I think it's a good decision not to get any more new players because they already have a team that works and the manager is happy with what he has. They are getting good results and they are fighting for that third spot and showing good future potential as well. This is why I believe that we shouldn't be shocked about the current situation, they do not want anyone.

I think the only position I would look for would be a striker, they have Martial and Rashford fighting really hard for the position they are in right now, but someone even better could work very well. I believe that it's not happening at this moment but maybe during the summer they could look for someone there.

The two teams are doing well in this season but Manchester united are still in good position to win this game because, since they brought their new coach things has changed positively with their players that is making their fans to have full confident in Manchester united in this game. Barcelona coach is doing well too for bringing the team so far in this season because, many people thought the team will collapse totally when Lionel Messi left the team but the coach do everything possible to improve the team to this level.

Manchester United have scored 9 goals in their last 5 Premier League matches. And conceded 5 goals. However, they conceded goals against strong teams Arsenal and Manchester City. And United conceded no goals against weaker opponents Wolves and Bournemouth. This shows that the Manchester United team is not yet strong enough to score points against the giant teams.
Barcelona is not a weak opponent. Their midfield and attack are now very strong. However, Barcelona's defense is a bit weak. If Ten Hag can get his match strategy right then I think Manchester United will be able to break down Barcelona's defense.

But on the other hand there are some real drawbacks when looking at what Ten Hag is currently doing.
It is true that what is done by strengthening players is something that is indeed very good, but the problem is that for Ten Hag at the moment he is often looking for players who according to him are only good for the Eredivisie and Dutch players.

Erikson's injury is really giving an impact on the club as he was a part of starting lineup by MU. Barcelona is also trying to get alternative solution for the absence of dembele. MU and Barcelona are not in their own problems.
The match will come this month and i can only hope either club will be fully prepared. It's caused by the next match will be dead or alive match for MU and Barcelona.

Buying players in winter transfer market is always more risky than in summer transfer market. Because after a winter transfer window, new players don't have weeks of training before playing first match for their clubs. With summer transfer window, after that, players will have many weeks for training and adaption in a new club before playing official matches for their clubs. Good performance in debut match is important to help new players have confidence and it can affect their later performance too.

Never have I underestimated Manchester United for the clash against Barcelona. It's not always like that. Sometimes the second leg played in the opponent's home may become a disaster. It's hard to answer which team that will be winning the match. Either team MU or Barcelona is very competitive at this moment on their own domestic league. MU still wanna signing sabitzer as an alternative player to replace erikson. sabitzer has become the most potential player as a successor for erikson. Sabitzer has become an answer for erikson's problem.

You are funny to underestimate Manchester united game with Barca by calling them under dogs. I hope you know that football is full of surprises, Manchester united are in a good form no matter that Barca is the favorite to win the match.
