But my personal opinion is that Real Madrid will not be able to do anything great at Manchester City's ground. Because Manchester City has performed exceptionally well at Real Madrid's ground, they will play their best at their home ground and get an advantage from the fans.
Real Madrid are the kings of UCL, they shouldn't be underestimated, do you remember what they did against Manchester City last season when they made a comeback at the end of the match scoring 2 goals, this team has a very strong mentality even though they will be playing in front of Manchester fans City but the chance for them to beat Manchester City is still there.

I only believe that the Man City vs Real Madrid second leg match will be very fierce, and I like avoiding bets on this match, this is really a very difficult match to predict.

You need Benzema and Rodrygo if you want to beat City. Vinicius is also very good, but the supply must also be good. In the 1st half, City had things well under control against Madrid, but Madrid still took the lead. But coming back to Manchester City, surely it will have to be a hit for them to win the title? They can't really be or are better than now with Haaland in the rush hour. I think he's going to make a difference in the coming week, but Rudiger had him in the bag quite a bit last week. And Benzema must also have his moment, but he also failed to make his mark on the defense at Manchester City.
No doubt about the Karim Benzema and Rodrygo quality and availability into game with them Real Madrid feel comfortable and have better chance specially while they are playing into big games so now in coming second leg game these both can play vital role for the win of their team Real Madrid if these both have their day then surely we can expect Real Madrid into pole position, and they can go through for the another final after having double into last season.

But, Manchester City which done good job in first leg game can stop Real Madrid it's a big question but as they have done in Premier League and after long chase to bring down Arsenal from the title race they have ability, and they can stop Real Madrid as well.

Real Madrid are a very good team when they compete in the UEFA champions league, they have different approach to different games, they are tactically inclined and have wide range experience in winning the title. Against City at the Ethihad stadium they will have to be in their best of performance to beat Manchester City in front of their supporters. It will be even more interesting than the first leg.
We'll see what Real Madrid can do in the second leg later, the previous season they always gave extraordinary surprises, one of which was when they made a dramatic comeback against the team they will face now. Real Madrid is a team that is very difficult to predict in the Champions League, even though their performance is not convincing, that is absolutely not a guarantee that they will lose.

It will be a disaster if these 3 important players can play in the match against Man City in Leg 2 (May 18). These 3 players are the key players and Real Madrid will get a serious problem if they are injured, especially for the attacking line. We must know Benzema is irreplaceable, Rodrygo is the most shining winger, and Alaba has a crucial role in the defense line. Missing these players means losing the chance of winning against Man City. To bo honest, I can't imagine how Real Madrid to play without them.  Cry
Alaba, Benzema and Rodrygo have all been key players who have made great contributions to Real Madrid. Without Benzema and Rodrygo, Real Madrid's attack line will be a little weak. Rodrygo and Benzema roles are very important for Real Madrid when they play in big matches.
Ancelotti must install players who can replace the roles of Benzema and Rodrygo if their conditions do not improve soon, Manchester City is not an arbitrary opponent, Real Madrid could fail to enter the final if the squad does not have a balance. Vinicius is still reliable, but he can't play to his full potential if he doesn't have the right partner. The conditions experienced by Real Madrid greatly benefited Manchester City ahead of the second leg of the Champions League, Manchester City will try to put pressure on Real Madrid to move into the final.

Benzema, Rodrygo and Alaba all are injured now and will not play against Manchester City as it seems. This must be a huge disappointment for Real Madrid. Because they are all critical players for Real Madrid now. Benzema and Rodrygo are already very important in the attacking line but now they will nearly completely rely on Vinicius Junior from now on. Ancelotti will use the same strategy again as it seems.  Grin
Alaba looked also decent about defending Haaland in the first leg. In his absence Rudiger will have a bigger responsibility to keep him away from scoring goals. He was successful in the first leg maybe but here his job might be harder. I'm seeing Manchester City closer to the finale now.

If Alaba, Benzema, and Rodrygo are not in the squad for this match I'm sure Real Madrid are going to lose. Madrid is indeed a very strong and experienced team. But Alaba, Benzema and Rodrygo are the three most important players in Madrid's squad. Even without Benzema in the squad, Madrid's attacking performance remains poor. Also their opponent Manchester City is very strong this season. Kevin De Bruyne and Haaland are in great form right now. It will be a tough task for Madrid to resist these two players. At the same time, if their attacking performance is poor, they will not be able to win the away match against City.

I don't see any possibility AC Milan will win with 2 goals difference behind Inter Milan because AC Milan recently lose 0-2 against Spezia in Serie A, Spezia is currently at 18th position which is in regelation zone. Spezia haven't win in the last 8 matches except AC Milan, it show how bad AC Milan is.

