Well a few of interesting results in this weekend which can impact a lot in the series, Arsenal losing against Aston Villa and coming to the game against Bayern munich in not a good mood or mental strong.

Bayern Munich already knows they cant win bundesliga and now Leverkusen becomes the champion, so they know only UCL can save the year, wors news for arsenal.

Previously, Manchester City were often favorites to become champions but they failed repeatedly. But last season, Manchester City finally won the Champions League title for the first time and it was all thanks to the crazy depth of their squad. I don't deny the fact that Manchester City will still be the favorites to win but if it's for Arsenal, I doubt that not only in this season but also in the following season.

Even though Arsenal's game is so good, they still don't have the winning mentality that a competent team should have in winning this competition and instead they will remain an excessive team and I agree with you on that. Arsenal is nothing more than a team that is blown up by the media and looking at Real Madrid and Bayern Munich who are below Arsenal, I see it as an odd phenomenon in this competition. Roll Eyes
There is no doubt currently we are having Manchester City as one of the best side in UEFA and their player's depth is also impressive which is helping them for having better results and things are well controlled in game against Real Madrid they have done good job and having good space for the second leg game while their all players were on their top Foden and Silva were fascinating in this game, and they were leading from the front in absence of the KDB.

Arsenal is also going good but sadly due to their lack of experience they are suffering which is surely needed time then we can expect better results from them which will surely helps them for having better results and currently mostly are predicting Bayern Munich can go through which is possible but still game is wide open for both sides and anyone can win on his performance on match day.

Bayern confirm Kingsley Coman has sustained a muscle injury in his right adductor.
“Coman will be sidelined for several weeks”, club statement reports.

Source: https://x.com/fabrizioromano/status/1779211463761989827?s=46

This is actually very good news for Arsenal. They will actually play against Bayern Munich without having Coman and Gnabry in the Bayern Munich team. This has made it easier for Arsenal. I still think it is going to be a very competitive match. But this injury news is really going to cause some problems for Bayern Munich. The biggest problem for them is going to be winning against Arsenal. They have to overcome this problem and after that think about future matches. And I have to say another thing, which is, if Arsenal is unable to win against Bayern Munich even after having all these advantages, it is definitely going to be a bad performance from the side of Arsenal.

Bayern Munich already had problems because after 11 years they are going to lose the Bundesliga title to another club. And now it looks like they have a lot of trouble in the competition as well.
Playing the second leg of their quarter final tie against Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League this week without either of Serge Gnabry or Kingsley Coman will be a huge blow to Thomas Tuchel's Bayern Munich who will be going into the game with 2:2 aggregate scoreline. But even in the absence of the duo, I still expect Bayern Munich to get a result that'll see them progress to the semi finals of the competition even when I know it'll be a very difficult task for them. Arsenal manager and players will be a bit relieved that they'll not be facing any of the two injured players and would definitely want to capitalize on it to win the second leg of the tie which will take place at Allianz Arena on Wednesday. It's going to be a very difficult game for both teams but because it's the second and final leg of the tie, of be of the two teams will leave the stadium eliminated from the competition

Not sure Asenal will be lucky at the Allianz Arena because the draw in the first leg with a draw already shows that they are not good enough to qualify for the next round and still need to learn a lot more for the UCL next season, it seems that Arsenal will not qualify because it could be Munich will embarrass them at the Allianz Arena in front of all their supporters. Of course, Munich wants to win and qualify for the next round. There is no hope of getting a title in the Bundesliga this season and there is only UCL. Munich's hope is that's why they won't let Arsenal get rid of them in the second leg.

Munich will definitely play as hard as possible to beat Arsenal at the Allianz arena because in the previous match they were able to hold Arsenal to a draw, Tuchel also doesn't want to be fired so he will use all his abilities to organize the strategy implemented by Arteta and his team, I think Munich will won a landslide win at the Allianz arena and Arsenal will not qualify for the next round, Arsenal still have a chance to win the EPL title this season because they have that chance compared to the UCL, and the difference in points is enough to allow them to win the UCL title this season.
Arsenal is not really as bad as you claim they are, I mean they got a tie so why act like they lost such a big game. I personally believe that we are going to end up with a lot of stuff in the end, we should probably consider that as the reality and not a big deal. I believe that the best thing to do right now would be betting on whatever you trust, but Arsenal is not "that" bad, plus Bayern is not looking that great neither so it is normal to assume that they may not do all that well.

