There was a statistic that the matches between the Latvian national team and the Turkish national team resulted in a lot of draws. In these matches, the Turkish national team was always shown as the favorite, but the Latvian national team showed performances that created surprise results. But in this match, the Turkish national team unlocked the Latvian national team early and then increased the score difference in the last parts of the match. I think the biggest success in this result belongs to the coach Vicenzo Montella. He has just taken charge of the team. But he has made great contributions to the team. This huge 4-0 win was enough to secure a ticket for Euro 2024. I would like to see Cenk Tosun in the starting eleven from now on. Because despite playing around 15 minutes he scored 2 goals and was close to a hat-trick as well.

The second half of the match was really good. After Türkiye scored the first goal, the game became much different and we watched the match with much more fun. There were 3 goals in the last minutes, everyone in the stadium was ecstatic.

I think Croatia has lost the chance to qualify for the European Championship. Croatia will probably be eliminated in the play-offs with this demoralization, even though their injured players will be back.
You know very little about Croatian national team if you think that all hope is lost. True, we look like shit at the moment (probably worst in the last ~15 years) but there's still few games to play, Wales has to win against Armenia away and they won't have an easy job at all since Armenia already beat them in Cardiff and is also fighting for that 2nd spot.I agree about Croatia. They wouldn't lose their hope until everything becomes official. After playing bad against Turkey I was expecting Croatia to wake up and give their everything to get that needed win against Wales. They still couldn't prevent a loss by 2-1. Now they have equal points with Wales which made things harder for themselves.
