PSG still can't make the situation favorable for them. Indeed in this match they are superior to everything because of the quality of the players and the dominance in the first 45 rounds it is clear that PSG is very superior but only for ball possession because Newcastle knows that they will not be able to make an advantage if they try to keep up with PSG's game so they appear defensive and more utilize the momentum that occurs for counterattacks and the results until now are quite positive. Isak came back from injury and now he's scoring again in an important game. Pep Guardiola is one of the difficult opponent any mediocre coach wouldn't wish to face him in the UEFA Champions League competition, Guardiola and his outstanding squad will embarrass an entire team with their incredible style and winning becomes a priority for them in every major tournaments featured. Both of my favorite team that I supported to grab a winning points tonight are losing. Checking out Manchester City losing 2-0 against RB Leipzig at Etihad Stadium, who would have thought about the streak unbeaten run of Manchester City coming to an end.

It was a wonderful first half for both teams and the match was very satisfying to watch. What I predicted earlier is playing out. Both in possession, passes completed, goal attempts, PSG is leading everywhere. The only place Newcastle is leading apart from goal is the distance covered. In the first half, PSG has covered 58km while Newcastle covered 62km. 4km difference...that covers for the strength I earlier mentioned. And Newcastle is so much relying on their strength and it's paying off.

I do not know if they will be able to maintain their 1 nil lead till the end of the match. I do not think that PSG will be happy when they see the table from the dressing room. The remaining 45mins will be more intensive than what we witnessed in the first half.

The results of the first half were very unpredictable, I mean all the home teams conceded goals first even though some of them like Milan and Barcelona were able to equalize. Only Young Boys was able to lead 2-0 and close the first half with a win. Manchester City was the most unexpected team because they were 2 goals behind Leipzig. But Pep Guardiola doesn't seem to care about this match anymore, because Manchester City has already guaranteed themselves to qualify for the round of 16.

You're right, this was something of a surprise and I really didn't expect it to be that way. PSG still failed to find their best form at home, while Barcelona has not been as good as expected. But however, I still believe the home team will have a big chance of winning the match except Manchester City which has a 2 goal deficit from Leipzig and Feyenoord.

AC Milan must try to find victory in this match because this is very important for them to maintain their hopes of qualifying for the round of 16. This is their penultimate game in the UCL before qualifying for the group stage, and yes as we can see they are first in group E with 10 points and that means they already have a ticket to qualify for the group stage. Lazio's gap with Atletico is very slim at just one point and now Atletico are playing against Feyenoord and if they win against Feyenoord then Lazio's position will be displaced from first place, but it doesn't matter because they will still qualify in the preliminaries.

It's clear that Lazio have more depth than Celtic, I think it's a pretty easy game for Lazio because as we've seen how Celtic are doing, in the last five games they've barely won at all. Of course I think now there is nothing more that Celtic can expect, they are performing poorly and must accept the fact that they will not be able to continue to the next group phase.

Look at Luis Enrique face, he's not smiling as he's too desperate for a points tonight, his side is dominating but having no proper execution for goals. Paris Saint Germain are pressing with everything they have to ensure they reach the maximal opportunities to net a goal but got denied with fierce defendlines mapped out by the visitors who are also scouting for a weakness or a turn to score Paris Saint Germain.
