I don't think it's a good comparison. even the EPL champions can't even get a seat in the Champions League final. as well as the irreplaceable champion from France who didn't get that chance either. the surprise came from a team that was not a favorite like Villarreal. they give their full strength to reach the final fight.
matches in Europe bring together strong teams. whether it's a candidate for a champion in the domestic league or not. Liverpool and Madrid's matches are very close. These two teams deserve to make it to the final. not easy for both of them to achieve.
whoever wins it, for me the two teams in the final are the best in Europe.

Real literally destroyed all teams by finding a goal out of nowhere, they do not look like they are dominating at all, they look like they are barely surviving, they look like they are about to lose by 3 goals at any given moment, and then BAM! they score a goal, if you are not ready then another one as well! Which is totally unexpected and it should not be really seen as something that we can guess on this finals neither.

@jaberwock that’s Carlo’s Real Madrid side for you he gave no big statements kept himself grounded, and slowly got Real Madrid the league title and possibly he’ll help Real Madrid win the finals too. However for Liverpool they have an angry Salah who’s fit and is gunning for revenge, and he could turn the tide in their favour hence this match is definitely going to be one of the best match we have seen in this season.

I think liverpool as favourites is a totally understandable thing in term of squad they have better players and they were really strong this season but as you said the recent title loss will have some negative impacts so i think in term of moral real madrid should be superior but they are still able to win the champions league which is more important than the premiere league so i don't think it will affect their performance.

This is a twofold situation and may have fundamentally different probabilities of consequences. One option is that the team will not be in the best moral condition after the missed opportunity to win the Premier League. Another option suggests something opposite, that even if one chance to win the title is missed, the nl has one more chance and the team on the contrary will wake up and make every effort to win the title of the winner of the Champions League. Despite the fact that the season in any case cannot be called a failure for Liverpool and two titles have already been won, like the League Cup and the FA Cup. And the title of the winner of the Champions League in general will make the season super successful.

unless Liverpool players fall under pressure, Real Madrid made this far because of course they have good players that helped but also they were under no pressure because people didn't even expect them to even beat PSG, and now they are in the final and they already won and celebrated winning La Liga, unlike Liverpool who lost the premier league title and they are in need to win the CL, Real Madrid are more experienced but Liverpool could use that pressure to give their best and win.

I don't get your statement. Being the better team usually means winning the whole thing so are you saying Liverpool would likely choke in the Finals? There's no denying that Benzema had been phenomenal for Real Madrid this season but I just have a hunch he will be restricted.

No, Real Madrid isn't lucky. They can defeat PSG because they have a strong mentality, always try, and never give up. They eliminated not only PSG, they kicked Chelsea and Man City as well. All the matches against those teams were always dramatic, they came back from falling behind on aggregate goals. Kicked these 3 strong teams aren't lucky, but simply showed how strong Real Madrid.

When two strong team are to play match it is very hard to predict who will be the winner, Liverpool is not like other weak team that one can predict and be sure real madrid win. It will be a big surprise to most people how Liverpool will end up winning the game.

Yes, not much has changed since the last time Liverpool met in the 2017/18 champions league final with Real Madrid. Little changes in Liverpool's midfield, on the other hand Real Madrid has changed a lot since then. Now both teams can rest and prepare mentally for this weekend's final, because the season in their respective leagues is over.

Liverpool finished in the English premier league a little differently than they wanted, I'm sure that upset them a little, but it doesn't matter anymore. Real Madrid have changed a lot since then, both in the squad and the game (but they haven't changed much in terms of play). I expect a lot of goals or at least constant tension in the form of attacks and counterattacks, it's interesting to watch
