There's a possibility Roma will lose, just like Bologna humiliating Roma in Stadio Olimpico. Bologna is a rising star team similar to Leverkusen, it's either Roma will lose or draw, high unlikely they will beat Leverkusen when they always evade to lose.

The first leg of the UEFA Europa League semi final tie between German champions Bayer Leverkusen and Italian club Roma will be played on Thursday at the Stadio Olympico and because of how impressive Bayer Leverkusen have been this season, many are of the opinion that it'll be very difficult to beat them. In the last 45 games that Bayer Leverkusen have played in all competitions, they've never conceded a defeat so it's absolutely understandable why majority of the people are backing them to beat AS Roma even when Leverkusen are playing away.
Xabi Alonso is one manager that's earned the respect of so many people because of how he's improved the team and now that his team have secured the league title and qualified to play in the final of the DFB-POKAL, adding the Europa League trophy will not be a bad idea so I expect them to go all out in that game

Defeating Leverkusen is something that I cannot say anything on, amd I still doubt if it will bepossie that it is Roma, De Rossi sqaud that will be able to break Leverkusen unbeaten record after all this long period of time.

This is why I think that Roma might end up drawing the game of Leverkusen winning the match. I am not underestimating Roma, but I must talk based on facts on ground. Roma current form is not in its best, and that might affect their performance in the match against Leverkusen, while Leverkusen is in their best form.

It is not only you, most people expect the same thing. Leverkusen vs AS Roma should be in the final round because they are the favorite teams to win the Europa league trophy. Sure, they must face one another in the current round, this can be a difficult match to predict. However, Leverkusen is still the most phenomenal team during this season. Even if AS Roma should have the chance to beat Leverkusen, but I think it is rather small chance. The most possible thing to happen is Leverkusen to defeat AS Roma. Leverkusen is still unbeaten in all competitions, they probably won't have a problem to beat AS Roma. Moreover Roma performance looked not really stable lately, they got a draw against Napoli and got a defeat against Bologna.

It's a tough game to predict as I am not sure what to expect from Roma. Leverkusen will play their high speed football and try to score at all cost. That's just how they work and they are not the kind of team that would try to play down the clock and take a draw. Roma, however, is probably going to adjust their game to whatever happens. If they score quite early in the game, I think they will try to slow down and destroy Leverkusen's game rather than focusing on their own game. If they could achieve a win with just a goal difference, they would definitely take it and play the typical Italian style in the second leg. Hopefully they don't score early as it's no fun to watch these games when Italian teams are parking the bus.

It’s funny seeing how you downgraded Roma in this match; it seems you see them as a team with hope against Leverkusen in this semifinal which I understand you, but you know that football can surprise us the some shocking results which Rome’s result might be among them because I still have hope in them.

Atalanta is my favorite in the match because eliminating Liverpool is not an easy task and it has given them more hope in the game against Marseille.

Honestly I'm not expecting Roma to lose tomorrow. Most people would favour Leverkusen but I still think Roma won't lose home in the 1st leg. De Rossi's arrival has started to change things for Roma. They are stronger and especially in home matches I have really liked their performance so far. Even against Xabi Alonso's team I think De Rossi won't be losing already.

But for the second leg I wouldn't have the same opinion. I already favour Leverkusen to advance to the final. But I just expect a tough challenge before that. 

For now I think AS Roma has experienced a decline in performance and thus, then I think AS Roma no longer has a chance to be able to beat Bayer Leverkusen. Because after all, the reality is that Bayer Leverkusen is still very consistent with its unbeaten record and therefore, of course, Bayer Leverkusen will still have a very good chance in the semifinal match in the Europa League against AS Roma. while Atalanta in the last 5 games have managed 3 wins, 1 draw and only 1 defeat and still have a good chance of getting a place in next season's European Champions League. so the only thing that I suspect led the bookmakers to place balanced odds on this game is the fact that Marsella are very strong when they play at home, in the last games in which Marsella played at home, they had few defeats, and Atalanta will need to be careful in this game. I still see Atalanta coming out of this game with victory if they play well like they did in the game against Liverpool

I appreciate your optimism regarding As Roma in this match, maybe it could happen if the goddess of luck sides with As Roma in this match, however, in my opinion, in the few times I have seen As Roma play in the Domestic League, it seems that they always have difficulty in several matches that As Roma plays in  Serie A, does not intend to bring down or underestimate the game and compare it with Leverkusen, on the other hand we both know that Leverkusen's strength is very strong, they have not experienced defeat in the Domestic League and the game that Leverkusen played was very beautiful and almost perfect, even though they came as guests at  the first leg is not likely enough that As Roma will be able to overthrow Leverkusen easily, it is very clear that the games played by As Roma and Leverkusen are very different from their visitors, so As Roma will most likely experience a narrow defeat at home or worse, they will experience defeat with a score  big.

Let's wait, follow the developments and enjoy when the semifinal match is held. of the two matches that were held, it seems that AS Roma vs Leverkusen was a more interesting match than the Marseille vs Atalanta match. referring to the temporary betting market, bookmakers do not provide too different a difference for each team that will compete. I honestly was shocked when I saw Atalanta won 3-0, because NOBODY in the world that we can't really predict that type of thing which is why I believe that we are going to end up with a greater result. I mean think about it, it is Atalanta, who would have guessed that they would be able to beat a team like Liverpool.

However, to be fair we are seeing Liverpool end up being third in premier league, so it is not really that easy to make sure that they are doing well, they have lost so many points in the premier league as well, so it is not just the Atalanta game that they lost to. I think that seems like we are seeing them not do all that well, so it is not really that clear how they are going to do in the end. We should probably consider them not doing all that well all together and not just here.

The match against Roma will of course be a difficult match for Leverkusen in the Europa League, but it does not seem that it will reduce the chances of Leverkusen can win over Roma in the semifinals later, Roma revival with De Rossi is of course very worthy get of our recognition because indeed De Rossi is able to make Roma better than Mourinho, but even so of course Roma also still have weaknesses that Alonso may have known and of course Alonso will take advantage of that for get win.

I agree if you say Leverkusen are a little weak in their defence as seen in the last few games, but the sharpness of the front line that Leverkusen has certainly been able to cover up those weaknesses so far and the proof is that when they fall behind but Leverkusen are able to make a comeback, I think Alonso is not the type of coach who likes to underestimate opponents all this time and that is why Leverkusen are able to maintain their unbeaten record because it is Alonso It will make every game like a final and of course spark the motivation of the players to be able to win every game they have this season.

Of course, everyone will consider Leverkusen as the strongest candidate to win the Europa League. About Marsella and Atalanta nothing to say, in the end Atalanta is gonna be in the final, Marseille is a shit team ,and they dont have any mental strengh.
