I agree.The performance of Barcelona in the Supercup was a real great one and it was against one of the best teams not only in La Liga but also in the world which is Real Madrid.Barcelona completely dominated the game and deserved to win the cup however this does not assure that they are going to qualify further against Manchester United,sure it has much higher chances but it is not a sure thing.It is not a sure thing because Manchester United lately is on fire in the Premier League even winning the last derby against Manchester City to continue their winning streak,so for me is 65-35%,65% for Barcelona and 35% for Manchester United to qualify further.

Out of the 8 set of matches in the knockout round play-offs, obviously this one (Barcelona vs Manchester United) is the most exciting one. Less than a month remains for the first leg match (to be held in Camp Nou, Barcelona). I have my doubts regarding Barcelona. But their performance during the Supercopa de España cleared all those doubts. Yesterday they win against Real Madrid by a big margin. Robert Lewandowski, despite his age seems to be in good form. On the other hand, ManU are also in good form, as they are placed 4th in the EPL points table.

You are right. Barcelona and Manchester United were weak teams at the start of the season. They could not consistently perform well. But now their performance is excellent. Both teams are strong now. And their performance has changed a lot. And so it is difficult to predict which team will win the match of Barcelona Balaam United. Both teams have equal chances of winning.