However the odds for Inter Milan to win is quite high for @2.05 in the second leg, this is really a worthy bet.
With their current performance, it will indeed look very difficult for Milan, regardless of whether their current condition is not safe. Moreover, seeing them this week who also had to lose to Spezia in the domestic competition, it was indeed very difficult for Milan, especially Inter, who were in good condition.

It looks like they have to stop in the semi-finals but things like that are still very good for them if you look at it from before this is the best achievement for Milan in the Champions League in several seasons that they always do.
[/quote]
Currently, performance level and quality of the both teams are clearly favouring Inter for the qualification into final AC Milan is having terrible time with now losing against Spezia is going to be more trouble for their next game against Inter which is having five games winning streak and concede just three goals into last five games so things completely favouring Inter but as we all know miracles can also happen in soccer and Champions League is game of upsets and unpredictable results with this all Milan can go for the tough clash as well.

With still all four teams are into game and nothing is sure, can Milan create problems for the Inter into second leg match, or we are going to have one-sided affair with Inter will be into final now we have just few days left for the prominent reply.

Their matches at the Etihad are always with very high confidence but on the other hand for now Madrid also do not want their title as champions for this competition to be taken for granted.
Now, looking at the Madrid players who have been deployed in the domestic league, it looks like they do have some energy there but I still haven't received any news about Benzema because he wasn't in the squad for Madrid against Getafe.
Camavinga was also injured against Getafe though according to their manager Ancelloti the injury is not that serious hopefully he will be fit to play against Man City on Wednesday because he had been one of the best player of the team this season, in the case of Benzema, according to some news reports he was rested against Getafe for the UCL return leg. Man City will capitalize on their home advantage at Etihad of course I expect the team to dominate possession and press their opponent very well, however Real Madrid will play counter attack via Vinicius Jr who is a very pacy winger with Benzema taking the striking role any clear cut chances will be well utilized by him, I am predicting a win by either side.
Ancelotti has already given a statement about Camavinga and he said that it was only a matter of discomfort in his knee but he will compete and be ready to play in the second leg later.
Now it's just waiting to see what steps Madrid will take at this time because regardless of their condition they are clearly not in an advantage when they face Manchester City at the Etihad.

That can be a part from the strategy by real madrid. I don't believe it happened with all of them. I think that we will see those players to play in upcoming match against manchester city. I saw that the recent interview by ancelotti for all of them in the pre match sessions before the match against getafe.

We are quite good. We have some doubts with some footballers who received knocks in Tuesday’s game, Benzema, Alaba and Rodrygo have still not recovered. Ceballos and Mendy return, they can play tomorrow. The team is good and motivated to win tomorrow.

Since Real Madrid can't perform well in home matches, I think they won't be able to win in away matches either. Manchester City have been very strong at home this season. And this season's Champions League title they want to win by any means. Also, City are a very strong team this season. The bonding between team players is very strong. At the same time, Guardiola's match strategy in this season's Champions League is excellent. I think Manchester City will qualify for the final if they don't make any big mistakes in their home match against Madrid.

That logic shouldn't apply. Why wouldn't I only ask myself whether Real Madrid has the players to win a game against Manchester City or not? In my opinion Real Madrid has the players that are able to beat any opponent in any game, no matter whether it takes place at home or away. What does it matter whether they are a bit weaker at home or away? This is a one game situation now since they tied the first leg and Real Madrid is definitely able to beat Manchester City. This is now just a question of probabilities based on the teams' strengths in general, but also at home and away. Since Manchester City is a monster in general, and even stronger monster at home where they won 16 out of 18 games with 59:17 goals, Manchester City has the better chances I think. But we are still talking about Real Madrid. If it was over already, why would anyone here tune in? And I am sure that most of the guys here are going to watch it Wink

Champion League is different from other Domestic leagues and we often think those minor analyses will think of home and away counts, teams use it as an opportunity to improve the match they couldn't score, so when you see other teams that lost in the first leg, it is possible they can get spirited and then perform better than the first leg, this is how I view Real Madrid to chase Manchester City out of the Champions League. Some people are worried that Camavinga was injured in their last match and because they didn't announce official statements, they fear even more but rest assured even Real Madrid knows how he does his things miraculously.

All those players are human beings and consequently have emotions (some more, some less Tongue ). Everyone who has been doing some sport in their lives know that having an audience cheering for you can give you a decisive mental push especially towards the end of some goal or the whole way to it. The atmosphere can change the mental state of a player. Some can completely disable their perception for external influences like whistling or screaming or even insults against them in a stadium, but in the end some players are affected. Playing in front of your own audience can be a game changer in certain situations and also there is a referee. He should always be objective, of course, but if 80,000 are screaming against one of the refs decisions and there is another one that is a 50:50 decision, the referee might as well let it go for the home team. These are little factors that can also play a role.

