To me it seems like it was all a strategy of PSG regarding the status of Mbappe. Every time i have read something in the last few weeks about the upcoming match of PSG vs Bayern Munich today it always said, that Mbappe will miss this match for sure. Now a few days before the match suddenly Mbappe is able to play. So it really smells like a strategy of PSG to me.
I don't know though if Mbappe is really 100% fit and ready to go over the full lenght of the match, or if he is only able to play for like 60 minutes or if he is only able to get in for the last 10 minutes or so. We will see. In the end Mbappe is just one player out of 22 so it is not like that this is changing everything.

Messi and mbappe will play but we didn't know whether messi and mbappe are in the best condition or not. We didn't know whether either messi and mbappe have fully recovered or not from their injuries. this has become a big question that only PSG can answer it.
Remember that there are also internal conflicts in PSG when Neymar was blaming aktike and vitinha for their bad performances. So many problems have not yet solved in PSG's side. I doubt if PSG will play well against bayern.

There is some truth to what you predicted, in general the two teams are up and down in the domestic league, where during the second half of the season, both Tottenham and AC Mila have not shown consistency, so making predictions is still quite difficult for both of them. While Tottenham are still ahead of head to head compared to AC Milan, that cannot be used as a basis either because the two of them have not performed consistently this season.

San Siro is a place full of history in the Champions competition, where they are representatives of Italy who have had good records in the past, but not much more important when last season Tottenham beat AC Milan 1-0. I will also choose to watch and will not bet on the match this time.

Tottenham got beaten by Leicester city for 4-1, not sure why you can think they're able to beat AC Milan, AC Milan's players are more prepared and healthy, so they will play with their best line up.

I think Milan is the favorite in this game as their full focus most probably is in the Champions League now because there is nothing that they can do in order to change things in the Serie A as Napoli is 16 points ahead and the maximum Milan can achieve is to be in the top 4.

Compared to recent performance from both of teams i think Milan and Tottenham is not so different even last week Tottenham has just lose with huge scores 4-1 against Leicester but for Milan they were slightly better because they can able to ended their poor results on Serie A with gets the winning results from Torino

I doubt about ac milan can beat totenham. Totenham is having very good head to head against ac milan. This will become a very important match for kane to prove his quality in UCL. Ac milan must be careful with kane. Either team totenham and ac milan are almost equal in terms of performance. Conte will be seeing the match as he already disobey an order from his private doctors about his health problem. I think that totenham will be dominating the match against ac milan.
