I think so too. Galatasaray don't even need to show their best performance ever against this kind of teams. A decent performance level with high concentration should be enough for them to reach their main goal in the Champions League. After qualifying for the group stage they will just hope to have a little lucky draw to push even harder.

Galatasaray have a really good history in the Champions League back in the day. Why wouldn't we see another example?   

Today was the draw for the UEFA Champions League. If Galatasaray eliminate Lublijana, Galatasaray will face the winner of Klaksvíkar Ítróttarfelag - Molde FK in the UEFA Champions League play-off round. If Galatasaray is eliminated by Lublijana, they will face the winner of Qarabağ vs HJK Helsinki in the UEFA Europa League play-off round.

If Galatasaray has a good performance, they can easily go to the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. If Galatasaray's performance is bad like against Zlagris, they cannot go to the UEFA Europa League groups.

I think Galatasaray will definitely stay in the groups. The teams they played in the qualifiers are not as strong as Galatasaray. Also, Icardi and Zaha have been drafted and will play in the European matches. Players who add great strength to Galatasaray. We remember that important teams from the Turkish league were at UCL in the past. We want this success to continue.

I agree with one thing that Galatasaray's performance has been really inconsistent so far. They risked their chance to move on in the qualifiers.

However I don't think they would still be eliminated too easy. Especially for this round I don't have such expectation. Ljubljana may be a little better team than Zalgiris but they are also much weaker than Galatasaray. It is like Galatasaray need to make an extra effort to be eliminated in this round.

But after this round which is the last one before the group stage they are likely to face a much stronger team. Until then they had better get ready. Otherwise it would be sad to see them saying goodbye early with a strong squad like this.

It is much more important for them to be successful in European matches. We wouldn't be too upset if they don't win league games but it would be sad if they lose important matches. I agree with you on this. Galatasaray are really bad and they are not ready for the new season at all. Okan Buruk must prepare the team for the new season as soon as possible, otherwise the results will be bad.


They shouldn't just focus on the League. Europe League is very important to us, we have to win every game right now. Because next year we can directly participate in the European League.

Ndombele and Krunic are the most recent speculations for Fenerbahçe midfield now.

Ndombele would cost much more than Krunic though. Because Ndombele's value is a little more than two times Krunic's value in the market now. Both of them have 2 more years left on their contracts. Ndombele transfer might cost them very much if Tottenham don't go down highly for his asking price. He has been playing on loan for two years in fact. Maybe loan option would also be sensible for Fenerbahçe.
