas i expect them to fight for the title.

Beşiktaş managed to beat Çaykur Rizespor 3-0. I must say they put on a good game. If Alex Teixeira and Batshuayi join this team, they can be the strongest team for the championship of the Super league. Galatasaray could not play well in the European cup matches. Fenerbahce, on the other hand, will match Adana Demirspor, the new team of the Super League, this evening. Adana Demirspor attracted attention with the transfer of Mario Balotelli. Super League had three matches today, Altay and Karagümrük got 3 points. Hatayspor and Kasımpaşa shared points. I particularly liked Daouda Bamba's performance in Altay. He came from Norwegian league and scored two goals in his first match in Türkiye. He also scored one more but it was cancelled, it was pretty bad call to be honest. There were no foul in that position.

In 1. league we watched great matches as well. Dever Orgill played great in his first match under Manisa FK shirt and did a hat-trick. Last year he played in Antalyaspor in Super League and scored only one goal in 36 games. Also in İstanbulspor İbrahim Yılmaz did a hat-trick but that wasn't enough for them, Manisa won game 3-4.
Bandırmaspor beat Denizlispor in away match. Denizlispor showed bad signs, they may not play in high level in this league and get relegated again. I hope they can recover from this situation.
Balıkesirspor beat Boluspor with only one goal, I'm happy for Yusuf Şimşek. They had a good start, last season was pretty bad for them. Maybe this year they would force other teams in play-off fight.

I was surprised when the match ended with Altay beating Kayserispor with 3-0. Bamba played very well and eventually scored two goals in the first half. Kayserispor had 62% ball possession, but couldn't score a single goal. Their performance last season wasn't impressive, they ended the season at 17th position and was close to getting relegated. They need to belt up this season, in order to lose leases matches and probably win more. Nevertheless, a big congratulations to Altay.

Mustafa Pektemek means headache. He is defensive forward, I don't know why Yalçın Koşukavak use him. They need a counter-attack striker like Boupendza. Kayserispor will be relegated if they play like that whole season.
