Xavi Alonso is doing absolutely great and I am surprised that he hasn't dropped momentum till now. Does it mean his players doesn't get injured? A club doesn't remain so much consistent unless a big club that has good squad depth like Manchester City and Real Madrid. I am surprised what Alonso is doing with Leverkusen.

Talking about the Europa League. The two outstanding clubs are Liverpool and Bayern Leverkusen. But it might be disappointing that these two might not meet at the finals but there's a great possibility that one will get to the final. That is how Europa League always happen. I remember the season everyone anticipated Barcelona - Manchester United finals in the Europa league and it unfortunately didn't happen. This might also not happen.

Overall I agree with the list of teams you compiled and it looks very realistic with their current performance. Regarding the Roma versus Brighton match, in my opinion De Rossi squad now has good capital ahead of the match, the Serie A representatives managed to achieve a big win in their domestic competition. Brighton felt the opposite, De Zerbi squad suffered a bitter defeat today in the EPL. But it could be that the two teams performed with different performances in the Europa League, but in my opinion Roma are now in their best form after being taken over by De Rossi.

On the other hand, Leverkusen is a phenomenal team among all the other contestants, because Xabi Alonso squad has never tasted defeat so far. Xabi Alonso is certainly required to be able to balance his team in all competitions, especially in the Bundesliga which is now his main priority. Leverkusen and Liverpool are the teams most talked about who will be able to reach the final round, in my opinion they really deserve to meet in the final. Milan also cannot be ignored, they have a good history in European competitions.

The chances of Leverkusen and Liverpool meeting before the finals isn't looking to me like something that will actually happen, rather I think they are going to .wet in the finals because both teams has got other teams they are to face before they proceed to the next stage of the competition before thinking of getting to the finals, and if both team happen to get to the finals it's definitely going to indeed be an very interesting game to watch and may most likely end in a penalty shoot out because both teams will not be willing to let the other win easily, as with Liverpool they are trying to win this as the only opportunity they will be having with their Coach who will be leaving by the end of the season a d then it also happens that in a long time they may not be at the Europa again except they will crash out of the champions league to the Europa but then Liverpool has not been known to crash out to Europa from the champions league

Leverkusen has already got some level of assurance with the fact that they may be most likely going to win the bundesliga of which if they win that before the finals of the Europa it's going to be a determining factor of their performance in the Europa finals as their desperation may reduce because they have already gotten a trophy in their name but Liverpool is very much in need to win this as it's a rare opportunity.

Most likely, we will never see clubs like that in the finals or the two of them in the finals, the end is not so predictable at this point in time now.

Liverpool. These are some of these clubs who are strong. The fight between As Roma and Brighton this round would be tougher than expected, I would love to see whoever wins proceeding to the finals.

Xabi Alonso had too much game's to play most importantly is the game against European Europa League sides. I feel like he should push all of his focus towards winning the German Bundesliga League Competition after all these hardwork.

The Europa League knockout round play offs was an encouraging game outcome for a couple of teams considering that they had to struggle through from the group stages and even were able to advance to the next stage of the competition. Well everyone knew it'd be tough for most teams as they were striving to have a meaningful outcome but only a few could be victorious. Sadly for Lens, Rennes, Toulouse from the French Ligue 1, yes they did their best to stay in the competition and they made meaningful impacts so far in their domestic league games and even in the Europa league but just a little goal margin they weren't able to cover up costed then their advancement.

 Even though accepting the fact that their opponent wasn't as easy for them, they still tried to stay in the competition both in the first and second legs too. The qualified teams though definitely earned it and it's something to be proud of as I'm even as the game and tournament's tempo was high, they didn't bulge or shrink in performance. This only means that the advanced teams would have an extra job to do to be meaningful as every advancement stage means a tougher battle ahead.

 These teams have all time being best and epic in their respective leagues which also earned them the qualification ticket too, as in the UCL, the UEL is another European contest umbrella that's tough and has a lot of competition in it. One would sit back being patient to predict the winner of the tournament as jumping into predictions now will be risky. These teams left are tough and won't take the tournament easy on themselves. Every team wants to come out victorious, so no one can actually place how much intensity each team would bring to the pitch on matchday.

Of course, if Liverpool faces Leverkusen in the semifinals, then only one of the two teams will advance to the final round. Many hope that the two favorite teams can face each other in the final, but AC Milan and AS Roma have the potential to also advance to the final. I agree that Liverpool really deserves to win the trophy, because they have better and more balanced players in the squad. But Leverkusen is a dark horse that deserves respect, with their unbeaten record in all competitions.

