Manchester City is usually so good at defending, but they RM just wore them out with their patented patience and precise passing. It was a bit of a surprise to see MC buckle the way they did, it seemed like their heart just wasn't in it.
I just finished watching a rebroadcast of the 2018 final match. The things I noticed; The injury to Salah really hurt LFC, that was quite unlucky. Too many mistakes by Karius; one in particular could have kept the game in reach going into the final minutes. It just seemed like luck was not on LFC's side, and the match was mostly closer than the final score indicated.
