If we compared to the performance from both teams since group stage i think Roma has slightly better than Feyenoord this because Roma have already to met tough teams such as Betis, Salzburg or Sociedad before reach to quarterfinal but Roma mostly can overcomes those teams and for Feyenoord although they were unstoppable on Eredivisie i think their performance isn't too impressive in this competition

Feyenoord has good records during at home on europa league they even several times wins with big scores against Sturm FC and the latest Shakhtar i think this proven Feyenoord were very dangerous at their home ground and maybe they can able to maximize this match to get the winning result but it won't be easy to get it considering Roma also has solid defense

For team conditions probably Feyenoord still rely on Santiago Tomas Gimenez for centre forward especially he has very sharp currently and he was able to scores 6 goals in the last 6 matches with Feyenoord and for Roma so far there was no serious problem for this team and possibly Roma will playing with their best starting lineup such as Dybala in the front and Wijnaldum for midfield and regarding my predictions i think Feyenoord will going to win this match and probably final scores will be 1-0 or 2-1 and the odds for Feyenoord win is @2.35