I personally believe that the best way to move forward would be Arsenal for me, but that is my own choice, maybe I am wrong and Bayern will win and if you think like that then you should bet on them, I just think Arsenal may surprise you all.

On a normal day, Arsenal don't stand a chance to face Bayern Munich, whenever they mention them, gunner's would be trembling with fear.
Today, because of a slight decline, they want to open them mouths wide open and day crap about Bayern Munich? Or because they're having a good season with Mikel Arteta ad head coach, they want to slander Bayern Munich? They should buckle up and get themselves ready for the battle and war ahead come next week would be damn bloody.

Arsenal might be having a great season no doubts, but I have never supported them to win the Champions League Competition, not even against Bayern Munich.
Maybe stopping Manchester City gave some balls in the Premier League Competition, but can gnru do same in the Champions League!
It's true that Arsenal this season is doing well in the English league, but Munich has enough mentality in the Champions League, what's more, the track record of these two teams is Munich's superior, and in the first leg Arsenal suffered a big loss, not being able to take maximum points at home, instead sharing points with their opponents who will very profitable for Bayer Munich in the second meeting.

Bayer Munich may not be performing well in the league, but they have enough mentality to compete in the Champions League. It's not impossible for Arsenal to win in Munich, but if you look at their meeting, I predict Batern Munich will be able to win in the second leg. later it will be played on its own.

Regarding there are some people who still favor Arsenal to get to the semifinals, I think it's natural because everyone has a different point of view for the two teams, but we also have to be realistic even though anything is still possible in football.
In terms of experience, Arsenal doesn't have as much experience as Munich, but in terms of mentality, without a doubt, in the first leg, Arsenal was able to have a mentality that was on par with Munich and was able to hold on to a draw at the end of the match.
now we think logically, if Bayern Munich had a strong mentality they should be able to win in the first leg but in fact Arsenal was able to put pressure on Bayern Munich so that Tuchel troops became a little unfocused.
In the second leg, it is likely that Bayern Munich will be stronger because they are confident at home, but the problem is that Arsenal is currently in a really stable condition in terms of squad depth, which is very strong and mentally they may be ready to match Bayern Munich playing style.

not sure whether Bayern Munich is capable of winning the second leg and it's not that I doubt Munich but the situation of these two teams is equal and it could end in a surprise.
Bayern Munich poor performance in the Bundesliga has made bettors hesitate in making future bets.

I would love to know in your opinion what you think about the changes? For me, i do not like the changes this is because a team can be called a champion if they face their nemesis. This current format has kept things this way and have made the league so interesting to watch. Arsenal bs Bayern, Real Madrid vs Manchester City to mention a few playing against each other in the quarter finals which is what we as the fans would want. Any one them who is a true champion will win and lift the title. It is a fight for the champions and not a fight for equals. Let the weak teams be eliminated and the survivors should fight to be the champions.

Honestly it looks like the new format is turning this tournament into a different one rather than the Champions League. Some European leagues already have a big quota in the current system. As of the new format we are likely to see some more unrelated teams having a chance as well. This might drop the quality of the tournament maybe.

I absolutely like the group stage format the most.  Smiley  I'm saying it even before the new format starts being used because we have the knowledge of how it is going to work. There is no need to change the one which is already loved. But sometimes FIFA or UEFA like to try this kind of changes anyway.

I think people are actually giving Bayern Munich a bigger chance because Bayern Munich is not going to win the Bundesliga title most probably.

So they have to win the Champions League competition. And that's why they are going to put all their concentration in the Champions League competition no matter what.
Bayern Munich did wanted to win Champions League since the last summer when they decided to spend big money for Harry Kane. It's wrong to say Bayern Munich only want to win Champions League because they already failed in Bundesliga. It's clearly that with their unexpected failure in Bundesliga, they will have more reason to fight for Champions League, a last chance for them to win a title in this season.

Quote
Meanwhile, Arsenal still has to think about the English Premier League title. I think we can say that even if Arsenal is somehow unable to win the English Premier League title, they will still be agonizingly close.

