Türkiye had a very poor performance in this tournament, squad was wrong, tactical mentality was wrong, starting eleven choices were wrong. In the end Türkiye showed the worst performance in whole Euro 2020. In that group Italy and Wales advanced to next round, Switzerland will also advance as one of the best 3rd place teams. Italy is already one of the contenders but I don't think Wales and Switzerland to have any chance for next round.

Turkey left UEFA EURO 2020 with failed all because never get any points after three time loss from all group A team, congratulation for Italy become the winner of group A and Wales have second place, not lucky for Swiss only left one goal from Wales so they still have chance for next stage if get third position place and better than other group, just wait and see what happen on the other group.

Italian boys are playing like on drugs! After my fiasco with Spain and France yesterday, Italy is kicking ass today and bringing some profit! I wasn't sure about Switzerland vs Turkey, I had both teams to score and I won that bet... but to be honest I thought we will see more from Turkey!
Today was a profitable day for me, unlike yesterday... Tomorrow we have 4 games, and I only expect Netherland to win, I am not sure about the others! I guess we can see some surprises...

It's a perfect start for the Italians 3 out of 3, and so far they haven't dropped any points in the group which is a strong signal that they are here for the main prize! Btw with that win puts Italy on a 30 games unbeaten run, bravo 👏 boys.
For a second I thought Wales would put up a good fight and maybe steal this match to go top of the log, but the Italians were too good for them both defensively and offensively, I just hope they keep this up.

Today Italy disappointed me a bit. After the first two games I saw Italy as a clear favorite in the tournament, but after today's game they don't seem to be as strong as the impression was. They didn't play badly, but you could see that they have difficulties when a team is defensively compact, like the Welsh today.
I think this game is due to the fact that the Italian team controlled the position in the group and they had no reason to strain. They achieved the desired result and saved a little energy, from the point of view of the tournament strategy this is a competent decision and in the next round they will have an advantage (if the opposing team gets there in a difficult exhausting struggle).

This is exactly what I was talking about earlier. Wales had decided to protect their only advantage over Switzerland and it worked well for them.Congrats to Italy and Wales.
I'm looking forward to the next games in group B. I think Russia will get a win over Denmark with their "ugly" playing style and qualify. Finland will have a tougher time beating Belgium.

Germany showed class and put a championship performance against one of the high rated teams. After France loss they put their heart out and became in second place in the group. Let's see who will say the last word, Germany will play with Hungary so their chances are higher for first place.

Perhaps the only record that Turkey will be able to take from the competition. Unless in this last group journey, some team remembers to get a junior to break the record. 
It's actually quite funny to see that everyone in each group still has a chance to advance to the next round, since 4 numbers 3 of the 6 groups still go through. Then it is almost more difficult not to advance to the next stage, even Turkey can still qualify, but ok they need a big victory or at least a victoryHowever they have proven that they are not as good as they were last year, the qualifiers was a great period for them but after qualifying they just... started to suck? All in all they are all unhappy and the whole nation is mad at them, without exception as well, a nation of hardcore political turmoil constantly got all together in a brotherly bond to hate the nation team all together. Normally I would say that will make them play even harder, but from what I can see it looks like that just makes them play even worse without any morale.

It's all over in Group A. Italy finishes on top with 9 points, with Wales at no.2 (thanks to better goal difference). Although Switzerland is at no.3, in all probability they will advance to the knockout phase since they have 4 points. Wales did really well, I have to say. A superb performance by Germany yesterday, I really enjoyed that game. Portugal looked better in the 1st games so I bet on them, I thought it will be easy after the Germans gave them that easy opening goal early on.
They have so many options to choose from, players like Werner, Goretzka and Sane coming off the bench make them really dangerous in the late stages of the games.
I'm looking forward to that group's last games, France really made a mess out of the Hungary game so cannot take it easy against Portugal.

Oh yes although Sane will have a hard time now as the guys now performed so well. He won't make it back to the starting eleven I think. He'll remain a joker for the rest of the tournament. It always looks like he can't play as well as he used to that one season for Manchester City. And what's most important is that he is really weak defensively! Gosens did that so well. That guy runs the line up and down nonstop, fights for every ball. Sane may play 20 minutes here and there, but he doesn't deserve differently right now.

It was a huge stomp on the foot but someone was bracing his neck while he was on the ground to make it look like it was worse then it actually was.
The swiss are looking like they will win against Turkey and knock them out but that was known all along even before the match begun.

Italy have also taken the lead against Wales, but Switzerland would be hoping for Italy to score at least 2 more goals for them to get a shot at 2nd place, but regardless with 4 points they surely would end up with one of the best third place positions.
Every now and then, I am checking the live points table in Google. According to their table, Wales is at 4 points and goal difference of +1, while Switzerland is also at 4 points, with a goal difference of -1. So two goals separate these two teams. The second half is going to be crucial. It is true that even with a third place, the entry to knockout phase is almost guaranteed. But with the third round not yet over for the other groups, I would not want to take that risk. Wales should not allow Italy to score another goal. BTW, what happens in case the points and goal difference are equal?
