Well Arsenal won and got the three points that secures them the knockout faze and that is the most important thing while now PSV still needs a win to secure that position. Arsenal did a huge job and now they have an amazing chance of winning this tournament that isnt easy at all.
Arsenal's performance in the Europa League is unquestionable and also very dominant. Of all the matches they have played, Arsenal has never lost or drawn. The result is always a win. So Arsenal's position at number 1 in the group phase is unmatched.
Especially during the match against PSV, Arsenal looked quite convincing and also dominated the game. Arsenal acted very aggressively and attacked, but unfortunately, his shot was not accurate enough. So from the many total shots, they only scored 1 goal.

One goal is more than enough, as long as you beat the other team and you have a chance to continue to next stage, that's enough. Next opponents will not be so easy, Barcelona, Ajax, and many other great clubs from UCL is coming to Europa next up, and that's going to be very tough, they shouldn't tire themselves out on Europa, they will be very tired when the time comes plus Premier league is still going on and they are winning there, so it will be very important to keep both sides going, and I think FA cup will be very tough too.
~

As I understand it, already at the stage of play-offs for the right to play in the 1/8 finals, maybe we will see epic matches, for example, United - Barcelona, if United cannot take first place in their group. It will be interesting to watch such high-profile pairs, and in less balanced ones, almost all representatives of the Champions League will most likely win, like last year.
This will still happen because indeed if Manchester United cannot take over the top spot from Sociedad it is clear they will be in a bit of trouble because they inevitably have to prepare to face a club that was thrown out of the Champions League and now Barcelona is still the biggest possibility to return to the Europa League for second time in 2 seasons in a row.

Gabriel Jesus wasted quite many opportunities by the way but he was still very eager to contribute to the match. He didn't play without caring about if it was a Europa League match and it was to see this ambition. Sometimes matches have a very tight lock to open and this was one of them definitely. PSV must be thankful for not having a heavy defeat in Emirates.

I bet on Arsenal to win this but I was really uncomfortable with the 1-0 score in the last moments.  Grin  I might prefer to bet on both teams to score next time as I guess that PSV would improve their performance against them in a home match. Arsenal would score again but they might not win because it is like they have nearly guaranteed the lead.
Arsenal play a very interesting game wherever they play. I think 1 goal is still not enough for their performance like that. PSV could not develop their game well and was constantly pressured by Arsenal. A very striking statistical record is shown by Arsenal in this match. I am very interested in the young players from Arsenal who continue to play well, and also the teamwork shown to show that they are a team that has been formed for a long time. They were successful with 4 wins in this group stage.

For Arsenal, victory is certainly very important for them to get, even if only by a narrow score of 1-0. This victory makes Arsenal have locked a ticket to the next round in the Europa League.

Arsenal have won many games this season by one goal or one goal difference. The important thing is to get 3 points. Arsenal know how to finish the game. Arteta knows how to keep it after taking the leading edge. He plays with a tactic accordingly. They look pretty good defensively. This is one of the keys to success.
They don't have much trouble scoring goals. Along with the arrival of Jesus, the contribution of goals comes from the midfielders. After taking the lead in the match, they keep the score by playing with the right tactic. If they spread this throughout the season, they will be very assertive in all competitions. It was important to qualify from the group, they successfully passed. I expect them to perform well in the qualifiers as well.

Arsenal team should have given PSV more goals, but they failed to win by 1 goal. But Arsenal's next game is against Southampton, I expect Arsenal to win that match too. However, it is his personal matter who the Arsenal coach will give a chance to the team in that game. Because remember Arsenal don't want to lose.

When a team is playing in 3 different competitions, you can't expect them to have games of 5-0 or whatever that commonly, they will relax and actively rest during the games if they are winning.

Yes I agree with you. For Arsenal, victory is certainly very important for them to get, even if only by a narrow score of 1-0. This victory makes Arsenal have locked a ticket to the next round in the Europa League. Arteta certainly doesn't want to focus on just one competency, so with this win one job is done (in the group stage) and Arteta will instruct his squad to focus on domestic competitions. The Gunners must really take advantage of all the matches at this time before entering a busy period in December which will certainly be very energy-consuming.

They dominate in terms of chances and possession so it is very natural that they managed to bring 3 points in this match.
Now Arsenal are quite comfortable at the top in the group stage and they have definitely qualified for the next round which of course makes the fans happy because they have waited a long time to see a moment like this.
A narrow victory at home for Arsenal is indeed a very important moment, because apart from Arsenal being able to ensure itself to qualify for the next round, PSV must also try to make itself qualify for the next round and I think PSV should also be able to do that because considering there are two the remaining matches and one of them is against Bodo/Glimt in which PSV must be able to win in order to qualify for the next round.
The second match will be held at PSV headquarters and this must be maximized well by them, but indeed looking at Arsenal's condition and seeing their first fight it seems revenge will still be difficult to happen.
It would be a different story if Arsenal played some of their reserves to rotate players.
I would be at stake but looking at the situation of the players that Arteta plays.

