Arsenal will be visiting their long time nightmare in the return leg of the champions league on Wednesday and with a 0-2 loss to Aston Villa I don't think the Gunners would be thinking straight in that encounter against Bayern who have been very poor since the beginning of the season.
Bayern would have gotten the advantage in this tie but the Gunners escaped the penalty that was caused by Gabriel, when Raya passed the ball to him after the whistle and he picked up the ball to restart play but the ref over looked the error from the CB, I'd say the Arsenal side got lucky.
If Arsenal are not careful I feel they're going to console Bayern Munich with something to give them the lead in the return leg and if Arsenal don't respond immediately they're going to fall out in that encounter.
Both teams are going into that game like wounded lions, the chances of Arsenal winning this game is very low, that Aston Villa game would still be hitting them bad because they just handed Manchester City another title for the second time. Well, let's see how refreshed the Gunners would be by Wednesday.

Indeed Arsenal's performance was quite disappointing when they reached the climax when they should have played well until the end, since last season Arsenal have been like this they were not very consistent when they reached the end of the season they made mistakes which led to defeat I think we will experience disappointment again where Arsenal return failed to win the EPL trophy and it looks like they will also be beaten by Munich in the last 8. Bayern Munich also has Tuchel who is experienced in facing Arsenal. We know that Tuchel has previously coached one of the elite Premier League teams, namely Chelsea. Tuchel and Harry Kane understand well the strengths of a team like Arsenal, so this can help them beat Arteta squad at the Allianz Arena. That is an advantage that Bayern Munich has, acting as hosts and having Tuchel and Harry Kane by their side.

Arsenal are certainly no longer favorites like in the first leg, where in my opinion Arsenal chances are now considered very low. Bayern Munich is trying as hard as possible to advance to the semifinals, we know that they have lost their dominance in the Bundesliga. Overall their focus will be shifted to the Champions League, Bayern Munich will target to win this trophy this season, if they fail then they will end the season empty handed without any trophy.

Bayern is a disappointment this season and betting on Bayern is the same as asking to lose money, but Bayern were very lucky that their opponent at this stage was Arsenal, which is a real disaster worse than Bayern in my opinion. I say this because in the case of Arsenal, in recent times they always play well from the beginning of the season until close to the end of the season. but when there are 10 games left until the end of the season then the arsenal becomes a huge disaster, and this disappoints its fans in the premier league. But Arsenal can be worse than that, in the European Champions League they didn't even manage to beat Porto comfortably. So looking at Arsenal's performance in the European Champions League, I would say that they only reached this stage because they were lucky to play against weak teams, such as Sevilla, Lens, PSV and Porto who are not doing well this season. Bayern has been a team that even when they are poor in the Bundesliga, in the Champions League at least they have been good, that's why I see Bayern winning this game, they play well when they are with Kingsley Coman


Barcelona is a team that has had good results when they play at home, they have had good defense in the last few games and in the first leg game against PSG it seemed to me that the goals that Barcelona conceded could have been avoided, they were defensive errors that if Barcelona If they managed to improve, then they could have a chance of winning in that game, because Barcelona have been a team with attacking problems, I was even surprised by the fact that they managed to score 3 goals in that one against PSG. but in the second leg PSG can win. It's the type of game that is very unpredictable and I don't like to bet on

Arsenal actually don't really have much experience in the champions league, been able to get to this point for me i see it as them having tried well enough and aswell because somehow they have been in their best form this season so they are literally getting this far because they have been able to sustain some kind of strength so far which isn't uncommon but getting beyond this point now will further prove if they where actually worthy of winning the trophy.

It's even possible Arsenal may end this season Winning no trophy again just like they did last season, at a point this season they were even at the top of the table with over three points such that we thought they will be able to sustain it well enough because they did enjoyed some form of winning streaks those period and they were having so much dominance in their games especially after they returned from their break. The even had five goals in a half in one of their games which was a record for the season in the premier league, making it ix would have even been a football history in a half.

The decline of Arsenal is actually resulting from their inconsistent performance and i doubt bif Bayern is a matching contender especially as they will be playing from home, the best Arsenal may be able to get from that game may be a draw of which i don't think it will still do them much good because thats not all they will be needing to win the trophy this season or even getting to the next stage of the champions league.

P$G like one guy above said before me, is not a mature team and also after all those years they never has been a mature team, the develop of the team always crashed into the reality when they lose unbelieve matches in the Champions League , like the past season against Barcelona when they win in home by a big margin and after that they lose in the return game.

