Manchester City really dominated this first leg match with good ball control, but Manchester City's defense seemed less impressive. They were good when building attacks, but they failed to maintain their lead due to a weak defense.

Having a 2-3 lead didn't make Manchester City play better defensively, but they allowed Valverde to score the equalizing goal for a 3-3 score. Of course it's not great for Manchester City, but this game is really interesting. No one expected there to be 6 goals in a match this tight, but in fact we have seen both teams fail to defend well so far. There's still a chance to get one of them to win, it's still possible.

The match was tense between Real Madrid and Manchester City and all the goals scored were beautiful goals from both teams.

It is not over yet for Manchester city as Foden have brought hope back to the club by equizing the second goal with a beautiful finish on the 66th minutes to make it 2-2.

Gvardiol have scored with a powerful shot to put Manchester city on the lead on the 72nd mins. The game is 3-2 against Real Madrid.

On the other hand Arsenal have also equalized their goal with a by Trossad with a wonderful finish on the 76th minutes, and it is 2-2.

the match is really getting more exciting. Even though Arsenal is still behind Bayern Munich, this time, they are dominating more. And they also seem quite aggressive. So, Bayern Munich's position is not very safe here either. There was still time for them to fight each other. This is still quite difficult. So far the match is going well for Real Madrid favour, although is very tough for the both teams because there performance are also good, however I'm surprised to see that Manchester City is not too consistent on this match because they had the privilege of scoring the first goal but could not maintain it, although after they score the goal it was as if they woke the lion on Real Madrid because it was not upto 15 minutes they had already equalize and was leading Manchester City with 2-1.

Although I had already imagine the outcome of the match to be like this because real Madrid has been considered to be more experience than Manchester City in terms of champions league and perhaps that is exactly what they are using against them on this match, however Manchester City seem to have been dominating on this early minutes of this second half, however let's see if Manchester City will retaliate on this second half.

The provisional results for both matches were completely unexpected, the bookies had Arsenal and Manchester City as favorites in the match, but what happened this time? the two teams that are favorites are not leading.

Pep Guardiola really seemed to have to make some changes in the second half, especially because I saw that the defensive system that Manchester City built in the first half was really fragile. There was a lot of free space that Real Madrid's attackers could exploit in the first half, then several players also lost the ball too often at their feet.

I know Manchester City dominated this away game, but they need to focus more on effective play rather than just high ball possession. Kevin De Bruyne and Doku will likely get minutes in the second half, but it looks like Pep Guardiola chose not to make changes early in the match.

Looking down on bayern will be detrimental to arsenal if they think that way, arsenal as a team would have known by now that their are teams that are champions league teams so no matter how ill performed such team's are in their various club side they shouldn't be downgrade because champions league has another spirit and it is not for unserious boys, bayern has a history in the champions league and that history can never be erased.
Though anything is possible in the game of soccer but bayern seem not to be giving up on their pursuit to secure this win against arsenal, I have followed arsenal and I understand their pattern of football which is tip tap and we also know that bayern also play such entertaining football so tonight one team must win between the two teams, though recently bayern has been terrible in scoring goals but this game seem like it will favor them unless arteta and his boys will strategize and devise a means to make a difference.

I agree with your assertion about experience when it comes to champions league for Bayern Munich, however for this firs half  they've shown that prowess by leading 2-1 before half time.  I still strongly believe arsenal have that capacity to come back into the game.

But you saying Bayern Munich are reserving their energy for champions league, I quite disagree with that. what if the result doesn't go in their favour in the champions league, what if they've just been lucky to be at these stage of the champions league. I'm saying so because if they had that capacity, they would have been replicating it in their domestic league.

Arsenal defense looks weak because of the high line strategy adopted by the team, they fail to understand that this is the champions league not the premier league, and Bayern Munich have fast attackers that are good with counters that is why Arsenal defense looks weak.

Arsenal needs to adjust that strategy and adopt a more balanced defensive line strategy if not they will always be under pressure when their is any counterattack. Arsenal are better and are in control of the game but Bayern looks more dangerous with counters.

