This is true, many Twitter accounts are blocked, and many of them are those related to cryptocurrency and which have the status: "follow back". This is unfortunate for some users who participate in social networking the bounty campaigns, but on the other hand, earnings are very small now.

Twitter accounts that join a bounty campaign most of them looks like a bot after a while, banning those accounts is normal by twitter.

Twitter has been doing this for some months now, I don't know why people are just mentioning this now, to be sincere most of this suspended accounts are bots/fake accounts. When you see an accounts that the only thing on it is for Crypo bounties then something is fishy. If your account get suspended and you send twitter message and you have a point the accounts will be released
This is not true. I did all tweet retweets manually, follow stars and retweet unrelated to crypto posts. I tried to appeal 4 times and what i get is the automatic reply that i will remain suspended for how long is not clear.

Yes you are correct, i have noticed that twitter has being banning a lot of crypto related accounts and if they see that you are only retweeting and tweeting about cryptocurrencies without tweeting about anything else then they are going to ban the accounts. That is why for me in between tweeting about cryptos I just tweet about a lot of random everyday stuff

Just need to remove from your account all mention of cryptocurrency, put a normal name and photo. retweets about cryptocurrency can be done, but you need to avoid #ICO Write more of your messages. And all will be well

It would not be the end for bounty hunters if their account be suspended. It is just a reminder that even in twitter bounty hunters should not spam. I've lost more than 3,000 readers. At first, too, could not understand what was going on, then learned that there is a massive lock accounts. Yes, it is necessary to keep an account so as not to be like a fake. I also removed all hashtags about mutual subscription, ico and bounty.

Try to personalized a little your twitter account. Don't just retweet /tweet about crypto but also try to tweet about life in general. Try to follow different account not just crypto related like I do follow some artist, news related account, quote related account, cooking and travel related account.

I lose more than 1000 followers in Twitter and when I check Unfollow report, no one unfollow me so I asked around coz maybe there's Twitter glitch or something and found out that Twitter suspended many twitter account and majority of them are crypto related accounts.

Twitter is trying to get rid of spammers who are using their platform. You are right with your strategy to follow other personalities which are not into crypto but it is not an assurance that we won't be suspended. Try not to spam, retweet everything in just 5 minutes is insane and for sure Twitter will suspend your account. So what should we do to avoid getting suspended?

Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it. Twitter blocks all posts related to bounty\ico. It's a nightmare, I lost my account with 20,000 followers.

I also noticed this dip
I had 8200 followers and it has dropped to 7900 followers
If accounts were disabled or suspended then it has to be cause of spam and nudity
Because twitter did not mention that accounts related to crypto currency will be blocked or suspended
Only medium made it clear that ico related accounts will be removed (my understanding of the new terms)
So let’s do the right things

Yes this is happening in real I was shocked to see drop in my followers from 5000+ to 3900 then again my followers increased in few days around 4400 but after to 3 day again the followers reduced by 450. Yesterday I spoke with of of my friend, his twitter accounts got suspended permanently....

Your tips are useful, thanks for that. But for such reasons i do not use my twitter account for bountie campaigns. Crypto is already everywhere in my life, but not in my twitter account and so it stays that way.

Yes the same thing happened to be but I googled it and found they were getting rid of dead/fake/bot/scam accounts to free up some congestion and get rid of low quility posts. I lost 7% of my followers one day then two days later I lost 5% for a total of 12% and I am 1 tier lower for bounty pay because of it. The only thing that happened to my accoutn was I had to answer a caption.
I am glad people are talking about this because I lost many of the people of my following list. I had 40 under following and after a few hours it was restored. Pretty strange.

There have been several issues of suspended twitter accounts basically because of crypto related issues which have actually happened to me before with medium, it cost me my efforts and I didn't get rewards.. Well there's no way this could be avoided as twitter is not taking it lightly with banning accounts used to promote ICOs... Just don't do crypto with the same account you have your friends and family in the real world
Tips are useful indeed, but I don`t plan to follow them. It`s my freedom, if I wish to follow and retweet crypto-related
stuff I will do it. Facebook suspended my account months ago, and you know what, let them have it, I hope they will
be a thing of the past soon.
I will use crypto-friendly social networks. I participated in VTOS campaign, I will use them not Tweeter or Facebook. We all
need to move on from this old services and try new ones, decentralized.

Thanks for the information. Indeed, we recently observed a cleanup of Twitter accounts. I believe that the cleaning was complex and was not based only on those who participate in ico or other programs related to cryptocurrency. Non-active accounts were also blocked, accounts that are not related to cryptocurrencies at all. I believe that the reason for cleaning on Twitter is completely different. But in any case, we should try as much as possible to make your Twitter account look like a real one and not violate the rules of the community.

Thank you for those advices, my Twitter accounts also got suspended few days ago. My mistake was that it was mostly crypto based and that's definetly why it happened to me. Would be great if there is some way to get it back. Not really sure what to do now, since all those Twitter campaigns I was participating will probably reject me. Hopefully not for past weeks that were approved. Anyway great advices, thanks

I read an article about blocking accounts by twitter. The reason may be participation in the massfollowing. At first they blocked new accounts, after that they decided to check out older ones.

Most likely these are bans for reposting ICO campaigns. Because a month ago I completely cleared my account and did not receive a ban. However, I lost two thousand subscribers (my audience is other reposters)
