PSG has a garbage goalkeeper who cannot keep calm while staying in front of his goal net. It was quite frustrating to see how the goalkeeper was always trying to prevent the ball or crossing by moving away from his position, and he could not even trust his team to defend it.
PSG's defenders are so crap as they did nothing in this match which was also putting the goalkeeper in panic when it came to the crossing by Barcelona. Well, PSG deserved it since club played so garbage at home. Barcelona has a better quality here compared to the PSG and it's obvious.

Barcelona's odds was pretty damn good and people got almost 4x return from winning this match. Congrats for any of barcelona bettors in this match. You guys were getting decent reward from the barcelona's match tonight.
Things are going even harder for PSG in order to get UCL trophy this season. Enrique was former of barcelona's coach but he didn't even understand how to prevent it from winning by putting 10 players as defenders and used direct counter attack to score.

The games ended differently from yesterday's game, the yesterday's games ended in a draw, but there were winners in this games. Athletico's victory would have been lost because Dortmund became charged up after the last goal from the Ivorian striker who came on as a substitute. It was a goal worthy to be called a goal from a striker because it well struck. In the second leg, the coach should really consider starting him because he can increase their chances to score.

Barcelona won in France, they will welcome the french club to Spain and have the upper hand still.

What helped Barcelona is the way they defended. They defended well, as a team, and didn't attack too much. If you notice you'll see that whenever they're on the counter only about 3 players are going forward, 4 at most, and that 4th is Gundugan. If another player who's not an attacker has already gone forward to complete 4 in attack on the counter, the rest sit back and cover for him. This helped to neutralize the pace of the PSG attack.
I think Xavi got his tactics spot on. He was so on point.
Cancelo did a good job keeping Dembele quiet so he had to switch. One of PSG's problems is the lack of a 9. If you notice the middle was always empty, they only attacked from the wing which made them too predictable.

I won my bet today. I knew Barcelona would win and I also knew Atletico would win too. PSG still has a lot to do when it comes to defending. Exactly. There should be an evaluation for the defense of Dortmund. It is a must to choose better defenders for Leg 2 match. I think Dortmund can win the match if the defense can a bit better. In Leg 2, they will play at home, it will be an advantage for Dortmund. So, this is actually not over yet for Dortmund, they can struggle all out at home in Leg 2.

Anyway, Haller deserves to be the starter, just put Fullkrug on the bench for Leg 2. In some matches, Fullkrug seems not performing very well if he becomes the starter. It is time to bring Haller on the starting lineup.

Yesterday's Arsenal Champions league game against Bayern was one that's very Pathetic, because in the last minute of the game,Arsenal had a clear penalty that wasn't awarded by the Referee,who was so stubborn to even listen to the call of the VAR to go check the encounter between Bayern's keeper and Arsenal's Saka.
He blew the final wistle and closed the match immediately as the ball left Bayern's net,and this was so frustrating to Arsenal players and fans who were watching the match.
Although,I think Arsenal made the worst mistake yesterday given away two cheap goals to their opponent,which was also another matter to deliberate on.The gunners will look forward to going to Bayern home to either win or draw them there.

Very unlucky for PSG despite having a lot possession in the second half missed a few good opportunities that would have made them win the match or probably ended it at a draw. The next leg will be tough than this because it holds the faith of the both teams if they proceed or ends there. Barcelona will be at home and are already leading with a goal lead, if PSG are to qualify they should do far better than what they did tonight, converting every slight opportunity to goal.

I really didn't think that Barcelona could beat PSG when they played away. In fact, I thought that even if Barcelona played at home, they would definitely lose to PSG, but it turned out to be completely unexpected. Because the results are quite surprising. Even though the total score is not that good, victory after victory can take them to the next round. And Barcelona must always maintain and improve it optimally. Barca after the Messi era looks very underestimated. Nobody gives them a chance. There is a perception that they cannot play beyond the quarter finals. But Barca destroyed this perception with their play today. If they don't make a mistake at home in the second leg, they will reach the semi finals and they have a very good chance of eliminating the team from the other side and playing the final. This season Barca can return to the good old days, even if they are unlikely to win La Liga, they have a very good chance of reaching the Champions League final.

I'd have to hand it to them they were impressive at their game tonight, they did little work of PSG's defense and midfield. At some point I felt that Barca will slack and go back to being defensive while PSG punished them with wicked counter attacks but the reverse was the case and you could tell that Xavi's men were invested in taking control of the game.
Another thing that made PSG lose tonight was that they felt, just like you said, that Barca could be easily intimidated and beaten especially since they were the visitors, even the bookies favored PSG to win this game but they went ahead to bottle it because of over confidence. Well, they could not do anything positive in their home, is it when they return for the second leg at camp Nou that Luis Enrique's boys will be serious? Have they not learned anything yet? The way I see it, PSG will well be on their way to kissing the champions league goodbye.

Did you really watched the game , I can't tell that of Athletico as I didn't watch it but I knew Barca Earned it because they play real good by maintain their positions, not being supportive but judging from their game play today
PSG were quite defensive today and I know they are always furious with their second legs so Barca has to prepare against their second leg at it's going to be a furry one.

PSG did not perform as I expected in the game, Barcelona played well; they did not miss or lose their chances on the pitch. PSG needs to prepare for Barcelona in the Camp Nou if they want to overcome them, because it will be very difficult for PSG to win their next game against Barcelona. Xavi has an opportunity to lead by one goal, and Barcelona is good at home, and based on how PSG played today, I don't think they will be able to qualify for the semi-finals. I believe Barcelona will face Manchester City in the next round, because it will be very difficult for Ancelotti to defeat Guadiola in the Etihad next week, unless Real Madrid has luck in the game, but in real Manchester City will defeat Madrid. Pretty horrible game by Dortmund to be honest. Both goals for Athletico were scored after rookie mistakes in defence. I guess the pressure paid off for the Spaniards.
Borussia should feel lucky for only losing by one goal, which will make the 2nd leg pretty interesting.
For what it's worth, Borussia managed to get 67% possession, which was a bit surprising, but that's probably due to Athletico's tactic.
