If VFB Stuttgart had scored their two goals missed opportunities against Real Madrid in the first half, I believe you wouldn't be saying this. Stuttgart gave a tough and was better performed than Real Madrid in the first 25 minutes of play. Real Madrid was just lucky that the good scoring opportunity that Stuttgart all had was missed. Even though it was a 3-1 win match for Real Madrid, I wasn't that impressed with Real Madrid's performance because I know how dominating they are against their opponent when it is a home match for them. Real Madrid can't have this kind of not too good or bad performance and expect to lift the Laliga or Champions League trophy this season, when there are other tough teams who performance are superb.

Haha that's normal because we don't see it as a whole and we only saw teams like Real Madrid at the start of the season and compare it with competitors, of course it cannot be used as a comparison because the league or competition is still running so there are still many possibilities that could happen. In fact Real Madrid and Manchester City are the favorites to win the Champions League title this is based on the odds offered by the betting market, but yeah it doesn't mean that these two teams are guaranteed to win it.
For this season I see a different format in the Champions League, of the 36 teams, only 8 teams were able to advance to the next stage while the other 16 teams have to go through the playoffs and 12 teams had to be kicked out early. Honestly the Madrid team hasn't been consistent since the beginning of this season and you wouldn't blame some football lovers who see them as a weaker side that manage to win a game, luck too is considered because the Madrid I know when they have that big Benz isn't the same as the Madrid we have now, let's forget about the champions league title they won and the Spanish league title too, thats the truth, they are too poor in performance. With the addition of Mbappe they're suppose to be on fire instead they struggle every first half of each game they play to get a goal and if they do it will end in a draw, like a first half draw.
They can try and get their mojo back even better with this 3-1 win but it doesn't mean they can get the job done, like you said they are the current Champions and we have teams who sees them as a target so it would be a difficult one for Madrid and I don't think they can win the UCL title this season. I only watched the Juventus vs PSV match and the Real Madrid vs VfB match. But it seems like I missed an exciting moment because I didn't watch the Bayern vs Dinamo Zagreb match which seemed to be very exciting. I was watching the Real Madrid match too when I saw that Milan had scored so early, I knew that was going to be a beautiful match to watch so I switched, I switched just in time to see Liverpool equalise and just went the first half was entering the final minutes of the game they got the winner.
I expected Liverpool to win so I was surprised when Milan took the league so early.

Even though when talking about the actual competition, Madrid can always be superior even though for now at the beginning of the season Madrid is still a little constrained but good management can change Madrid's performance to continue to improve in every match that is done and for now it is also like that. In domestic competitions we can see that Madrid at the beginning of the match did not get optimal results but slowly it can be broken by a series of positive results even when they experience a storm of injuries like what is happening now.

I almost can't believe the results of Bayern's match today. Who managed to score 9 goals against their opponents. But at least today there were two matches that recorded big goals. Because I also saw Man Utd in the EFL Cup recording 7 goals against their opponents. But it's only the EFL Cup. But still it's also amazing. A very interesting Champions League opener, because it presents so many big wins, Liverpool finally made Milan silent at home, Bayern Munich who did an extraordinary massacre saw their game very hungry for goals 9-2. Endrick again he played 10+ minutes but his 1 goal showed that there was something special about him. Taking advantage of the short time to score a goal, a counterattack that was quite clever to guard the ball from the back line even though Vinicius' position was empty he decided to execute and produce a goal in the final minutes. Amazing I really appreciate this young player.