Arsenal played calmly yesterday as they are thinking about the weekend round of Premier League, they did not force themselves to keep the pressure on PSV,they thought we just need the three points here and if we get them without losing as much energy as possible it is going to be great for us and that is what happened yesterday night.

Arsenal just scored one goal and mostly controlled the game, they I think have saved a lot of energy for the upcoming Premier League game which they need to win at all costs in order to stay in the top position and with the same points difference from the followers.PSV tried their best but I think the difference in quality between the two teams is big enough and they cannot do anything more.
Scored one goal enough for Arsenal qualify to next round and keep lead as first standings awhile left 5 points from PSV, based on statistic although success with one goals scoring Arsenal dominance with ball possession and controlling 63% than PSV have 37%, another worth statistic Arsenal success made 25 shots with 8 shots on target, different with PSV have made 8 shots and only one shots on target.
PSV still have chance can qualify to next round trough play off if success finish at second position standing, left 3 points behind Bodø/Glimt just need to win one match later can settle under Arsenal position standings.

Maybe not mathematically but Arsenal have guaranteed the lead in the group if we look at it from a logical aspect. Because there is no way PSV are closing the gap of 5 points in only 2 matches. Maybe PSV might revenge this loss in their home match against Arsenal. But Arsenal should be able to defeat Zurich on the final match week and qualify as the leader anyway.

Arsenal has been doing good player management, I remember that in the last game they didn't put gabriel jesus, and some of their good players didn't start playing at the beginning of the game, but even so Arsenal won, Arsenal's coach has and I've been doing a good management of the players to avoid injuries and physical wear and with that he can connect with the premier league and also at the same time be at the top in the europe league. things have probably become closer for the arsenal in another phase because they will have to play against stronger teams, and playing against stronger teams wears out the players. Zurich has nothing left to fight, the arsenal can even play with non-main players to spare the main players and they will still win the game against Zurich

I bet on Arsenal to win this but I was really uncomfortable with the 1-0 score in the last moments.  Grin  I might prefer to bet on both teams to score next time as I guess that PSV would improve their performance against them in a home match. Arsenal would score again but they might not win because it is like they have nearly guaranteed the lead.

betting on BTTS in the next game can be risky, I doubt the Arsenal manager will place their best players knowing they are in a good position and also need to have all players in good shape for premier league games. so playing with B players and trying a draw will be the best option for the arsenal

Even though they only won with a narrow result, it seems that Arteta is quite happy and at the same time ensures his troops pass the next round safely.

He also did that in the last game, which proves that Arsenal's main focus is on the premier league and he doesn't want to risk losing players but at the same time they want to win the europe league. that means that in the next game he will put team B to play

Outstanding performance from Arsenal and finally they have managed to win in this match against PSV Eindhoven. I thought both team will be able to goal but Arsenal's defense line was so solid. Arsenal has played so good but they need to work in the finishing. Total 25 shots, 8 shots on target but only 1 goal. After all they are performing continuously.
The victory of Arsenal in today's game was expected since the beginning and they didn't fail they supporters. It would be even better if they were able to score more goals but even without that they almost secured a spot for the next stage without the hassle of play-offs.
It can be predicted before easily without any doubt, even if that's only with 1 goal and at least arsenal was winning the game. It doesn't matter how many goals already made by arsenal as long as team will win the match and that's the main target.
You can't win champion if you are not winning the game and so i personally think 1 goal is fine. Arsenal needs to get at least a single trophy
Yes, I agree with you that it doesn't matter how many goals the winner scored, the important thing is that they won this game. Arsenal had 25 shots, 8 of which were on target. PSV only had 4 shots. So the superiority of Arsenal in this match is obvious. Although I also thought they could score more than one goal.
Xhaka's second-half goal was enough for Arsenal to secure a fourth successive Europa League win this season to seal their place in the knockout stages. Arsenal's opener was well deserved after dominating the game, with the midfielder directing Tomiyasu's cross into the bottom corner.

What interests me is Arteta's comments in front of the media after the win, Arteta's success so far is the fruit of the love he has given to the players and this team, especially for Granit Xhaka who contributed goals in this match according to Arteta thanks to his persistence during training at Arsenal's training base, where he has gone through some tough times in his previous appearances.