You forgot to add vini. Sometimes, valverde was also helping real madrid to leave from difficult situation. Rodrygo can come anytime as a savior for real madrid. He was always making an unpredictable movement that was helping real madrid to win the crucial match. Rodrygo is such an underrated player. I remember when rodrygo was making dramatic goal against manchester city which is very good. Real madrid was able winning UCL last seas after it was destroying manchester city through epic comeback.
Your obviously on point about Rodrygo, he's just been the man for Real Madrid just when the game needed goals the most. He did to Manchester City last season and it would be interesting to see what the Pep Guardiola side would do about that. Real Madrid just have these qualities in there ranks. They come in and make a huge difference. It's not been more of Benzema at the time but, his influence on the pitch is sure to throw Manchester off balance. The only goodnews for Manchester City is that, they were able to manage that away game hood and would be playing from a home side this time, a familiar ground with fans to cheer them yo success if they can manage it.

I don't believe those three players are really on injury, don't be suprise that you will see them on the field when playing against Manchester City, what I think is that it's just a set up just to deceive their opponent, maybe they believe with this kind of news their opponent will feel relaxed and they are going to suprise them when the match started. If truly those three players are on injury, then the chances of Real Madrid winning Manchester city will be kind of slim, the match might not really be as competitive as the way most people are thinking, but nobody is sure if those players will be playing or not, so let's just wait till the main day.

I agree with you, Benzema and Rodrigo can make a difference in Real Madrid's game. Especially if it is a very crucial match for them. Last season that destroyed Manchester City was Rodrigo, he can be the hero of the victory to successfully get rid of Manchester City. At the end of the spear, Benzema is really needed by Real Madrid at this time, because there is no player who can replace his role in attack.

The only thing that makes it different if this time real madrid will be playing away at the second round of UCL. Ancelotti was not even using a single player from its main squad. The last match against getafe has been showing if ancelotti was using secondary lineup against it.
that's why hazard was also playing at that time. Madrid is now fully preparing against manchester city. KDB and haaland are always become the main target.

Rudiger will be going play in full time soon to make sure haaland will not get free space.

Manchester city no doubt have the upper hand seeing that they would have the home crowd as an advantage but this can still not count when against the prolific Real Madrid side that probably know how to get a way around this particular round of the champions league. It won't be any surprise if am to see real Madrid knock Manchester city out of the competition because they have all the potentials and tactics to actually win Manchester city in this game despite the fact Manchester city would even be playing at home.

Real Madrid does not have a home or away team in the Champions League; they play both with full confidence and always ready to win. I wouldn't be surprised if Real Madrid wins at Etihad Stadium this week, but I doubt it because the current situation makes predicting the outcome tough. Manchester City is also known for always winning at home and may still want to go for it and win. The home stadium where the game will be played, in my opinion, is not a deciding element in this match.

At Etihad that would be a different case
Man City are everyday getting all of the advantages of winning the champions league
Benzema we know did not step up in the last game we might still see same if they are well caged by City defenders

Oh no! I haven't been keeping up with the latest football news due to some circonstances so thank you for sharing these updates, This is a very terrible timing for injuries especially against Manchester City. I hope that nothing has been confirmed yet or maybe it's just a trick from Real Madrid to fool Manchester tactics. These three injured players you mentioned are crucial and a key for Real Madrid to win without Karim we Can’t see many goals Xd.
In the first leg we saw great defense and Haaland's marking from Real Madrid aside from Carvajal's mistake that led to the goal in my opinion. I also believe that Ancelotti should look for a replacement for Carvajal given his defensive mistakes i personally saw beside ,any wrong passes and lost possession i think Carvajal is old and lost his skills unfortunately.
But still and despite all these challenges and bad news that Real Madrid received I still have faith in the team's abilities getting to finals, so im definitely betting on them.

Manchester City are a difficult team to play at the moment especially when they have something important at stake, for seasons Manchester City have always dominated towards the end of the season so I expected it will difficult having them lose a game at this final stages of the season which they are already proving my point. Real Madrid have a history competing in the Champions league, could this be another victory year for them or will City finally get a break through in this competition? I think the second leg tie will decide that.
Your explanation is quite confusing. I think manchester city has a better chance in the second leg because it is playing at the etihad stadium. Manchester city has hopes of getting 3 trophies this season so they will play a more aggressive game to be able to beat real madrid.

Indeed, in one factor, Real Madrid was quite difficult to beat because in the first leg they played quite well, especially being able to turn off the movement from Haaland, which made the second leg a little difficult to predict the final result.

But hope that everything will be tried as best as possible because Manchester City has everything for the second leg, coupled with good achievements in the domestic league which can increase the enthusiasm of the players to show their best in the second leg against Real Madrid.
