Another weird night of Champions League Football  Grin

I say this with a lot of respect for the Man and Living Legend that he is but it is time for Buffon to retire. It is very sad that one of the best goalkeepers in the history of the game will not win a CL trophy but he can't force it this way any longer.

Ole MUST remain the manager next year because the winning mentality that was lost with Jose is back with Solskjaer.

I also wanted to comment on Dzeko dropping like a bag of potatoes after a head-to-head duel with Pepe which looked silly and shameful to say the least. He is not going through a good spell at the moment. During the 7:1 debacle to Fiorentina a few weeks ago, he spat on a referee and got suspended for 2 Coppa Italia matches.

I am happy for Manchester United though but in Champions League before usually the favourite team in quarter finals did win. Now is not the same anymore.

No one could ever predict that Ajax and Manchester United will make it to the quarterfinals.
On the one hand, it is good to see new teams (that haven't made it to this phase during the last years) but on the other side, it is very sad to see the strong teams not making to it. PSG was a team that I predicted that it can reach the final this year as Mbappe had a great performance. They can try next season now!

I am surprised at these last days of Champions League, I thought that Ajax was just a surprise but yesterday Psg lost too in a similar matter although this time the team quality was not of a big difference.

VAR is bull shit, that was never a penalty last night, disgraceful decision by the referee after viewing the replays several times.

An unbelievable match of PSG vs ManU.A controversial penalty took the match away from PSG.Neymar isn’t happy and claim VAR is operate by blind people. So, the big teams like Real Madrid and PSG are already out. This UCL is unpredictable.Barcelona should be careful handling OL next match.

What a great comeback for Manchester United! Many people predict that MU will be difficult to face this match because they were left behind by two goals in the first leg and the match was held at the home of the opponent. Fast goal from Lukaku, in my opinion, evoke the team's spirit which in the end was able to deliver MU to the next round.

Manchester United has made a drama that is so tense. A very interesting match and I'm sure this will be remembered for a long time. Now Manchester United can be said to be a team that has the potential to be at the top. They have top performance and that's good capital for the next match. The drama will always be remembered and I believe that the opposing team will start thinking harder when they face Manchester United. There is a lion that is awakened and the lion is ready to destroy its opponents.

What the hell are PSG doing at home to Man Utd? This is a mediocre Man Utd team, surely they can’t knock out PSG?
No Neymar & Cavani seriously hurting PSG.

I don’t know about you’ll but me and @tokeweed are certainly very happy with the results, I had said it before Manchester United would progress, and @tokeweed trusted me and placed a bet and won too. The thing you’ll seemed to misunderstood about this Manchester United, was it’s not your typical Jose side which would play in fear, this was the side which had no fear and stuck to basics.

I remember Ole saying it loud and clear we will just play how we play, and hurt them in the last 5 minutes, and he did just that. I feel he should be made the coach immediately, and with him at the helm all opposition teams are going to fear Manchester United.

I am more interested in commenting on Ajax and Manchester United, because both teams are predicted not to qualify for the big 8 because they need a big score to defeat their enemies to enter the top 8.
and very amazingly Ajax and Manchester United can beat the two best teams in the Champions League who have always qualified for the last 8, I was very impressed with these 2 teams, especially my favorite team Manchester United.

Another great come back in this CL, after we saw what Ajax did against Real Madrid. Maybe PSG was to confident because they are leading 2-0 (away goals) plus the injuries of main MU players.
So what next?
- May Juventus do the same thing against Atletico?
- May Lion and Schalke send Barcelona and City out from the competition?
- Munich vs Liverpool :  I have no ideas about this. Smiley

Real Madrid suffered a humiliating loss yesterday night and I lost quite some money because I thought Real Madrid would have an easy win after winning in Amsterdam Arena.

Sergio Ramos was one of the poor performers yesterday and Ajax was playing really well, they deserve this historical qualification.
That's not humiliation loss buddy because the aim of Ajax was to winning the yesterday match base on their previous exit history and making the fans happy since the last 13years shouldn't be a problem. Do you know much those Ajax players will bag home yesterday through club whales.

Porto are going to 1/4 final! They scored a penalty in extra time. It was difficult, but right decision by referee.
UCL playoffs is amazing so far. And matches next week should be not worse. In Bayern - Liverpool and Barca - Lyon pairs everything can happen. Maybe Juve can make comeback against Atletico? After what we saw yesterday and tonight I wouldn't be surprised. Even City advantage against Schalke aren't that safe...

It was a night for VAR, as the calls made were the right ones and were also the deciding factors for the matches.

I won't expect Atletico Madrid's fate to be similar, simply because they'd playing away from home, and a single goal for the will mean Juventus will need to score at least 4 goals and 3 goal difference to advance to the next stages.

As for Barcelona anything can really happen, but a win is all that needed, that's not too complicated, from my perspective.

I'd consider Man City chance a great one though, to knockout Man City out, Schalke will have to win by a 2 goal difference (the easiest case scenario for Schalke) or win and at least score 4 goals against Man City which I'll consider highly improbable.

WOW! The meme team has done it again, PSG have bottled it again...At this point there's no doubt that they are the biggest bottler in the history of the champions league hahaha

Tuchel should get sacked tonight, and Ole, Man Utd should give him the job already, what he's doing with this team is absolutely crazy

And extra time in the Porto vs Roma!

Yeah, penalty was on the edge of the box but correct, he stuck out his arm... Difficult call for the referee though.
Tuff luck for PSG but united played with a brave heart! Lukaku is a scoring machine... no pretty goals like Ajax yesterday, but nobody cares about that in soccer  Wink

I know why did they wait for the end of the game into injury time to put in cavani?
And what was neymar doing on the side lines?

They thought this was won already or what to have him not dressed for the game? Roll Eyes

I have no words about PSG. They continue to amaze us in UCL playoff stages by failing every year. They had safe advantage against 2nd leg, dominance in ball posession, lot of chances to score, but somehow they managed to loss against MU who played without half of their starting squad. Stupid handball on 90+ minute and penalty. Fucking unbeleavable!
Now going to watch extra time of Porto - Roma.

Penalty to Man Utd!!! After a VAR review, This could be the end of the road for PSG!
Edit: It is! PSG are out of the UCL on away goal rules, I'd say there were unlucky tonight, but their attitude is still that of a small team!

Porto vs Roma is heading to Extra-time!
