I agree with the post above this one.  I know I personally would never surrender those details.  The closest you might get is if you had access to an exchange database, like Coinbase, where actual names are used with bank accounts.  After reflection though, I am not convinced those users' demographics would generalize well to the BTC population.

It's pretty much impossible to get those information's , age is not required while making a bitcoin address/wallet and profession is clearly not too , and finally this is valid for the country too but even If the wallet you are using reads your IP , It doesn't mean anything as Bitcoin users care about their privacy and most likely using the wallet through ToR or a VPN.

Now of course , exchanges gather information's such as Birthdate , name and that kind of stuff but the users who provide real info are a minority so It's impossible to get an accurate number.
