I wouldn't call them a low profile team. Maybe if you mean in comparison to Manchester City, but even then a low profile team is something else. Maybe if FC Basel was in the final, then we can talk about a low profile team, but Inter Milan has a decent team for sure.

The game will show whether Lukaku is the right choice, but since he isn't bad in defending the ball in forward movement, he could be the right choice. I don't think Inter is fast enough for surprise counter attacks. Controlling the ball at the opponent's box and maybe try from a distance can be one key for them.

Still this is a final and only 1 game so with a bit of luck and good timing Inter Milan can still be dangerous to ManCity.

Pep and Manchester City are very flexible with tactics that is one of biggest challenge for Inter Milan. They won't know how Manchester City will begin and play in the final match. It will be difficult for Inter Milan to choose tactics they start in the final and how to react to tactical changes from Manchester City in the match.

Inter Milan will have two main options in the final match. Play defensively with Catenaccio like a traditional Italian club. Play attacking proactively to make Manchester City surprised and get advantage with one or two leading goals like how they broke AC Milan defense in the first semi final. Manchester City are stronger than AC Milan so Inter Milan will need one leading goal to start playing fully defense after that.

If Inter Milan can score first and lead Manchester City in the final, the match will become more exciting as Manchester City will have to play fully attacking to get an equalizer at least. It will be a big test for Inter Milan defense but also will give them chances to show their power in counter attacking.
