Teams that are building up like Arsenal need a trophy, big one like Premier League to officially jump to a successful era. Like Chelsea and Manchester City, a big title helped these clubs to change their club history and become more confident about their competitiveness and strength. It leads to more success in Premier League and Champions League.

Arsenal are strong now after going through some prepared seasons for building up with Unai Emery then Mikel Arteta. They need to win Premier League or Champions League to become stronger themselves and to be more attractive with star players. It helps them to strengthen their squad more in future if they manage to win a first big title after many years.

A team as Arsenal needs to choose their priority as soon as the season is starting so they can achieve one trophy this season as they have been going tropyless for some seasons. Other teams that has been having a bad season are getting crown champions in one tournament but arsenal is getting nothing and this is not looking good for the manager as it will put him under more pressure. Trophy help keep a manager career so he can impact the team and work with them to win bigger tournaments. Arsenal need to start winning trophies and if it needs them to focus on just few tournaments, they should do it.

Finally, you'll find it hard to believe that Arsenal values the Carabao Cup Competition and also the FA Cup Competition more. I won't say they value it more than the Champions League Competition but they love these domestic cup Competitions. They've been poor when it comes to playing and fighting for the European Competitions or trophies. I'd say they should exert so much focus into winning the Premier League Competition next season.
It's cool for everyone to fight for the Champions League Competition, bit Mikel Arteta should also know that, winning trophies will obviously buy him time with thr club.
They're yet to sign a goalscoring striker. It's few weeks until the new season, I'm still anticipating who they've got in mind to bring into the club and squad.

Arteta has rebuilt the Arsenal squad to a squad that is hard to defeat, the team has consistently became one of the best team in the Premier League in two seasons now, they are about to win the Premier League because of their performances in the last two seasons, they also showed quality in the last season’s Champions League but lack of experience from the young players affected their performances and they were eliminated by Bayern Munchen as usual.

It’s time for Arsenal to lift titles, they have tried enough to make a good team, and they were able to come up with a team that is good, so their main target will be a trophy especially the UEFA Champions League they never lifted before and the EPL.

Waiting to set their targets for the premier league first and leaving out that of the champions league is not something that makes a lot of sense to be in all honesty. What if their luck is in the champions league and not in the premier league they want to set their focus on to. As a team that wants to win trophies, you need to be at your best always and try your best to always get the best out of every competition you find yourself participating in. Just participating in one competition does not guarantee that you’ll win the trophy in the end because your focus was just on that competition only. It takes your zeal, strength and determination as a club to be able to do that.

If one team can win three trophies in one season and other teams that are participating in just one competition cannot win that trophy that means it requires every team to be more dedicated and give in their all in order to be victorious in all competitions they’re participating in. Arsenal should face their fears in the face and battle this through. The Arsenal lost glory will soon be back and they need to be very strong and exceptional in all competitions in order to prevail against all odds against them in those competitions. If a team with the same number of players as their opponents have can do it, then all team can have a chance to also be like them if they try.

You can't be so sure already that Arsenal isn't up for the competition in the champions league, you never can tell what their plans are for the season and yet you may be making conclusions on basis that can't be considered solid, no team loves to lose neither will them plan to do same not from the very beginning of the season. We all know that in the past season, there have been several attempts by Arsenal to win the premier league making it look like priority for them and ofcourse their champions league attempts have been unmatching with their premier league attempts but then it's still possible to make good and almost equal attempts at both trophies which we may see in this new season so let's not be quick to rule anything out just yet until we are sure probably after seeing them go quarter to half way the season.

I don't think it would be prudent for Arsenal to focus on only the premier league and not on the champions league. Arsenal is a big team and a big team fights for all the trophies available in the season. Focusing on one from the beginning of the season might be catastrophic because if they lose out on that one then they're left with nothing. Great importance should be placed on the major competitions which are the league and champions league. They can use the reserve team or second 11 to play competitions like the FA cup or caraboa cup if they're not facing a top opponents, but the champions league and League, should be their priority.

Arsenal in recent years has proven to continue to make significant changes. In the last two seasons, they have become a team that competes closely in the domestic league and UCL league. Arsenal under Arteta's game already has character, this is what makes them play well in every match, but they lack consistency in matches where they should be able to win points.

So with Arsenal's current development, I think their target next season is to get a trophy, even though their target is the EPL trophy, it does not rule out the possibility that the UCL trophy will also be a priority. The reason is that Arsenal actually already has the foundation to compete with elite clubs, it's just that they don't have good reserve players like the main players. This is Arsenal's weakness in the last two seasons, they don't have good reserve players, which makes it difficult for Arteta to make changes to the line-up which makes his players tired.

With Arsenal's performances last season, Arsenal is really predictable. That they will do well next season because there are no changes in either ahead or their quality players. Arsenal did not sell any of their quality players; rather, they are planning to add to the team to strengthen their performances for next season's competition. I can actually say that this will be Arsenal's performance in the Champions League, but there is confidence that Arsenal will do well with this type of squad they have now.

It will not be that nice for me to be predicting Arsenal's performances in the Champions League now because I don't know which competition Arteta will fully concentrate on next season. It was noticed over two seasons now that Arteta has not been focused on European competition too much because it doesn't have many quality players to be playing in all these competitions. But now I observe that he is trying his best to have quality replacements for its players, and that is what made him even go far last season. As next season is about to strt again, he is trying to sign more quality players so that it will not be a problem when injuries happen to some of its players.

