On September 12th at 21:30 via https://theviralexchange.com platform I conducted the withdrawal of DENT tokens and instead of Wallet indicated my Private Key. (screenshot  attached)
For better picture I will explain that I’m a gather of a girl who got massive stroke a week ago (here is her social page https://vk.com/id294108894   She needs operation and I started to collect money so my emotional condition should be clear that why I did a mistake.
At 2017-09-12 21:44:11 the money from my wallet (screenshot of my wallet attached) was stolen….

As soon as I realized what happened I checked the wallet but it was too late, so I open a topic on the forum https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/theviralexchangecom-tve-2171276  asking for help, and people explained how to contact support.  I translated via Google translate my situation and opened a ticket #592 Mistakes and abduction of coins. (Being Processed since 21 hours 46 minutes). 

Till now I didn’t get any reply and for me this is important, I have nothing to lose but I know that someone who has access to this data stole the money very fast.  I want you to double check and investigate this issue and reply to me. Maybe for someone this is not a lot of money but for me now this means a lot.
In case there is no reply from you in 24 hours, I will do all my best and will put all the effort to delivery to crypto users and crypto community the situation what happened to me and how Your Company reacted on this situation.

Why won't TVE let me/us exchange DENT tokens yet?!  What are they waitng for?! - better days?!

It seems that the problem has been solved. Now I can login into my account.

Been experiencing the same problem too for close to 24 hours now. Dev should post something on the forum knowing that this will be where most people would run to for answers

I tried reaching the site too but it seems its no longer there and no one to ask about it since Op has not even been seen in a long time. I hope they come back soon for the sake of those who keep some coins on the site and even some form of increased confidence on their own part and the crypto community in general.

Hi, today I tried to log in to my TVE account via twitter but got pop up that account id disabled  , after that, I tried to log in with my email and attempt again failed. 
Maybe someone has the same problem and can explain what happened? Thanks
