Though I didn't watch that of Bayern Munich game that they suffer that defeat, but it appeared they rested some of their players in preparation for their Champions League returning match against Real Madrid and plus the fact that their league trophy is already lifted by Bayern Leverkusen, So playing with key players when they got super important game to play is something I believe could have been the reason to lose that game because they wouldn't want to risk losing any of their key play to injury.

On paper, Real Madrid deserves to be the favorite in the second leg match. This does not mean underestimating Bayern Munich strength, because acting as host is certainly very profitable for Real Madrid. Apart from that, ahead of the second leg match, Real Madrid appeared more consistent in La Liga, while Bayern Munich suffered another defeat in the Bundesliga. Although domestic competition cannot be used as a complete reference, it will more or less have an impact on their match in the Champions League. Real Madrid in many ways looks better prepared to advance to the final, and Ancelotti will most likely experiment again with his main lineup, which in my opinion did not work optimally in the first leg. That would definitely be epic, not sure how professional players are about these stuff, but we would be able to see it. Secondly, we are going to end up with Real Madrid players, lets assume that PSG goes to finals and wins, unlikely but lets assume that happens, when Mbappe joins next season, will they ignore the previous season, or will they dislike Mbappe because he took a cup from them? These all matters, because it would be terrible for Mbappe to go to Real Madrid and be hated by all his teammates there because of the title.

Let me guess, you've just made use imof that prediction site again? I don't expect anything from Paris Saint Germans, I know they have a good coach but can they player's do them own role on the pitch at home?

And I want to know something, when did this happen?  What year? Barcelona did not so so well and the red card was no excuse in my opinion, I've seen clubs go on to win games like this even during European Competitions.

This is the the Champions League Competition, as much as Real Madrid are obsessed with this Competition, I still don't have much to say Hopefully they don't screw things up.
If I'm to finally take sides to progress to the finals, I expect both clubs from Bundesliga to be knocked out. Paris Saint Germans deserves some huge difference and change, I'd love to see that change but can they do it?

 Well the second leg of the UCL is before us and there’s a tensed sense of anticipation as to what the tie holds for us especially us that are very optimistic on seeing a final between Real Madrid and PSG. This puts Borrusia Dortmund in between the devil and deep blue seas as they’re going to really think through on the strategy to use.

 ⁠They will either be defending their lead or coming out to attack and luckily they add to their lead but they kist be wary of the fast paced attackers of PSG. PSG will be having the home advantage to their favor and this could be the best time for them to create another history for themselves and get their name on the media for another great comeback.
 
 ⁠PSG are good with tactics and I know this match won’t be one very difficult one for them as following on Enrique tactics will be able to help them overturn this deficit and get them through the game. I can’t sincerely wait for this 2nd leg encounter already. ⁠I think anyteam who goes according to plan will be able to qualify past to the final as this is what this semi finals match is all about. I still have high hopes on PSG getting to the finals but let’s see what Dortmund has in stock for us.

Real Madrid have good advantage on that day because they are playing at home, and they will be motivated by their fans, while Bayern might be intimidated by their host fans. Bayern Munich should not be estimated, and I know that Ancelotti will never do that. Bayern can still perform very well away from home, who knows if the match might end in a penalty shootout.

However, from the recent performance of Real Madrid, I don't think that a draw will be their aim but winning the match will be their target, and Ancelotti knows the kind of strategy that he would use. I will place my bet on Real Madrid to win the match just for fun.

I don't know what is influencing my thoughts at the moment, it seems I am more confident that PSG will qualify for the final round, even though as you said, Terzic could set up a strategy to make things difficult and put pressure on PSG, but none of that will work if the quality of the players Dortmund has is not comparable to PSG. .
From the 1st leg it was clear that PSG was able to survive, only conceding 1 score even though they couldn't score, but PSG's defense had proven that they had enormous strength in the defense line.
Meanwhile, matches at home will really affect the performance of the players because they are more confident, but for a visiting club like Dortmund, the mentality will definitely decrease a little because sometimes the fans can put pressure on the opposing club's confidence.

It's natural, if many people are favorites with Real Madrid in the second leg of the semifinals, apart from playing at the Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid is a team that has a winning mentality in this UCL competition. but that doesn't mean that Bayern Munich doesn't have a chance to match Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu, Thomas Tuchel's squad played very well against Madrid at the Allianz Arena. IMO, this match will be very exciting and tough. Let's see how these two teams battle in the second leg.

For the PSG vs Dotmund match, this match also looks like it will feature an exciting battle. Football is a game played and won on the pitch, and not on paper, when you see a PSG vs Dortmund game on paper PSG are favourites and I know not everyone gave Dortmund the opportunity to win in the first leg, but Dortmund won, let's not be surprised Dortmund go to France and secure a draw which will secure there ticket to the finals, PSG vs Madrid final will be a dream champions league final considering the transfer speculation between Mbappe and Madrid and also an opportunity for him to test himself against a Madrid team but PSG needs to get rid of Dortmund first before thinking about the finals.