The league is about that start once more again, and I think arsenal might have really learnt their lesson this time around because if they are to lose the league again to Manchester city then it would be really sad for them but for their chances of winning the champions league, I think the numbers are really far and I don't see them having that sort of team to actually do that so the premier league should be their primary focus for now.

Currently, Manchester City and Real Madrid are the two teams that are the favorites for people to win the UEFA Champions League next season if you are talking about teams that are qualified in terms of performances and squad in the team. Arsenal should focus on taking the Premier League from Manchester City because it is what fighting for. It will be a shame that at the end of all season, they still can't win the Premier League every time they get close. The only reason Manchester City will not put much interest in the EPL next season compared to how they will be looking at the UCL title is that they need more of the UCL cup and feel they can easily win the EPL.

Arsenal's performance has fluctuated over the years, but they have yet to win the league or Champions League. Arteta must improve the team's performance in the upcoming season to help them win the Premier League. In the previous two seasons, Arsenal performed well and thought they would win the league, but Manchester City defeated them and won the Cup, and again last season. everyone thinking they will do well and win the trophy and they still perform poor and Manchester City get opportunities and win them again, So he will have a difficult time winning the Champions League since they cannot compete with the Premier League and must first win the league title before having a chance to win the UCL. They still have a long way to go, and based on their current performance, I don't believe they are ready to win the UCL and Premier League. Let's see how Arteta performs next season if Arsenal improves and has a chance to win the league competition.

Real Madrid continue to remain the most dominant team in the champions league and are more preferred to win the champions league next season against unless proven otherwise by a worthy team. The game is very difficult to predict but with the current squad of Real Madrid, you’ll have little to no doubt that they’ll be the next champions of the champions league again. I have already seen a lot of worthy teams that can stand them but not until the game begins fully for next season, I don’t think we can be sure of a team that can beat them and win the trophy.


The last outing in the champions league that Arsenal had was a very horrible one before the recent one and it took them up to a decade before they could participate in the competition again. With what they played in the last season in the champions league, I gave some sense of hope in them that they’ll do better this season even if they are not the most favourite to win the Champions League. They can go a step further and at least show what they’re capable of as a changed team since they had the new manager Mikel Arteta.

I'm not arguing with the fact that Arteta has brought big changes to the team, and they have led to better things, as arsenal appear to be getting more consistent and stronger each season. They fought honourably in the Champions League this year, losing only by one game to Bayern, who are considered very serious opponents. Hopefully next season they will be even stronger

Some people actually take predictions of games to seem like a 100 percent thing forgetting that it's all speculation. No sports can be 100 percent correct or forecasted. It will always be based on predictions and most of the time, the degree of accuracy of most predictable games are due to the strength of the teams involved in the challenge. When you have bigger teams challenging small ones, you have situation where predictions are tilted towards favoring the bigger teams than the small ones.

For the past two seasons, we can see how desperate Arsenal is to win the Premier League, not that they don’t also want to win the Champions League, but they will prefer the Premier League, and since Arsenal have really tried hard to win the Premier League in the last two seasons but ended up in second place, next season is another season for them to try harder. But next season champions league winner should be between Manchester City or Real Madrid. I don’t always expect much from Arsenal in the champions league, because their performance is always kind of poor in champions league.

Arsenal is up to contesting for the Premier League but not for the Champions League, even if we still can't tell what the coming season has installed but it will take Arsenal a lot more than what they already plan on doing. It comes with a lot of motivation, for them losing enough opportunities to secure their PL title and has remained incompetent now heading for the Champions League, it doesn't fit in, everything here would require gradual steps and the next for them is to win the EPL and then set their target higher for the Champions League.

If all predictions were accurate then there will not be any need to watch the games, and that is what makes sports interesting, however casinos are experts at calculating those odds as that is the most important part of their business, so chances are that one of the teams at the top will get the championship, however at this time the overwhelming favorite seems to be Real Madrid, and if its players can remain healthy, it is going to be a real challenge for other teams to beat them.

The UEFA Champions League title is not easy as it seems, it involves alot of fighting actions exerted by elite clubs. Arsena was my favorite considering their epic form. l are ready for the big chances next season. They're probably one of the consistent clubs in the English Premier League but they've failed woefully to win the EPL title which is regarded to be one of top title for an elite club. Mikel Arteta will empowered his squad next season, he's bringing on tight tactics towards his opponents.

Arsenal must be ready with all the targets they are aiming for next season, both UCL and EPL, of course they must focus as best as possible. Last season failure in the race for the EPL trophy was very painful because Arsenal was only 2 points behind Manchester City, so last season's failure should be a valuable lesson for the Arsenal squad this season. Arsenal overall strength is quite strong and they continue to show good concentration as they have done in previous seasons.

This season, Arsenal of course wants to win a prestigious trophy because they have been fasting for a title for too long. So I'm sure Arteta will make an effort to overhaul the team in every weak spot in the transfer market this time. Of course fans will hope that Arsenal can go further in the Champions League this season because in the previous season they were eliminated in the quarter-finals.
