Roma definitely will work their hardest, Mourinho is a bit angry that he is no longer managing the very top teams anymore, and will want to prove to the world that he is still a great manager. In order to do that he needed a good result at the league which he is not getting, didn't get that last year neither, but at the very least he should win europa this season, last season it was the first ever conference title, this year that could be europa, and slowly but surely they could get better and better.

Like next season maybe top 4 in the league and then out of group stages from UCL as well. That could actually make a good change I believe that it could be a good result for every one of them as well. Mourinho may get a better offer after that.

In a direct knock-out matches, you don't need to be at their best form to win it. What you actually need is a good (or best) performance in a single match and luckiness of course to beat your opponent. You don't need to be dominantly stronger than your opponent to beat them. In Europa League semi finals, there are two direct matches and a winner must play well and have enough luckiness in both matches. They must do their jobs well first and luckiness can support them to win semi finals.

Sevilla and Juventus have different positions in their domestic leagues but despite of very poor performance in early and middle of season, Sevilla now are at a safe position in La Liga and their form is good enough. While Juventus have a better position in Serie A and they also have a good form lately too, I don't think they are different in quality against Sevilla.

I believe the winner will be decided by very slim differences.

From my point of view, Rome's advantage is to play at home in the first leg. therefore, Jose Mouhinho must take advantage of the momentum and maximize his team's squad to win his battle at the Stadio Olimpico against Leverkusen. even so, I suspect Leverkusen will provide quite a fierce resistance when they have an away match at Roma headquarters. considering, Leverkusen has a good record when playing away matches in the Europa League competition.
To be honest, I'm really looking forward to this match and most likely I will bet on Leverkusen.

After the elimination of Manchester United in the Europa League in the round of 8 to be precise, Juventus are indeed the favorites to become champions.
