Antalyaspor's Haji Wright has become the club's record signing. For a 9 million euro transfer fee to Coventry City in the English Championship, the striker has become the first in the club's history. It would not be expected for such an Anatolian team to sell for 9 million euros, but I can say that he is one of the first teams to achieve this.He had a good season in our league and we can say that he paid for it with such a transfer.

Haji Wright performed very well last season. That's why Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray also wanted to sign him for a while. Antalyaspor also deserve to be congratulated. They sold him for a very good price. They also added a clause in his contract that allows them to get 20% of the next sale. He is only 25 years old and he performed well at the World Cup in Qatar with the United States. If he manages to continue the same performance in the English Championship, he can also transfer to the Premier League. I think he has that potential and he fits the qualities of a striker that world football has been looking for in recent years.
When such players from Anatolian teams are transferred to big teams, they don't make much of an impact. We have seen this a lot before and there is the example of sürğ. If this player would have transferred to one of the big 3 teams, maybe he would have faced a year that would not have been good for his career. I think he made a good decision to go to the Championship,he is a player who can develop more here and can be in better teams and he has potential.

Haji was definitely a good striker without a doubt. Plus he is definitely more than enough for a championship level team as well without a doubt. According to transfermarkt the whole Conventry City team worths 50 million, imagine how much better he is than most players there and he will be a great striker for them without a doubt. He has provided a lot of goals for the club while he was there, and he will be scoring a lot more at championship for sure. I am not sure if that %20 would mean something, if its "profit from the sale" type of deal then its not going to be much, I can't see him going more than 10 million, at most 15 million, and the profit part and %20 of the profit won't be that huge. But the 9 million they got is definitely a big number for Antalya without a doubt.

I saw this news on TV today. He had a good season in Antalyaspor. Haji Wright Stats 22/23 Match:28 Goals:15 Assists:3
It was a very good income for Antalyaspor. With this income, they can buy 2-3 players.

In addition, Antalyaspor will receive a 20% share from the next sale.

Especially Adana Demirspor are really impressing me with their early season performance now. Because they have had the most challenging opponent compared to the other Turkish teams competing in European competitions. But they still did a great job and eliminated their opponent Cluj. This is a great sign for them for this season.

I wonder if they would be competitive for top 4 once again in the Turkish Super League as well. Because this performance in the Conference League looks promising for this league at the same time for now.

I watched Besiktas' match against Tirana in the UEFA Conference League. I saw Aboubakar's body very fit. When he was transferred to us in the middle of last season, he was not physically fit. That's why he couldn't do what he thought in his head on the pitch. I hope he will not have any injury problems this season and he will be Beşiktaş's leading player on the pitch because Beşiktaş really needs him this season as the quality of the squad is a bit weak.

Fenerbahce finally got rid of Diego Rossi. Rossi has been transferred to American team Columbus Crew, earning Fenerbahce a 5.15 billion euros in transfer fees. The fact that the team got rid of such unnecessary players this year is a sign of an improvement in the team organization. Joao Pedro was loaned to Gremio. As these players will be replaced by foreign players, it is good news that players who do not contribute much to the team are leaving the team. Among the players who could leave in the near future are King, Arao and Henrique. If lincoln's injury continues, his contract will also be suspended, which is expected to be a logical move to make room for new foreign players.
The transfer of Diego Rossi to American club Columbus Crew is a good deal to not just the club but the player as well. The player hasn't been impressive in his performances for the club in recent years and has been majorly used as a substitute player.
His new club I think will give him more chances of regular first team football which will help him improve and revive his football career

Galatasaray still seem to be interested in another centre-forward transfer at the moment. According to Transfermarkt there is a recent rumour that they are interested in Taremi and Marega. If they are looking for a backup scorer then Marega would be the best choice. Because Taremi is still a wonderful scorer like Icardi. I think that transfer might create a problem about playing time for both of them. Because both of them would like to be a starting eleven player considering their current quality.

Besides Taremi transfer would cost them really much. I think they should use their remaining budget to transfer players for other areas which are in need.
I would say Galatasaray needs centreback not forward. I was personally never fan of Abdülkadir Nelsson couple. They are above average for the league but sometimes they do miserable mistakes. Teams like Galatasaray should have near perfect defence lines. Galatasaray already has Icardi and Bakambu. Halil Dervişoğlu at bench etc. But what do they have in bench for defence? Only Kaan Ayhan. Not enough in my opinion.

I can agree with you that Galatasaray would make use of a centre-back transfer more right now. Because there is an Abdulkerim - Nelsson duo in the defense line now. Maybe this duo is good enough for the Super League but not for the Champions League surely. They need a centre-back who is at Champions League standards right beside Nelsson. This would make their defense safer than before. I'm talking about Nelsson like he is staying this summer for sure though.