But for this game i dont know why i have some faith on them to beat Barcelona.

Thank you for the correction, sorry my bad. That's right, Barcelona hosted the 2nd leg. So I think this position is a better opportunity for Barcelona. Being the host and winning by 1 goal is certainly a good opportunity for Barcelona to maintain the win that they almost got. As long as they can stop Mbappe's movements, I'm sure, Barcelona can win this match. no, I don't underestimate PSG at all. but the main key for PSG is depend on Mbappe. There was no chance for Arsenal even before Arsenal had zero chances of winning it when you see serious people that can win you don't need a magician to tell you look at Manchester City we are already topping the premier league so will are going to win the champions league. arsenal Bayern we know the result already, arsenal can not beat does guys and that is the reason you will know that they won't go far in the Champions League they play differently. even if Arsenal does not win they will advance than Arsenal. they are always qualifying but no result.

With performance of PSG in a first match days ago, they will have big challenge to complete. Xavi and Barcelona will not easily let PSG to get a winning at Nou Camp.

PSG must be a strong team and can play well without Mbappe or in days Mbappe does not have good performances for them. Relying on a single player, either Mbappe or Messi, is not signal of a strong team that are ready to win big titles like Champions League.

I think this will exert much pressure on Arsenal to win Bayern Munich in their next meeting in the champions league fixture because the premier league which would have been what they will hope to fall back to if they eventually not be able to win the champions league games but sadly they are now having a very slim chance winning the premier league which is almost looking like it's not going bto be possible winning the premier league again because neither Liverpool or Manchester city will be willing to loose points to them.

Bayern Munich will most definitely not going to make the games such an easy one because they are definitely going to make sure the game ends in their favor especially as they are playing from home and they already had some away goals, for Arsenal they will want to try to make up for the loss they had in the first meeting so they are most definitely not going even play any less easier with Bayern Munich and Munich has got this resilience to wanting to make sure they win the and get to the next stage of the champions league with hopes of definitely getting a chance to win the champions league trophy.

Manchester and Real Madrid whosoever amongst them gets to win to the semi finals i trust will most likely be a serious challenge to Bayern Munich or Arsenal if either of them gets to make it to the semi finals. Bayern Munich very likely to get to the semi finals is aswell not going to be really able to get ahead of either Manchester city or Real Madrid as both teams has got a very good form and much of the champions league experience.

If we are analyzing it based on the some variables and i can conclude that if bayern will have more advantages compared to the arsenal.

Arsenal is still having slightly gap toward bayern but im sure that bayern will not miss an opportunity to win the game against arsenal after it was doing bottle jobs in the bundesliga. Things are going even harder for arsenal since it was also getting the bad result in EPL as well.
I strongly believe that if a miracle can happen in the future for bayern. The club played so awfully in bundesliga but it's still having a chance in UCL. The next game will give bayern numerous advantages over arsenal.

It will be so stupid if tuchel will not able to help bayern to win against arsenal soon. Bayern's mentality is booested a lot caused by the result from the first leg.

Every team in the Champions League that has finished the 1st leg has played well. But some teams have certainly made their games more exciting and fought hard enough to win. Especially the game between Manchester City vs Real Madrid will be more interesting as both teams are strong enough. Moreover, Arsenal vs Bayern Munich these two teams have also drawn so it will be more exciting game between these two teams, and it is very difficult to say which of these teams will enter the semi-finals. However, these Champions League teams are currently under a lot of pressure as they will be trying hard to fight for the title. Yes that loss in someway can possibly affect the performance of this Arsenal team and also you can start to wonder if Arteta will just want to rest his players and keep them for the fight of the EPL.

 Bayern on the hand also lost their league to Bayern Leverkusen during the weekend but playing at home is a major advantage for this Bayern side as we all know how much teams enjoy playing infront of their fans. Bayern can capitalize on the loss by Arsenal over the weekend and run riot on this Arsenal team and be able to go through to the final stage of the competition.

In the first leg, Xavi managed to stop Mbappe and Dembele even though he experienced difficulties in the first minute, in the second half Luis Enriqeu rotated Dembele to change his system. however, Enrique's efforts failed again when the two players were marked tightly by Kounde and Joao Cancelo, including Araujo. well, the efforts made by Xavi Hernandez were successful in the first leg at home to Paris Saint-Germain.