So of course Arsenal will have to concentrate on both competitions. That alone should give Bayern Munich an edge here. But the level of inconsistency that Bayern Munich has shown recently, it is hard to trust them at this moment. They have not been able to win some matches that were pretty easy on paper for them.
Arsenal with a draw at home from the first leg quarter final, will have disadvantage when they move to Munich for a second leg quarter final. It's hard to say a draw result at home, then play a home away match later will be small or big disadvantage for Arsenal but sure they will not have any advantage in Munich.

Bayern Munich through a first leg match, shows that they are good enough to beat Arsenal and nearly would be able to win there. At their home stadium, they have better chance to beat Arsenal.

I don’t see any high chance of Bayern Munich winning the second leg against Arsenal. I didn’t see any sign of victory from Bayern Munich. I’m still expecting the game to be a draw or a win for Arsenal but not for Bayern Munich, although I know you are giving them a chance of winning because they will be playing at home in the second leg.

But if you look at it, you will see that even in the first leg against Arsenal at Emirate Stadium, it was Arsenal that dominated the match, not Bayern Munich. Furthermore, if not for the penalty, Arsenal would have won that match. So I will rather predict the game for Arsenal to win or it should draw and not Bayern Munich to win against Arsenal even at their home.
Maybe the draw in yesterday's match can give Bayern Munich a little confidence in being able to win the second leg, but there is no certainty. I also don't see a big chance for Bayern Munich to win in the second leg, I just think Bayern Munich is an experienced team, and maybe they can turn things around later in the second leg.
That makes sense, it's possible that if it weren't for the penalty Arsenal could have won yesterday's match. Yes, it is true that penalties rarely occur, so it is possible that if there were no penalties, Arsenal could win, but there is no definite prediction, just look at the match. And indeed in the first match, Arsenal controlled more of the ball, maybe this is true given the many reports. if Bayern Munich is experiencing a downturn.
Arsenal was very impressive when playing at group stages even at that time they can able to collect 13 points from 6 matches and it makes them can occupy first place of group table but when entering to knockout phase Arsenal performance a bit decline because at round of 16 they have to hard struggling to beat Porto which is on the paper this should being an easy match for them and when the match against Bayern Munich few days ago Arsenal almost be lost but luckily Trossard can scored goal and equalized the scores which makes Arsenal can be avoiding to lost

For Bayern Munich if you notice although their performance at Bundesliga was decline but in Champion League Bayern Munich performance is still remains stable and at Allianz Arena Bayern Munich is still unbeatable since group stages until round of 16 but indeed Arsenal players mentally will be tested at this match because if they can win at Bayern Munich home ground then i will starting to counted them as title candidate so let see it later whether Arsenal who will be the winner of this match or Bayern Munich who can advances to the next round

Bayern Munich has advantage for second leg match against Arsenal after getting draw on first leg, playing as home match and has many days left get rest than Arsenal has domestic league match tomorrow.
In my opinion, Bayern Munich one step closer for qualifying to quarter final and has bigger chance than Arsenal although in domestic league Bayern Munich's performance not promising yet. In the first leg match, Arsenal failed get advantage as their home match and holding draw by Bayern is not good capital for second leg match.
UEFA Champion League is the only opportunity left for Bayern Munich to get trophy in this season, I think Tuchel won't leave Bayern in this season without any trophy achievement and giving bad reputation for bayern history always success winning trophy every season.

In theory, yeah, Bayern Munich is the favorite in the second leg when they host Arsenal. playing at the Allianz Arena, provides high motivation which in fact plays in front of his own supporters. However, if we refer to the odds provided by the bookies, both have the same chance no matter that the match is played at Bayern Munich's home ground. If Arsenal didn't play optimally yesterday, maybe they will be more optimal when they play in Germany at home to Munich. After all, Arsenal had more control over the course of the match. in the second leg, maybe the same thing will happen. because Tuchel played more counter-attack tactics when he met Arsenal. but what is certain is that we don't know for sure what the two coaches will implement when these two teams meet. What is certain is that neither Arsenal nor Bayern Munich will waste their momentum in the second leg of the quarter-finals which will be held at the Allian Arena. Well, it's not Tuchel who determines whether Bayern will be able to win the trophy or not. However, what happens when Bayern plays their matches against opposing teams. Let's assume that Bayern wins against Arsenal, it's not certain that Bayern Munich will win another match, especially if they meet Madrid or City. On the contrary, Arteta wants to do what is best for the club, the team and its supporters. He will use his abilities when the Gunners visit Bayern. Well, we will find out the results when this match is held.

