The round of 16 this season, is not full of competitive matches and most matches can easily be identified who the winner will be and can advance to the next round of the competition. The three teams with high probability of winning the trophy all stands at a very good position to as well advance to the round of 16 without any trouble. The league is very much wide open, but teams that can go far can be seen from here.
Intermilan was also doing very well since last season. It's strange to see that why don't people put intermilan as one of favorite club to win the competition. Im seeing intermilan was capable enough to do that. It can be seen from how intermilan was capable in doing everything better than before.

This is also making the situation even worst. I think that the winner for this season will still the same and it will be the big teams from these candidates manchester city, intermilan, bayern munich, real madrid.

If the favorite teams are separated in two stages in winning the Champions League title, the first stage of the list of favorite teams will be Real Madrid, Manchester City and Bayern Munich. Atlético Madrid along with Inter Milan Arsenal have some chances in the second leg but I wouldn't consider Barcelona as favorites for the Champions League this season at all. And this season I don't want to put Barcelona in the list of favourites, because with the way they are performing this season, they are unlikely to do well in the Champions League.
