The dominance of the Spanish team was broken by the success of Bayern Munchen last season as champions. And now 2 EPL teams have made it to the final and this is the second title for an English team in the last 5 years. After Chelsea beat Real Madrid yesterday, I don't think anyone can underestimate them in the final even though currently Chelsea are still trying to maintain their position in the top 4 of the EPL.

Last night was a disaster forth coming for real Madrid, when the first half scoreboard portray chelsea has the leading team with a lone goal from Timo Werner rebound header at 27 minutes. Going forward, it was still Chelsea tailing the game with most chances either stopped by Thibaut courtois or the ball going wild. Graciously for the blues at the 84th mins Mason pull up a stunner goal for Chelsea which sum up their lead by 2 goals to nil. Defiantly the Chelsea defence were up to their standard all through the game this it was a sheer of English football at its best last night. To crown it all I will say Chelsea were more zealous to bagged the game with a formidable than their opponent Madrid who were the sleeping lions of the game.

It was a bit predictable. Real has had problems all season and has not been convincing in the league or the CL so far. Chelsea was in the same situation until Tuchel took over the team. Since then they have shown a continuous increase in their performance in the league as well as in the CL, which now deservedly results in the CL final. I am not a fan of clubs financed by billionaires, but in this case I would begrudge Chelsea the victory, for the reason that I would begrudge ManCity even less.

By the way, Bayern Munich will win the CL for the next two years. Next year with the top scorer Lewandowski and the year after with the top scorer Haaland :-P

It was a exhilarating game for every Chelsea fan due to their performance and zeal throughout both halves, i really can't say much for real Madrid as the Players were literally looking uncoordinated. Despite their show game during the home match at Madrid stadium which ended in a one whole draw it seems the entire team went into sleep at Stamford bridge with little or no effort to show from both their key players like Karim benzema, Sergio ramos, kroos modric and the former Chelsea player maker Eden hazard. The first half only shows two golden chance by Karim benzema shot on target and a header which was rightly stopped by the impeccable Chelsea goal keeper "Mendy".

Lastly, It's so pathetic to see Hazard laughing after the match.

It was a terrible tactics by Zidane and poor performance by Real Madrid players who fail to live up to the occasion and light up the tie yesterday night with Chelsea controlling proceedings through Kante in the tie; good victory for Chelsea who face Manchester City in the finals later this month. Hazard laughter has caused some problems within the squad, how do you see zidane handling that?

It seems to me that you did not watch the first game in Madrid.
Already in that game Chelsea were much better and missed the chance to win.
In this second game Chelsea was even better and missed the opportunity for a much bigger victory.
The Real players seemed tired, helpless and without an idea to me.
Anyway, a much better team won and Ramos was neither better nor worse than the other players in Real.

Another achievement was created by manchester city, this the first time going to the final. Pep is a genius person who has made it possible. the war of strategy will be showing at Ataturk Stadium, on 29 May 2021. I won't bet atm, at least 1 week before the match, because the situation will have changed, the premier league not yet finished, maybe 1 -2 players have injured or had bad performance to be the starter on the final.

Same surprise for me too,,, I really wanted PSG to go through because I felt that Poch deserved to be in another final,,, but in the end City was too strong. Cannot say City do not deserve it as well. As much as I dislike them, they play the best football and produce the wins. Which is what a Champion does right?

Kante is a very strong defensive midfielder, and he has been very good for Chelsea this season, definitely not the best player in the world, but one of the best holding midfielders in the world today, and Kante will have his work cut out against City in the final who have very good midfielders like KDB, Gundogan etc, it's going to be a very good game, that'll prolly be won by the team with superior midfield display.

Having said that, I give so much credit to Thomas Tuchel, he has been extraordinary since taking over at Stamford bridge, Pep is surely more experienced, but I expect to see a show of tactical brilliance from the both managers on May 29th.

Furthermore, there is only regret over my choice yesterday, where I originally chose Chelsea, but before the match I changed my choice and chose Madrid. But I don't care about the betting mistake, I'm still happy to see Chelsea finally make it to the UCL Final and we can see how happy Thiago Silva and Thomas Tuchel are. As we know last season Tuchel and Thiago Silva lost in the Final by Munich, but considering the opponent will be City I personally still do not believe Chelsea can win in the UCL Final. But yes, anything can still happen because even Chelsea are getting really good under Tuchel now.

Don't take out the other reason I pointed out since those two are huge part why City doesn't have the same support among majority of the football fans in my opinion. You probably know it yourself that City doesn't have a history of players built from the ground up. Their top players were bought since their first PL title.
