Fifa got involved I think, or it was Uefa, those are two different organizations but I always confuse them together, basically outside of Turkey got involved with it as well and they said they will closely follow the situation. It is clear that Trabzonspor will get a HUGE fine, there is no chance that they won't, it's just too clear, something so big that nobody else ever will attempt to do something like that for a long time just because of this I am sure of it.

Secondly, the biggest topic I see at twitter is the players at Fenerbahce side, because they were involved with the fight as well so everyone is expecting what the result will be. One side says they should be punished as well, and the other say they shouldn't be, and I agree that they shouldn't be punished, or even if they are, it should be something small, like just 1-2 games at max.

This is a big disgrace for football in our country and this isn't the first time we are witnessing this kind of disgraceful things happening here.    I really wonder when football is going to start to be managed properly here. There is no such thing as 'the safety of players'. We have seen in it in this match very clearly. I saw Livakovic's last condition too after being attacked and it made me really sad for him.

The agenda changes very quickly in our country. I won't be surprised if people forget about these horrible things happened a short time after a while.

As for TFF I don't think the federation has been doing its job as it should be already. There is a need of a big change there.

Football is supposed to be a sport that can unite every difference, precisely when the rivalry of a team and supporters has greatly influenced the mind and made them act anarchically as it is today, of course football no longer unites and makes us comfortable to watch it, what Trabzonspor supporters do is wrong because they have throwing rocks and other objects at fenerbache players when the game is still going on,  but I think what the fenerbache did was also very wrong because they celebrated the victory excessively which eventually provoked the emotions of the Trabzonspor supporters at that time to get on the pitch.

In addition, the fenerbache players and managers should have been able to immediately enter the dressing room to celebrate the victory, not provoke the audience which was indeed seen from the beginning if the Trabzonspor supporters had been very emotional, besides that what the two fenerbache players did should have received a severe punishment in my opinion, because Osayi-Samuel and also Michy Batshuayi were clearly seen in the footage if they were involved with beating the team's supporters opponents, especially Michy Batshuayi I think he should have received a harsher punishment for trying to kick someone who was not running towards him.

Yes, it will be remembered as the most eventful match of this season. That's why Trabzonspor may face big penalties. I'm trying to erase this match from memory. Fenerbahçe will have an extraordinary meeting on April 2 after this match. It was a dark night for Turkish football. I hope we don't watch things like this again. Many of the players have played for important teams in the world. If it would be difficult for these players to ensure their safety and play football in such an environment, they would want to leave the country. They are right about this, too.

This will definitely turn into a whole new saga. It was a disgusting display and not only did Trabzonspor apologized or anything like that, but they actually tried to say that they were right to be mad for whatever happened in the game. They are so blind to whats going on or what happened that they actually assume that if the game is unfairly matched, and if the opponent agitated you then you have the right to rush the field to beat the players, that's the mindset we are dealing with .I am terribly sorry for what happened and I am so upset that I fear about the future of our league as well. This will have ripple impact in the future, and I mean near future, we need to be very careful.

The events that took place were unbecoming. However, I don't think there will be proper punishments this year because the sense of justice has been damaged too much. Similar incidents are happening because there are no deterrent punishments. This season a club president beat up a referee, fans beat up players, last season a player who tried to neutralize a fan who attacked the referee was punished. Incidents that don't make sense are happening and no one is taking responsibility. This rambling is the most damaging thing for football.

We don't even get a chance to talk about football anymore. There are too many off-field factors, they need to be cleaned up.

Ali Koç made statements such as, if necessary, we will withdraw from the league and be relegated to a lower club, but we will not allow this to continue. It was a sad day for Turkish football. While the club presidents and clubs had no hostility towards each other, an incredible incident took place between the fans and the players.

Yesterday, the players could have been lynched, but they managed to leave the field without any major problems. I think the images that emerged as they left were normal. The players protected themselves, the fans should not have been on the field. Trabzonspor fans should also be thanked for trying to prevent it. Many people think that this incident will be covered up, whatever decisions will be made by TFF beforehand, I think the same.

Such a thing shouldn't have happened in the Turkish Super League. How are they representing their country? They seem unaware of what they're doing. Where are the police and security? In some places, if you say a small bad word to footballers, they punish you, but I was surprise that in place where the match take place, they can throw flammable substances onto the field, throw water, and nothing is said. How did the guy get onto the field? How did he manage to bring a knife inside? I don't know if anyone would agree but I say that  those who allow such things, apart from fans and players, should also be punished.

Let's see what punishment those who punished Josef de Souza when he protected the referee will give him now. When the jersey color changes, the form of penalties also changes. Turkish football is completely mired in dirt. First, the federation president and then the central referee board should be dismissed immediately. A match-fixing investigation should be opened against referees and a major clean-up should be carried out. Huge penalties should be given to clubs for on-field incidents. Hooligans who enter the field should be banned from sports competitions for life. But we'll see how many of these will be done at the end of the day.

I do wonder what type of punishment there will be for all of this. This isn't really acceptable at this level, I was shocked to see some of the videos at twitter, it looked like a total bloodbath. Not that it's unseen in the world of football by the way, yes it is distasteful and yes it should have never happened, but can you ever say that you have NEVER seen football hooligans rush to field before?

