I don't know if it is the best, but it is the best we have seen in the last 5 years. Galatasaray has had very good strikers before, and even when we look at history, we see world stars such as Hagi, Jardel and Drogba.

I didn't expect him to win in Manchester and I know many people thought he would leave with a defeat. Galatasaray put in a good performance in that game and managed to beat United on the road. Today we saw Galatasaray winning even though they didn't play very well in the league. Antalyaspor played well in the first half but didn't score. Galatasaray will play Beşiktaş next and it will be an important match for both teams. If Galatasaray wins this match, the 3 points in the derby will be an important victory in their title race in the league.

Mauro Icardi is on fire (asides of the two penalties kicked out) he is having a great season after having a very good one in the past season. I dont know if Galatasaray cant retain him in the next year if one big team comes to buy him.

Adana Demirspor is really different from other teams. Anatolian teams are always weak, sometimes they are successful in the first weeks of the league and later on they fall behind in the points table. But the situation is a little different in Adana, I think they can play at the top of the league this year.
The team president also has a lot of influence on this, adding aging world star players to the team is a good tactic for this league

Pendikspor failed to beat Sivasspor. They played well at home but couldn't capitalize on these positions because they are inexperienced in the league. Looking at the results they have received so far, I think they will be relegated as they were promoted. As of the 8th week, they have not yet met with a win in the league. They have 4 points with 4 defeats and 4 draws. Although Pendikspor have been playing a dominant game since the match started, I must say that it is sad for them that they could not win the match.

Since I first watched Adana Demirspor in conference league qualifiers I was thinking about how good they were performing and how much better players they got in their squad compared to other Anatolian teams and well they are truly remarkable. They are literally above Beşiktaş right now in the league. When I compare two with each other I can point some Adana Demir players "better" than Beşiktaş counterparts even. Trabzonspor needs to be like them. They actually spent more on new transfers in my opinion.

Actually I had some hopes for them this season because they made some good signings like Batista Mendy, Nicolas Pepe and Paul Onuachu, but they will not catch Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe this season.

The way Adana Demirspor are performing this season is truly commendable. The team has been able to maintain consistency. Adana Demirspor won 4 of the last 5 matches. Trabzonspor on the other hand did not start the season well. However we have seen good performances from the team in the last few matches. But we saw Trabzonspor's poor performance again in today's match. Especially their defense needs to be strengthened a bit more. I have no complaints about Trabzonspor's attack. If they can't score any goal in today's match. However, the attacking performance of this team is quite strong. However, Trabzonspor's defense is weak. And if the defense can't tighten up the team then their performance will not be consistent.

Beşiktaş' championship chance this year has already been like a miracle as Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray are much higher than the league in terms of quality. However the fans got really angry after losing to Lugano home from 2-0 to 3-2. The main reason of this anger is that the players bought in the summer transfer window created a big disappointment. While the opponents are agreeing with names like Tadic, Fred, Zaha, Icardi, Ziyech I can understand why Beşiktaş fans are angry.

This situation is an utter catastrophe for Besiktas. There were terrible transfers this summer, for example Onana, and things have gone as it was predicted. The real side to blame is not Senol Gunes. Even though he has some part of the blame, the real reason was the club management. But first, they just decided to sack the coach. Which is not going to make anything better at all. I heard a rumour that Senol Gunes didn't show up for the training today, then the management had to make the resigning announcement. Things seem to be in chaos for Besiktas and I don't see any hope for this season.

Besiktas not doing fine right now is combination of a few things. It is because the president is not a good one, and failed to get good players during a season where the competition got some amazing stars, said that the club didn't had that kind of money to buy those players and then overspent on players that didn't worth it at all.

Along with him, we have the manager who has been insisting on playing the wrong players and keep making mistakes on the tactics, even though it doesn't work he still insists on doing the same thing over and over again. I believe that we are going to end up with something that would hurt them more and more this season unless these two quit. The thing they need is to see both of them resign.

Besiktas' performance must be getting even more worrying for their fans. This time they couldn't beat Lugano in the Conference League. Maybe they got a red card in that game but they were still 2-0 ahead in the end. How can't they maintain a big score advantage against a way smaller team? I really don't understand this.

Unfortunately Turkish teams have experienced this kind of sad results a lot in their history. However right now this is only due to Besiktas' being in an alarming situation.

Otherwise I'm really satisfied with Galatasaray and Fenerbahce about the work they do in European competitions this season.
