As for London, Istanbul or Lisbon there is no correct choice: it has never happened before in History that the Champions League venue was going to change. Giving it to England certainly feels like the simplest thing to do as both teams are British but that could create a problematic precedent.

Last year, it also had to change, it was in Portugal / Lisbon.
Therefore, I doubt that they would choose Portugal again. And if they choose, it's just because they don't want to do it in the same country as the teams.

But to bet, I would say it was in England.

this final is the war strategy, I know both teams have good players, they have played better in his position. It's just playing strategy. My money is on Wembley. Its a very prominent stadium where an event of such caliber should hold. Istanbul would be a preferred choice but since its unavailable, I have a strong feeling that UEFA would end up picking Wembley as the venue for the final match.

That's true. Chelsea has greatly improved since Tuchel took over from Lampard but this is Guardiola chance to win a trophy that City has never won and I think he would eventually win it.

There were a few premier league clubs that were set to be the venue for the Finals and even Spurs had a chance to make a bid for the finals as their stadium is very new and high tech but they declined the opportunity. Wembley seems to be the perfect place for a match of this stature. The pitch is slightly wider than the usual premier league pitches and since there wont be many spectators, the seats being far away from the pitch wont make much of a difference.

I would like to see the final in Istanbul but it looks like we will not see it again. Anyway, then I would prefer Wembley as I really like the stadium. And it wouldn't be bad to see the final in the UK as both teams are a British club.

Currently the FA is in talks regarding the plan to move the Champions League final which was previously scheduled in Turkey, but now Turkey is a country that is in the red zone of the corona pandemic, and I personally strongly agree if it is a final the match was moved to England because indeed the two teams came from the same country so that at least the supporters of the two teams were not too far away to travel to see their favorite team, moreover this movement could suppress the spread of the corona virus that might be brought or brought home by Chelsea and Manchester city fans.

This is why I believe this is going to be more of a competition than many people imagine, it is not going to be easy at all.

Chelsea have focused more on the Champions League this season. And they were able to reach the final. Manchester City has done very well in the Premier League. But Manchester City have lost the last two matches against Chelsea. Chelsea reached the final of the FA cup by defeating Manchester City. So there is nothing to underestimate the power of Chelsea team. But I think Manchester City will win the Champions League, since I'm a fan of Guardiola.

Still too much unknowns if you look at the players deployed by both sides during the EPL match. City mostly played its B team and Cheslea had its core players rested except for a couple. At the top of my head, I think Werner and Kante were core players played and some more at the back. But it’s going to be a fun match for sure.