Not like there were thousands, from the videos I can see that there were maybe 5 or 10 at most, and there were thousands watching, so at least it wasn't "that" bad, we can be happy with that, imagine 10k+ people rushing the field, that would have been much worse. In any case, there must be some severe punishments to deter anyone else ever attempting it.

I think Osayi Samuel should be sentenced to prison for what he did. When bad things happen on the field, the players go to the locker room. Osayi Samuel showed the opposite behavior last night. He was an instigator in the incidents and caused the incidents to escalate even more. I think he should be punished with a prison sentence.

Fenerbahçe won this match. But in the last weeks, we have seen that they have had very difficult victories. I think they are now in a period where they are very close to losing points. They have won a few games with last minute goals and with the help of luck. But they can't keep this up until the end of the season.

Trabzonspor fans consist of a mass that does not understand football. Our league is getting worse every day. Instead of talking about football, we talk about fighting. Watching the league is no longer enjoyable for anyone because they are bad in every field.

Trabzonspor fans really need better education on what's priorities in life. Last night match was behind shadow of ultraviolence and hatred of Trabzon fans to be honest.. I just can't understand why people treat football like this. They literally damaged their own club anyways.
On the other hand, something expected happen in my opinion. Everybody was expecting Fenerbahçe to beat Trabzonspor, they are performing very nice. But after 2-2 I saw that Fenerbahçe was bit lucky, Trabzonspor made absurd defence mistake meanwhile attacking so hard. Match could end 2-2 if Trabzonspor was more sane. (They were under influence of fans so more motivated to win in my opinion).

These are things that I have hardly seen in other leagues, and it is true that other leagues have had things very similar to these, but what happened in that game was very exaggerated, the fans seemed to have forgotten that football is not a fighting sport and that violence is crime. What did they gain when they entered the field to fight against the Fenerbahce players? attacking the fenerbahce players would not change the result, and the result was clear, fenerbahce won the game and when the game ends it is necessary to congratulate the winner. Before the Trabzonspor fans entered the field, they started shouting at the Fenerbahce players, a very bad attitude, this is not the kind of thing that should be tolerated in football



 

Verbal and physical violence is something that should not be acceptable in society. In the video I saw, you could see people picking up other people and throwing them, it was shocking scenes of violence and I can't understand where the police were who didn't stop this attack very soon and it took time to stop the attack. If there was a good security system inside the field, this kind of thing wouldn't have happened, this incident is being posted on all football channels in the world, the image that other countries will have of the Turkish league and the horrors, I hope they can stop it This kind of thing will happen in the future

We have seen two different Fenerbahçe this season, Fenerbahçe with Fred and Fenerbahçe without Fred. I don't want to say that we had a tactical approach based on one player, but Fenerbahçe got very good results when Fred played. Today he played a very important role in the win with two goals, but he has been doing the same thing all season. In fact, he doesn't score in every game, but he plays a key role in our wins. If we had managed to sign someone like Fred instead of Krunic in the winter transfer window, we would have been a stronger favorite for the league title.

I didn't watch the Turkish Super Lig game between Trabzonspor and Galatasaray but I was opportuned to watch the highlights of that incident and all I can say is that I was totally disappointed with the shameful display of violence by the supporters of Trabzonspor. Like seriously I expected them to do better than what I saw there.
This is 2024 and such behaviors shouldn't be allowed to happen again in football. I think the Turkish Football Federation will definitely punish the Trabzonspor for failing to control their fans in that game.

Galatasaray had a hard time tonight. Kasımpaşa played really well.
The penalty was the right decision, but I don't think the red card was the right decision because according to the rules, if a penalty is given, a red card is not given.
Aytaç Kara scored a beautiful goal.

There is nothing to talk about for Tranzonspor - Fenerbahçe, Fenerbahçe played well and won.
The referee was bad, I think he shouldn't have started the game.
We couldn't see anything in terms of football in Trabzon.

Unbelievable incidents happened after the end of the Trabzonspor - Fenerbahçe game...    When will Turkish football evolve? Maybe it won't ever happen. Because I was witnessing this kind of shameful things many years ago also and nothing has changed since then. Trabzonspor definitely deserves to be punished hard because of not being able to prevent their supporters from acting like this.

I wish Fenerbahçe players ran away to locker room quickly. There wouldn't have been such fights in that case. Let's see what TFF will think about these incidents.

Fenerbahce won a tough game against Trabzonspor today. They played good football in the first half and led 0-2. However, in the second half, after Fenerbahce conceded a goal, their game plan was disrupted and there was a disconnect between the players at times. After Fenerbahçe conceded the second goal, the players were in a bad state mentally. After the togetherness, Ismail Kartal took a risk and brought on Batshuayi. The risk turned into an advantage when Batshuayi scored immediately after coming on. With the right move by Ismail Kartal, Fenerbahçe won a very important victory. After the match, there were unwanted incidents. This situation disgraces Turkish football and should be punished accordingly.

Trabzonspor vs Fenerbahçe match will start soon. Trabzonspor has been getting good results in recent weeks. Last week they beat Fatih Karagümrük 5-1. Abdullah Avcı has managed to instill his desired tactics in the team. I am sure they will finish this season in 3rd place. On the other hand, Fenerbahçe beat Pendikspor 4-1 last week. Also, they eliminated Union Saint Gilloise in the UEFA Conference League and reached the quarterfinals. In fact, both teams have been getting good results in recent weeks. But I think Trabzonspor are the favorites to win this game as they are the host team.
