My recommendation:

I wouldn't set up the application procedure via discord, I would recommend to let them apply in your bounty thread so you have a proof of authentication. Something like this:

Bitcointalk profile-link:
Translation experience link:

And fill the form below (Google Form) "

Maybe that will help to prevent more abuse from your bounty. I don't know if the other translations are done in a respectable way.

Maybe next time check Users when you doing some bountys for translations , because there are a lot of Cheaters out there they just want to make some quick coins with a terrible translation!
