Indeed Mazzari has not been able to bring very good changes to Napoli, in fact, the last time they lost quite badly to Frosinone which made them have to be eliminated from the Coppa Italia even though that happened because Mazzari only played more of Napoli's second-tier players but the defeat was quite disappointing.

I believe Barcelona's current situation is more about finances than Xavi's or the team's tactical prowess. Their financial problems arent new, but their debt is forcing the sale of important players. I agree with you. Walter Mazzarri tries to correct Garcia's mistakes. But we don't know yet whether he will succeed. And so far Walter Mazzarri has not even been able to stabilize the Napoli team. Defeat in 4 out of 7 matches is not a good result. And against Barcelona, Walter Mazzarri will solve all the problems of the Napoli team, it seems less likely. For these reasons, I cannot consider the Napoli team as a favorite in the match against Barcelona. Walter Mazzarri needs more time to strengthen their squad. I think it is very unlikely that Lazio will win against Bayern Munich. Unless Bayern Munich's players make a big mistake, or several players from Bayern Munich's squad are absent from the match due to injury, Lazio is likely to get the points.

Bayern Munich is a very strong team in the Champions League platform. And this season they have built their squad to win the title. Meanwhile, Harry Kane, the most important player in the Munich squad, is in great form. If Kane plays well, beating Lazio will not be a difficult task for Munich. You forget that if there will be a lot of players to leave from barcelona. Barcelona has opened the gateway for anyone in the club to leave from there as long as barcelona will get decent amounts of money from selling them.
This is not something new caused by barcelona needs also to pay its debt too. The club has only way to sell some players then xavi will become the main actor to execute which players that must be sold by barcelona to the other club.
Barcelona is financially bad right now and im wondering how long barcelona can survive with in this bad situation for the club. Barcelona has faced more lost compared to the income recieved by the club. Xavi is in trouble now.

Napoli has greater chance to win against barcelona. Barcelona was struggling to face the weak team like almeria. The financial problem gave barcelona a big burden that can't be sorted out in a short time.
Barcelona has very big debt and it can only sustain as lon as barcelona will be selling players for profit then xavi is going to use the profit raised from selling players to pay the debt. Xavi can do nothing caused by the financial pressures has forced him to seold some players soon.

I will not agree with you that Atletico Madrid is an underdog just because they have big odds in MoneyLine to win against Inter Milan in the Uefa Champions League this season. For me, the reason for that big odds is that Atletico Madrid is visiting Inter Milan at home, and winning the Italian clubs in Italy is not that easy. Atletico Madrid has been performing well in the Uefa Champions League in the past years.

I would say that both Barcelona and Napoli  are in the same situation at the moment. Barcelona's  performance has  deteriorated. Napoli's performance  is not strong either. Napoli's  performance is also quite poor  and erratic. Osimhen's performance this season is not even good. Osimhen scored only one  goal in four Champions League matches. He could not make any assist. However, there is no doubt that this match will be very competitive. But I can't call any team favorite. As the performances of both the teams are poor now. So I would say 50-50 for both of them to win this match.

For  teams like Barcelona and Napoli they have both been struggling this season in their respective domestic league's and as a reminder these two teams won as champions of their respective domestic league title last season but currently Barcelona is battling with a 3rd place on their league table while Napoli is 5th on theirs. So therefore, in my opinion these two teams is hard to say for sure which will survive to the next stage of the UCL unlike Arsenal that we all know are in their best form this season topping their domestic league table so going by their performance it is easily to say that FC Porto will have no chance with Arsenal and I don't think arsenal will be dropping form anytime soon too.
