It's just that the Mourinho figure itself has a special meaning here and because of this there is a certain information background. Everyone knows perfectly well that Mourinho is able to create and maintain a stir around his name and it turns out that there is more noise around the Conference League final than the Europa League final, which should be higher in status. I wouldn't call Roma as obvious favorites, I would rate their chances 60/40 in the final. I don't any big advantages of Roma.
There is no need to lie - Mou career is going down, but winning Conference league is important for him to show that he is still capable to achieve something.

Only purpose of this tournament is money probably. Any way, group stage of Conference league isn't most exciting thing to watch, but from later playoffs stages it's not that bad, especially when some names isn't worse than we had in Europa league. But this tournament always will be in shadow of Europa league and probably only mainly fans of teams which participate in Conference league watch it.

Wow.jose mourinho has brought Roma to a final in his first full season in Italy, this is remarkable,this men is really a great coach, he is a winner he has always win in where ever he goes, if he win this final, then Tottenham Hotspur fans and management will be curious to ask if he would have won the final against Manchester City in the Carabao cup if he was not sack, because I thought that sacking was harsh and a mistake because he was brought to win silverware then he reached a final and you sack him few days before the final and still the team did not even qualify for the champions League or even Europa League.

To me Jose Mourinho is one of the best coach we have in football history, his ability and love towards any team he is coaching is remarkable. Though he was sacked by his previous club Tottenham, but even with that he brought them to the carabao cup final before he was sacked. Leading Roma to the Europa league conference final isn't a shock to me, cause he always win anywhere he found himself.

No doubt Jose Mourinho is a good coach everyone has to admit that despite his coaching attitude. He has done well for the Roma team and he has once again proven that he can beat any team to lift the trophy and am sure Roma will win.

I said it already, but I hate that all semifinals of both leagues is played at the same time. So, I only saw conference league games on 2nd screen, so, I didn't saw it very well.
After such high scoring game between Marseille and Feyenoord, today it was difficult to expect goaless draw. Basically, Feyenoord were saving result, but they didn't parked a bus. Marseille had more moments to score, but it wasn't enough.
Solid 1st half of Roma earned them place in the final. After scoring a goal they didn't let Leicester to make anything dangerous. In 2nd half Foxes were more dangerous, but it's difficult to say that they had many good moments to score.
So, after all, names of Conference League finalists isn't worse at all than we have in Europa league.

Roma is leading with 1 goal but it is still not enough to stay in the safe zone vs Leicester which could get a draw in the second half, another goal is needed.
For Marseille, they are trying but should score 1 goal at least to get the draw on aggregate.
It appears that only Frankfurt in tonight European games that seems to play comfortably!

Judging by the game, both at home and away for Leicester, the Conference League is not very interesting. It is clear that it is not reasonable to stop one step before the final, but the game shows that Roma wants to win much stronger. Maybe Leicester want focus more on the Premier League, where the prize money for a higher position in the standings can bring much better bonuses than the CL.

Yes, I noticed it too. A rather strange pattern is that if a strong club flies out of the Champions League and ends up in the Europa League (or initially ends up there), then instead of taking the title, it rather flies out of there. This is probably due to the fact that the Europa League has almost zero attractiveness for top clubs, so they don't try there. And I also heard that the income from playing in the Europa League is about 5 times less than the income from participating in the Champions League.

Leicester City is very difficult to break through AS Roma's defense and a 1-1 draw will be very useful for Roma to organize Leg 2 which will be played at their home, I think this is a strategy by playing defensively and maximizing the final result of the match to make it easier to arrange the 2nd leg which will be played at home.