Yeah, Arsenal dominated the whole game but couldn’t score much goals. This was a very good win. Arsenal now need to ensure that they top the group to avoid unnecessary play offs from the sparks dropping out of champions League. This will ensure Arsenal safe passage through to the next round. They can guarantee a top spot group finish with a point against PSV next week.

This match is in accordance with what I predicted in the previous post, The Gunner will only make a narrow 1-0 win or a draw.  placing several core players on the bench, quite influential on the style of play Arteta's troops in this match.

although the streets of the game Arsenal controlled ball possession.
however, it is not necessarily easy for them to score, especially in the first half. there are many opportunities they have, but they find it difficult to maximize every opportunity. after the entry of Martin Odegaard in the 67th minute, 3 minutes later the Gunners scored his goal in the 70th minute by Granit Xhaka.

Even though they only won with a narrow result, it seems that Arteta is quite happy and at the same time ensures his troops pass the next round safely.

Arsenal will surely finish top of the group, they are too strong for the other teams in that group, but i don't think Arteta is putting too much concentration to the Europa League, he can see that there is a chance now for Arsenal to win the premier league, so i think the longer the europa league competition goes, he is going to be giving few of his best players a rest when they are playing in it. But Arteta is a good manager and he bought many good players in the summer, so the club have a good depth, and every player has to perform when the club needs you, so i still feel that any player who represents Arsenal either in the premier league or europa league has to perform well, and most likely will.

Man U's game yesterday showed that their level of football is just right for the Europa League but not for the Champions League... They almost drew with Omonia, but that's not the worst thing... They should`ve never conceded a goal from Omonia, but they conceded not even one, but two... If they keep playing at this pace, they will be out of the league...

They will get better but not too fast as the fans expected
They are still not what we think they should have been but Ten Hag is a good Coach and should be supported
He is tactical and knows how to use those player's with time they will be in the level of Man City

I really do not agree with your opinion, for me the Dutchman is a person who does not know how to take advantage of his material, he may be very tactical but he does not fully use his intelligence, leaving such emblematic players sitting down on many occasions and not stars It is something very worthy, this is something that I would never agree with, if I have CR7 and Casemiro they are the players who will always be starters for me, and they would always have my total support, because I know that they could solve a game for me at any time, the fact that now I let him in is because of the enormous pressure and more because he is a technical director who does not even know what to say, when he said about CR7 it is total cynicism.

Even if Arteta fields his third eleven those player's are highly spirited they have no chill at the moment as you can see the desire in them wanting to win game's. PSV are good side's, very good with counter attack's if they don't handle the game well, PSV will capitalized on that and score goals. Former Man United player van Nistelrooy will face his old rival's can he handle the pressure when the Europa League resumes nest week
Okay maybe not that much Cheesy I get that Arsenal is doing awesome this year, and they are quite hyped, but I would say maybe a few players missing would be the best they could do.

Their biggest advantage is that other teams in the premier league that are their rivals for the title plays in UCL and care about UCL a lot more, City would want to win UCL more than winning EPL for example, whereas Arsenal would be happy to get Europa, but would prefer to get EPL instead, and that is why they will play their best 11 on EPL, whereas City would play the best on UCL, and this is why we could maybe see a shocking loss from Arsenal on Europa time to time, maybe even eliminated.

I very much agree with your statement, for me Arsenal has been very lively, they are very lively, the players have achieved important victories, and I think they are taking the direction that Arsenal should always have had, for me he is one of the best teams that have risen, with respect to Man City I think they have been much more concerned about the UCL, they really have a good advantage, however for me the PL is very important and for Pep Guardiola too, I think it is an opportunity for Pep to show his supremacy, just like he did in Spain when he had Barcelona in charge, those years were very exciting.

This is a well-deserved victory for Arsenal after dominating the match. Xhaka's goal has enabled Arsenal to secure their fourth consecutive win in the Europa League. This is a job well done for Arteta for building a formidable team that can beat any club whether big or small in any league.

The arsenal that is winning their matches now was once a club people despised before that can't win a common match but now the table has turned around to be much better than all their hater's clubs
They dominate in terms of chances and possession so it is very natural that they managed to bring 3 points in this match.
Now Arsenal are quite comfortable at the top in the group stage and they have definitely qualified for the next round which of course makes the fans happy because they have waited a long time to see a moment like this.

Well, things for Arsenal are going by word of mouth, there was a lot of speculation that against PSV they were going to stop their winning streak, and apparently Arsenal is unstoppable, we will have to see if PSV will play next week, n From my point of view, PSV did not do badly, of course it was evident that Arsenal was the best, it seems that all their players and the technical director are very motivated, when they try to do things well, things come out of the ordinary better, and I think that is what the technical director has done with his team, if they continue like this they will go much further and Arsenal is recovering its way of always showing that great football.