This is a different Bayern Munich side that we have always known and now i know why they lost the title challenge to Leverkusen. I don’t think Tuchel is doing a great job at the team because they are underperforming in my opinion, everything just seems different else the match would have been over even before it started.

It looks like in the second half Manchester City and Arsenal will make changes to be able to score goals and win the first leg, which in my opinion will be a more interesting match in the second half.
And Real Madrid's second goal scored by Rodrygo Goes in the 14th minute was very cool because the ball went very slowly but went into the goal. And even though Manchester City played at home to Real Madrid, they dominated the game. And they have to continue attacking Real Madrid in order to create the second goal and so on to win the match, but in my opinion it is not easy because the opponent is Real Madrid.

It is really strange to see Real performing this well compared to their last game at home against Leipzig.Most probably they did not take it seriously this game while they have a job left unfinished last year when they were humiliated by Manchester City in the semi final and as such the presence of Bellingham is doing well together with Vinicius and Rodrigo,they are putting a great show for the fans and I see not the same City we saw last year,you are right at them having quite some difficulties to get to attack Real while Real with just a couple of passes is in front of goal,most likely that is the way Guardiola plays,a lot of ball possession yet without results.For a fun bet I have put 4:4 correct score in both games with an odd of 10.000  .

Like it has been seen, That Real Madrid is currently wining base on their experience, and this is what I said would play out , Manchester City might play the play but Real Madrid under Carlo Ancelotti isn't joking, at all to have the three points. However, not really a bad performance on City's side, besides Madrid is utilizing their home advantage but if Manchester City would increase their strength and their frontline players become smarter with the ball in front of the post , then they will see a draw possibly.

Exactly. Arsenal has no reason whatsoever to lose this match and I also feel like they need that morale boost since they went for the halftime break, they need to strongly re-strategize. This is the opportunity that Michael Ateta has right now to make things happen for the club and they need to regain that confidence that they should have in the first place to be able to win this match.

And I'm looking at a 4-over-2 at the end of the game with Arsenal winning because Arsenal has every reason as to why they should win this game. Firstly, the last match they played against Bayern Munich, Arsenal won 2-over-1 to Bayern Munich and before then, Arsenal has also pulled in a lot of efforts against Bayern Munich. Also looking at the recent games that Arsenal played against Brighton which was 3 goals ahead of Brighton and then against Luton Town which was another 2 goals. And the other matches that they played has shown the level of prowess that Arsenal is currently commanding. It will be devastating for the fans and the well-wishers to lose this match which is meant to qualify Arsenal to the semi-finals, in what is meant to be one of their most sought-after tournament of Champions League.

I expected Real madrid and Manchester city match to be tough but for the first half played, the match is not tensed as anticipated by many. Manchester city is very poor at the back during this first half. Their defense needs tightening. Haaland is not showing any impact yet in the game. I don't know whether city players are actually distracted by the atmosphere but their play is not positive yet. I don't know Pep reason for benching Kelvin but his absence is showing obviously in this game. Second half is already underway for both matches.

The two top teams in the English league are currently both getting bad results in the first half, Manchester city is 2-1 behind Real Madrid, as well as Arsenal, who are playing at home, are 1-2 behind Bayern Munich, so far the Madrid vs Manchester match City, in my opinion, is the most exciting because both of them often attack each other and I think both of them are quite evenly matched although Manchester City is in a temporary lagging position, I think the tight guard by Madrid defenders for Haaland make he can't do much today in front line, and I think Ancelotti really instructed his defenders to stop Haaland's movements.

Meanwhile, in the Arsenal vs Bayer Munich match, it looks like Arsenal managed to dominate today's game, but unfortunately they wasted a lot of opportunities in the first half, and I think Arteta must be able to make a change in strategy in the second half to be able to dismantle the tight defense of Bayern Munich's defenders,  in the first half, we can see that Bayern's mentality Is quite strong and maybe they will be able to continue to extend their winning streak against Arsenal today if there is no change  strategy from arteta in the second half.
Both matches still have 45+ minutes remaining, and it is quite interesting to see what the two English teams will do to win the match or at least equalize the score today.
