What a poor first half it is! Really disappointed.
Chelsea have the ball possession but dinamo zagreb looking more dangerous than Chelsea. Chelsea is not showing much aggression for winning. Dinamo is very relaxed and taking Chelsea on the counter. Reece James is slow. Hakim Ziyech may be better in the 2nd half to shoot from long ranges since the opponent are sitting deep in defense.

I think the second half was more of a concern where just 1 point behind would make it difficult for Chelsea. Despite carrying out more attacks, in fact Dinamo knew Chelsea defense had many gaps when the players focused forward.

Tuchel had to change the pattern of the game in the second half, they barely did anything in the first half and conceded in the 13th minute. The presence of Aubameyang in the squad can help Chelsea attack line to find Zagreb goal, but the tactics used by Tuchel still can't be developed in the half first. Chelsea had to step up their attack to catch up, an equaliser was needed to save face for Tuchel, Chelsea also had to strengthen their defense to prevent an extra goal from Zagreb.

That was a very quick one from Mislav Orsic, he was too fast to be stopped by Chelsea's new signing Fofana. This game is not going to go well for Chelsea if they keep possessing the ball without looking for a good defensive strategy to stop the counter-attacks that had been used by Dinamo Zagreb to score an early goal in this match then it will be difficult for them to win this game because Zagreb is now capitalizing on counter-attack once they are in control of the ball. Let's keep an eye on the game to see if Chelsea will have a dramatic comeback before the end of the first half.

20 minutes of time passed and Chelsea had to be stunned by a goal from Misilav Orsic in the 13th minute by maximizing a quick counter-attack that was made.
In terms of possession, Chelsea are far superior, but when it comes to maximizing chances, Dinamo only had one chance and it became a goal. This is something that is not good for Chelsea especially for their defense.

I agree that Dortmund is showing pretty bad performances so far in the Bundesliga ant that they are very pretty lucky that they have made so many points already in the league. ManCity is one of the big favorites, like almost every season, to win the Champions League this year in my opinion and they should not have to many problems today with Sevilla in my opinion. Real Madrid vs. Celtic Glasgow should also be a pretty easy win for Real even though Celtic is in a great shape at the moment.

Each team might have their weaknesses and strengths but this is champions league. The group stages are very much predictable unlike the knockout stages. Chelsea has had a good record in the champions league and I’m very sure today they’re going to win the match even though they’re playing an away game. Consistency and good track record for Chelsea will definitely give them an edge to win today. Let’s watch out and see.
