To be honest Bayern is really lucky that they have drawn one of the easiest opponents for this play-off stage because they are just not in a good shape at the moment, especially in the defense. On two games in a row now Bayern had massive problems to defend against Teams that are usually at least one or two classes below the performance of Bayern but still Bochum last weekend and Salzburg yesterday managed to create a few really good chances against Bayern. I think it was just a mistake to let Boateng and Alaba both leave the club at the same time. Süle will be gone to after this season, so Bayern really needs 1 or 2 new high class defenders.

Offside is not a goal, which means Inter did not score, it is still 2 - 0 like you indicated. I have been saying this ever before that only Juventus is capable enough in Seria A to tackle clubs in Champions League, I was expecting Liverpool to have a flawless victory yesterday and it happened, it was even away match for Liverpool, how will the home match be? Inter is out already is my conclusion.

I honestly didn't really expect a draw from Bayern Munich
on the other hand, achieved in a rather daring way (at 90 minutes)

yeah, I expected that Bayern will clear out everything in first match, but they will need a good home match to pass-through into next phase
not I doubt them, I believe they will pass-through, but they killed all my tickets last night, because only two goals were scored

While Bayern Munich performed beyond expectations, they performed unlike the Munich I know. Luckily they could score a goal in the last minute of the game.

Well - result-wise I agree with you of course. But I was actually surprised with how good Inter played during most of the game. They pushed high and were really physical and Liverpool could not keep their rhythm or keep posession in a calm manner.

Eventually we scored from a set piece (again) and a deflected Salah shot so the result is great but it would have also been fair if Inter won the game. They deserved a far better result with their performance.

Talking about fairness, I would have love to see Inter Milan draw or win that game. Liverpool were outclassed by Inter Milan. They brought the defeat to themselves. At some point I did not understand why Inter Milan kept passing on 1 on 1 situations. They could've easily ended the game even before Liverpool started scoring. Honestly Inter Milan deserved something from that game but their final decisions in the last third with Liverpool's line so high should have been better for Inter Milan. Klopp made the right subs at the right time when Inter was taking control in the second half. Inter defended well until the stunning header by Firmino broke the deadlock. I do get the feeling that the tie is not over.

Liverpool played very well and they deserved to win this match and of course with a result that got 2 goals without reply from Inter Milan it would be very easy for them to advance to the next round, considering the 2nd leg will be played at Liverpool Anfield stadium.

in another match Bayern Munich really struggled to score against FC Salzburg despite the many attacks that were built by Bayern players but fortunately at the last minute Kingsley Coman could score and avoid Bayern from defeat.