But according to speculations there is a possibility that he can leave the team as well. Some sources even say that Galatasaray is quite below Champions League FFP level in terms of finances. If it is true then they will need to sell someone to prevent any punishment.

I do not know who this Demirbay is I am sorry, but if he is better than Olivera then he should be very good transfer. Plus he is Turkish so it helps with their system as well, they need 3 good turkish players for the league, and they have some good bench ones we saw last night as well, which means that it is going to be a good situation for them overall, definitely helpful without a doubt.

Bayer Leverkusen paid 32 million euros to Hoffenheim for Kerem Demirbay 4 years ago and this year they definitely wanted to extend his contract. However, Kerem rejected Bayer Leverkusen's new contract offer because he wanted to play for Galatasaray. He has his own explanations about this. I think Kerem is a quality player who can take responsibility on the field when needed and can direct the team's attacks with his passing. Galatasaray did a very good job by signing him. We needed to increase the number of creative players in our midfield. Kerem was the right option with his cost and quality. In this regard, Galatasaray manager Erden Timur made the right choice again. He is behind the transfers that Galatasaray have made this season. I think he deserves a big congratulations.

Kerem Demirbay's transfer to galatasaray istanbul is perfect. after the 30-yo bayer leverkusen midfielder passed his medical check on wednesday, he signed a contract with the turkish champions that runs until the summer of 2026. galatasaray will initially pay a transfer fee of just under €4 million
I have kept seeing this all the time, I am not sure how "great" he could be, but considering the midfield issue they had, this should help them a lot. Torreira is a great midfield, a great defensive one as well, he runs and plays well, but considering Olivera played last night and wasn't all that great, putting a player in there would be great.

Nelsson and Abdülkerim are already slow speed stopper. These two stopper stand out more for their physical strength. They are already slow, and they didn't complete the training camp. That's why they disappointed the fans in the Zalgiris game. I think they will improve their performance as the team gets ready. I believe this duo will perform well both in the Champions League and in the league. I think we need a player in the midfield who can contribute to the team defense along with Torreira. I think Torreira's importance was more evident in the Zalgiris game. He alone plays an important role in the midfield.

I agree with you about that. I don't think Abdülkerim is quality enough for the Champions League. Galatasaray would make use of a much more reliable defender in his place in especially those matches.

In fact Davinson Sanchez was on the agenda for them to sign a short time ago. But there is still no update on that news. Instead of spending a lot of money for another centre-forward they should focus on bringing Sanchez to the team. He is a pretty good defender and quite young as well - 27 years old. They would make use of a quick defender as much as possible. It is important to deal with fast players wishing to make it to the box to create absolute goal chances.

Fenerbahçe has signed Miha Zajc for a new 3-year contract. Fenerbahce, who re-signed the midfielder, also announced the signing of Mert Müldür in addition to this transfer. Mert's transfer was very important for the Turkish national team in terms of fullback rotation. After this transfer, if Cengiz Ünder also joins the squad, we can say that they can have a very large squad as a domestic rotation. Besides, Livakovic's situation is uncertain. The amount that will be given to Cengiz as a fee is important here.

I feel like this is going to be a season for just two teams overall and no other team will get even remotely close to them. Fenerbahce and Galatasaray looks like they are near or above 200+ million valuation, it's just those two that is above that 100 million level. Think about it, there are no other teams over 100, and those two are above 200 instead. That type of gap makes me think that there is a big potential that it's either one of those teams to win it.

I do not know much about Turkish football maybe, not the inside, but I know my bets. I will bet for these two to win parlay bets all season long for me, and sure they will lose sometimes, they can't win all games, but I bet that it will be profitable enough for me, I will give it a go.

In general those two teams nearly always compete until the end but Anatolian teams like Başakşehir or Adana Demirspor are never to be underestimated. They look like they have low value squads but many many times they find gems from different continents like South America or Africa or just Eastern Europe. Only problem with Turkish clubs is about their defences. Most of teams have bad back players especially because there are not many talented Turkish left or right back players here.

Wherever you look at the statistics, you're making a mistake, Beşiktaş's squad value is way over 100 million. But sites such as transfermarkt and Maçkolik show the players of Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray at exorbitant prices, while they show the players of Beşiktaş as low, within certain agendas. We know very well what kind of lobbies have games.

As for the championship chances, no team other than the big 3 clubs can be champions this season. They can't even be in the race. The league has gotten smaller and smaller teams don't stand a chance anymore. There have been small teams debuting in the last 10 years, but that era is over after the economic crisis. Now only the big 3 can play for the championship.

I was seeing the same, first i think Galatasaray its gonna be one step ahead of Fenerbahce, but damn man, Fenerbahce have a really good team like Galatasaray, so yes without doubt its gonna be a race of two, i dont think any other team can be nearby to them.

Trabzonsport its the other team who can be the third on the tournament b ut its not gonna be easy for them against Besiktas and Bashakesir.
