England recorded an impressive comeback against Italy and are currently topping the group C table with 16 solid points in hand. Italy are have fall back to third with 10 points holding, this is definitely poor results for the Italy national team, failed to win or atleast settle for a draw points. Though it's not an easy game because England happens to be among the most competitive country in the Euro Qualifiers, they're not holding back. Gareth Southgate ensured and have also made it his ultimate priority to move to excellent standings with his outstanding players.

England have better players than Italy at the moment. Italy is not good enough in attack or defense. I'm not pointing at certain players, but the cooperation that each line builds is not perfect. Facing a defense that was quite disciplined from England's performance, the Italian attack line experienced problems in finishing. There are not many on-target shots that Italian players can make. they experience problems that must be resolved in the team. It seems that in the last few years, Italy has really experienced serious problems in the team which has resulted in their performance being inferior to other countries.

England managed to beat Italy with a score of 3-1 and this result made them even more confident of becoming group C champions in qualifying for Euro 2024. Italy actually took the lead through a goal scored by Scamacca but not long after England managed to equalize until they managed to turn things around. in the second half. Harry Kane scored a brace in this match and Rashford also contributed one goal, but there is one name that still steals everyone's attention, namely Jude Bellingham. Even though he didn't score a goal in this match, his impressive performance enabled England to achieve maximum results in this match.

Jude Bellingham played an important role in the goal scored by Harry Kane via the penalty spot because previously Jude Bellingham was fouled in the penalty box. Then on the goal scored by Rashford, previously Jude Bellingham made an interception and did something that surprised people by passing several Italian defenders before finally passing to Rashford. I partly agree with what you say.
We know that Edin Dzeko is a good transition player and I saw when I played for Fenerbahce that the players he led were able to find great positions and score goals. At Fenerbahce, Dzeko was able to do this by getting along very well with the other players and creating a good attacking approach with intermediate passes. Dzeko can't do that in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the moment because the number of players he can direct is limited as well as the number of talented players. That's why Bosnia and Herzegovina are struggling to beat their opponents and even though Dzeko is exhausting himself for the team, we have seen in matches that this is unnecessary.

I will actually say that this is probably the best Portugal we have seen in recent times. Correct me if I am wrong, but I have not seen such dominant performance from Portugal for a long time. I have actually forgot when was the last time I saw Portugal playing like this. This time is really confident right now, and the coach has done really well to make sure that every player plays his role with the best of his capability.

And of course, we cannot forget about Cristiano Ronaldo who has been scoring consistently for Portugal even at this age. Rafael Leao is still not being able to give his hundred percent with Portugal. But I think he will be in Future.

Italy could have got a better result from this match actually. After scoring the goal with Scamacca he had another big chance to score in a short time. But he wasted it unfortunately. There was a time period in which Italy were quite effective but it didn't last very long. That penalty was what made England return to the match stronger.

This 3-1 win by England was enough for them to guarantee their qualification for the main tournament. If Malta managed to get at least one point from Ukraine it would have still been good for Italy. But I know it would be too much to ask as Malta are just really bad. Sad

I guess this time Italy wouldn't mess up the match against North Macedonia. After that Italy would technically be advantageous against Ukraine to make it. Because even if Italy draw with them it would be enough for Italy to make it thanks to head-to-head results against Ukraine.

Slava Ukraini!

While everyone's attention was on England - Italy game, I watched Lithuania - Hungary. I was shocked to see how bad Hungary played in 1st half - awful passes, failing against high pressure of Lithuania. Eventually it ended with Lithuania scoring 2 goals. In 2nd half Hungary were better already, dominated and made score 2:2. After all, drawagainst such team like Hungary is good result for us, while Hungary failed to claim their spot in EURO already. In other game, Serbia won crucial game against Montenegro.
Not much what I can say about England - Italy. Despite that Italy scored first, England looked much better. England win is perfect score for Ukraine, while Italy is in complicated situation now.

I think at this point it is safe to say that Italy needs to work on their defense. England has added another one goal making it a total of 3 by 1 of Italy. I thought it was going to be tougher than this but I am amazed by the way England has been playing it's game.

England is already leading on the table with 13 points ahead o Italy in their group table but with this match now, of England wins, they will have another extra 3 points which will further shoot England up. I see England coming well prepared.

I know a lot of Manchester united supporters will be hoping if Rashford can score like this for them, but they need to realize that the manager has a pivotal role to play in the performance of the team. I had already envisaged that Rashford and Bellingham will make a great collaboration and this has not proven me wrong.
