Apart from the Bond you highlighted, Ronaldo is very smart and has good knowledge of positioning. That will keep him doing wonders even at 40.

I look at the efforts of Ronaldo and I understand that his level of play is higher than his current club and the previous club. He wants to achieve more, but one player is not able to play for the whole team. I think Rnaldo's place is in Real Mdrid, where he felt good and won trophies because he was in his place. And his transfers to Juventus and Manchester are not exactly what he really needs.

Yes it was really very unfortunate for Atalanta to get that second goal of Ronaldo while already being in the extra time, they were pretty unlucky twice in a row now against Manchester United and every time it was Ronaldo that scored that last goal. It's pretty weird to me that ManU must rely on luck two times in a row against a club like Atalanta. I know that Bergamo made some great progress in the last few years but they are still quite a mile away from the european top clubs like ManCity, PSG or Bayern, which also indicates to me that Manchester United is also not even close to those clubs at the moment.

The stats of Ronaldo is amazing. He scored 5 goals for Manchester United in just 4 matches in Champions League. Without him, what position is for Manchester United?

In yesterday match Atalanta created big pressure and Man United can not play what they wanted to do. Ronaldo saved them again with two late goals in each half.

Manchester United have a strong squad. But the players are not playing well in their position. The coache have failed to establish bonds between the players. If the coach can do his job properly, Manchester will easily go to the semi-finals easily and they fight for the Premier League title too. Manchester United's defense needs to improve a bit. I know goalkeeper De Gea is a great goalkeeper. But I have not been satisfied with his performance in the last few matches. There are some small problems within the team that need to be solved.

Man United's work rate is probably at a Norwich level... Very poor even though Bailey had a fantastic game, we know that he lacks consistency. City lost to Palace and they'll come guns blazing on the weekend. Playing Pogba and Mctominay in the midfield was the bad idea. Harry Maguire don't deserve to be in the team. Bailey played well tonight saved Manchester united several times.. Once again Ronaldo came to their rescue. But the whole crazy feeling bout this thing is that, with the way Ronaldo is always saving Ole's job, my fear is that, Ole will succeed in preventing Manchester United from getting cup winning managers by pretending to know what you are doing but the reality is he is still who he is, a tactically poor Manager.