I think people are actually giving Bayern Munich a bigger chance because Bayern Munich is not going to win the Bundesliga title most probably.

that could happen, there is a possibility that they will appear different to what they showed in the Champions League, with their current downturn I think they can evaluate their mistakes, and look for solutions to be able to fix them and return with a performance that is known as a good and strong team. Nobody knows either, maybe in the Bundesliga they don't play well, but later in the Champions League maybe they will give a surprise.

Indeed, with their match against Arsenal in the next match, namely in the second leg, they have a chance to beat Arsenal, because in my opinion, by playing at home, it can make them more confident in playing. It's true what you said, if their match yesterday ended in defeat maybe they would have less confidence in being able to win even at home, but as you said, with their match yesterday in the first leg ending in a draw, I think Munich really has confidence. more self in the second match later.

You are actually right bro, arsenal and their fan are just dreaming because  the champions league are meant for men not boys, and this arsenal team am seeing so is just too inexperienced to really go all the way, when the the bigger boys are still in the competition.

Ok let's look at their performance against Bayern Munich at the Emirates stadium, upon all the form arsenal are this season in the premier league, they still cannot beat a Bayern team that have been struggling all seasons at the Emirates stadium, that shows lack of experience is really having an impact on this arsenal team, especially in the champions league.

And as for the return fixture, though the game is still very open, but it's more likely for Bayern Munich to edge this one and progress to the next stage of the competition, than arsenal progressing.

Yeah Bayern Munich has more advantages in the second leg, apart from playing at home, they also have Harry Kane who understands how the Premier League teams play so Arsenal are really under pressure and Arsenal needed something to get out of the pressure for example playing without burden so they can focus and hope for luck. Stake.com has released predictions for which teams are closer to the trophy and I was a little surprised to see Arsenal in 2nd place even though we know Arsenal is playing away in the second leg, does this mean that the sportsbook predicts there will be a surprise in the Bayer Munich vs Arsenal match? honestly, this is beyond my expectations.
Harry Kane alone is not enough because what Bayern Munich needs is teamwork. If you only rely on Harry Kane to solve Arsenal strategy, Arteta will find it easier to lock Kane movements. However, Arteta can give instructions to Saliba to continue following Kane wherever he moves. For example, in the 1st leg Kane was only able to score a goal from the penalty spot and the rest of the time he couldn't score again and shows how difficult it is for Harry Kane to score more goals. So it cannot be taken lightly, only armed with Kane experience, Arsenal can't seem to move. In the 2nd leg, both of them still have the same chance of winning, in fact I still believe the probability is 50:50 for both teams. It doesn't matter if you play at Bayern Munich home ground because their formation is no longer scary.

Nothing surprising, Premier League's teams are overrated, so it makes both Manchester City and Arsenal are favorites.

I would also say Bayern Munich will win on the second leg, the odds Bayern Munich to win @2.45, it's really worth to bet.

I don't know why people see Arsenal is like a team who won Champions League many times, while the reality they didn't even become a champion lol.

That's because seeing Arsenal's impressive performance in the Premier League and it must be admitted that in the domestic league the Arsenal team is very strong this season, but in the Champions League everything will be different, I think Arsenal is a team that doesn't have a strong enough mentality to compete fiercely in the Champion League. with other top European teams.

I also predict that Bayern Munich's chances of winning in the second leg are very big, especially since they will be playing at home and a draw in the first leg will actually be quite profitable for Bayern Munich.
With a big chance of winning, Bayern Munich is indeed worth betting on.

With all sincerity, forget about the current form of Arsenal but the truth be told Bayern Munich is stronger than Arsenal even though they are not in their best performance this season. Let us forget past meetings between Bayern Munich and Arsenal and look more at their play this season you will surely know that Bayern is greater but I will just say that their drop in form this season is just unfortunate for the club.

Harry Kane understands Arsenal very well even when he was playing at Tottenham, most of the time they met Arsenal, Harry Kane normally scored so meeting Arsenal in the Champions league quarter finals also looks easy for him to score because he knows how to make his way to Arsenal's net.