I don't agree with saying that Borussia Dortmund is a surprise club, because they have come this far and they are also a club that is usually in the Champions League representing the Bundesliga, and don't forget that they have reached the Champions League final several times. Their success in the first leg when they beat Paris Saint Germain with a score of 1-0 was also the result of their hard work, and in the game they were evenly matched with no significant differences.

They have already put one foot in the final round, but being able to put both feet in the final is not an easy thing. Although indeed, in the second leg later that PSG will also play at home but still, it seems that the home and away factors are not entirely a factor for success or failure.

No doubt, Real Madrid will lift la Liga league trophy, and they have achieved some points that will make them not to miss this season opportunity to lift the trophy because they have beaten many teams to top other teams to become a champion soon.

The second leg will going to be tough in the home of Real Madrid because they will do what will make them to secure goal from the game, but the opportunity for them to win the game will not be there because Bayern Munich will use full force to play them to achieve victory.

The Champions League semi-final match is always quite fierce and quite crucial, but I am still not very sure that PSG will be able to beat the team that will enter the final if PSG is able to reach the Champions League final this season. PSG is not far behind Dortmund in aggregate goals, but PSG still has to fight better in the second leg because Dortmund is also a team that often appears in the Champions League. So PSG also has to be more careful when undergoing the second leg match later.

I was not surprised by what I saw from the results of the first leg, because after all Bayern Munich was a team that was strong enough even though they had a slight decline this season. Madrid this season has secured the La Liga trophy and allowed them to focus the second leg of the Champions League completely, what you said is true, Madrid this season has not performed as well as last season, but I think they still have and keep the winning mentality they have, the first leg of the semi-final between Munich and Madrid is certainly no different from the quarter-final between Madrid and Manchester City,  The mentality of both teams is very tested in the second leg in winning later, so that when one team makes a mistake, it is certain that the disaster of defeat will befall them in the match later, for now of course it is difficult to say who the team will win in the match later because  experience, mentality and also the chances of both teams are equally good in the second leg later.

I think it's hard to guess which team will win, because I think 45x2 normal time may not be enough to determine who has the right to advance to the final, I personally am quite sure if the two teams will draw in normal time and maybe continue the match to the penalty round later, Madrid will play at the Bernabeu and of course the support of the fans will make their mentality and motivation they increase,  while Bayern Munich certainly come with a lot of confidence to be able to get the only trophy left this season.

Real Madrid are already the current champions of Spain and they got that massive achievement yesterday that they defeated Cadiz while Barcelona were beaten by Girona in their own game. After Real Madrid defeated Barcelona in the Spanish La Liga two weekends ago, I had the full conviction that Real Madrid are surely going to win the Spanish La Liga this season but I never knew they'll do it with with four games to spare.
Now that Real Madrid have won the Spanish league, they'll fully shift their attention to the second leg of their UEFA Champions League semi final game against German giants Bayern Munich which will be played on Wednesday. As a Real Madrid fan, I'll be rooting for Real Madrid to go all out and win that particular game so that the possiblity of winning the European title this season will remain very much alive.

I can't agree any less to this as this is so true in it's absoluteness because a whole lots of surprise have been see happen in the champions league and its not a new thing even previous seasons and this season had their own fair share of the surprises by teams and one of which personally I saw was how Barcelona got to lost a chance to the seminar finals even after winning the first leg and Manchester city loosing out of the champions league too.

Winning the first leg indeed isn't the final determinant to if you are definitely going to qualify to the next stage of the champions league but then it actually gets to give an edge and Also help the winning team build some more confidence for the next fixture because they have gotten the winning advantage already so they are sure they will be having lesser pressure to winning the next leg as even a draw will help them but in another case where the victory was with a very good margin, it's very possible the team gets to win even if the miss the second leg with a small margin just like the case of Liverpool in the Europa league.

Talking about a perfect finals, I don't think PSG and Madrid is such a perfect one because they are regular finalist as compared to Dortmund and Bayern Munich although Bayern Munich ha won the trophy more than PSG and Dortmund has but then it will make sense if Dortmund and Madrid gets to meet in the finals and that will definitely be an easy final to predict because Madrid is definitely not going to loose not at this point where they are so closed to the trophy, Dortmund actually lack the experience so they may use it to Gain some experience probably for the future.

When we look at seasonal performances, we can say that Real Madrid played better than Bayern this year. Bayern's performance is not as perfect as in previous years. Real Madrid is playing very well, they became the champion of La Liga and they have only 1 defeat. We saw once again how strong the team is.
A draw in the first match will cause both teams to think a little more about taking risks. They need to score goals without taking too big risks, let's see which team will make the first mistake

Till now the game between Bayern and Real Madrid still surprises me because if you come to look at it everyone expected Bayern to lose against Arsenal but eventually, it was a draw game, and the second leg won't be as easy as people think because but of them have good champions league experience, both of them are finding it difficult to decide who is going to win during the second leg, the only thing is that Madrid playing home might give them another that energy to play better, everyone wants real Madrid to win because they have put enough effort in wanting to win the champions league for a long time even last season they lost the la liga because of there chase for the champions league. PSG and Dortmund are other people on the line but am sure that the winner will either be Madrid or PSG.
