A very professional performance from City and a well deserved victory, City controlled the game from start to finish and they were basically unlucky not to have won by more and kept a clean sheet, but they would take the 3-1 win back to the Etihad and they already have one foot in the QF of the CL.
Having said that, make no mistake that Copenhagen is a very good team, and it was not an easy win, the thing is just that City have so much quality and it is almost impossible to stop them when they are in this sort of winning mood, the rest of the teams in the CL and EPL must be worried about the menacing form of City, they are out to defend their titles.
City played impressively tonight and they showed and acted like the defending champions on the field against their host Copenhagen who also tried their best to put in a good performance so that they can stop City from achieving victory ove r them, but it was impossible because City cannot be stopped due to the high quality players that are in the club. I have automatically given City qualification to the next round, and I hope to see who City will be playing in the next round because it is clear that City wiill achieve victory in Etihad Stadium during the return leg.
