Last season, I thought Bayern Munich's failure to reach at least the semi final of the UEFA Champions League competition was because of the fact that they failed to replace their former striker Robert Lewandowski but the fact that they have a Harry Kane in the mix up this season but couldn't still defeat Bayer Leverkusen in any of the two league games they've played this season, I doubt I'd Bayern Munich are capable of winning the UEFA Champions League title this season. Thomas Tuchel needs to go back the drawing board and see how he can improve the performance of the team if he really want then to compete for major honors this season.

We have to measure their overall performance this season and also look at which team home ground the first leg will take place to determine which team is stronger for the first leg. Napoli are hosts for the first leg of the round of 16 so bookmakers will definitely give them higher odds. I will feel for him if he doesn’t get to win any trophy this season. There was more hope to win the Bundesliga trophy than the champions league because of the top teams involved in the champions league. If they can’t win Bayern Leverkusen, can they even make it to the finals of the champions league? This is what baffles me the most about all of this.