Talking about who will make it to the final, it is probably difficult to predict, but talking about the candidates who will win the UEL title this season, Liverpool most likely have a very good chance because currently they are still fine, they don't have any problems with their players, only Mohamed Salah. Recently he has been absent frequently due to injury and I hope that when the UEL matches start again he can maintain his physical condition until the final round.

The potential for these two to meet in the final seems only a small possibility in my opinion, but if that happens then we will see a fierce match and as you said maybe the match will not end in the 90th minute of normal time, so far both teams are still fighting in the 16th round is big and the opportunity for both teams to continue to the next round is very wide open because both of them are facing weak teams, namely:  Sparta Prague vs Liverpool and Qarabag vs Leverkusen, I personally am quite confident that Leverkusen can win easily over Sparta, while Liverpool will also have no difficulty to eliminate Qarabag from the European League this season, because the two have previously met in the  group phase and Leverkusen managed to beat Qarabag in those two matches.

About the chances of the teams meet  in the European League final, I tend to see Milan meeting either one team betwen Liverpool or Leverkusen in the final, so far Milan performance is still quite good in the European League after they were relegated from the Champions League this season, apart from that, Milan experience maybe it's still better than Leverkusen and on par with Liverpool when they play in European competitions so far, that's why I said above that there is a small possibility that we will see Leverkusen and Liverpool meet in the final, but whichever club will enter the final later of course, we really hope that the final match will be very exciting and that both teams will have equal strength.

Leverkusen and Liverpool are currently favorites for supporters but we have to be careful because Milan has quite good experience and with experience like this Milan could surprise everyone by appearing in the final round because Milan is currently in a very consistent condition even though only in 3rd place in the series standings but Milan cannot be underestimated either.
but if it is possible that Milan fails and only Liverpool and Leverkusen will be able to reach the final round, I will choose Leverkusen as the european League title holders this season.

AS Roma did seem to find a new rhythm post-Mourinho, which makes me wonder how his departure affected them. According to my observations, Mourinho led Roma to the UEFA Conference League title and Europa League final. These accomplishments show that Mourinho can still lead teams to European prominence despite recent losses. But I believe that his methods and management style may not work for every club at every time.

You're partly right about Mourinho going to Saudi Arabia. He may start over with his name and experience valued. I dont see a manager of his calibre leaving European football just yet. De Rossi has revitalised Roma, especially in Serie A, impressively. His turnaround skills demonstrate his management capability. Like you, Im cautiously excited about their Europa League chances.

If the two teams meet in final, it will still end like the way Liverpool beat Chelsea to lift the trophy in the FA cup, but I know it will not be easy for Liverpool to beat Leverkusen with many goals but the game will end up with 1:0 for Liverpool to lift the trophy.

Liverpool is leading in the premier league competition and Leverkusen is displaying excellent performance in the Bundesliga, which are some of the things that made many people to rate the two teams among the strong teams that will battle for final, but Liverpool will win the trophy.

It's all clubs with the history in the europa league. Liverpool has been favored caused by this club is quite consistent in winning europa league a few years ago. It seems like that leverkusen has lower odds caused by that factor. I don't even see a sense factor other than the history of club in the europa league.
There are some players are still playing for liverpool that won last europa league trophy like salah. The odds will be even lower for leverkusen if it keeps consistent to win any games easily till the final. I think that acmilan's performance is not that good this season.

There will be so many surprises and yeah roma as runner up last season is not even entering the top clubs being favored to win the game. It's crazy to see that leverkusen and liverpool are not leading the top clubs to win europa league this season.

Who knows if milan will able to win the europa league this season. Nothing impossible in the football, we have so many stories the club that played worst in the domestic league could win UEFA champion league. The same rules can also happen in europa league as well.

I have my choice for liverpool. I don't mind other club to win europa league other than liverpool. Leverkusen is still remain the second strongest after liverpool but it didn't have good history in the europa league.
Im guessing that the odds for the winner will be even lower when we will be heading toward the final of europa league.

If Leverkusen and Liverpool meet in the final, it will be the toughest match this season. Equations and statistics suggest that these two teams will face each other in the final, but if we look at the most competitive matches in the Europa League, it will be Liverpool and Leverkusen. If the performance in Bundesliga or English Premier League is considered then I would say Leverkusen is performing better than Liverpool. Bundesliga has tough opponents yet Leverkusen are not dropping points in any match but they are fighting back and gaining points. This team has enough fighting spirit and from that mentality I think Liverpool and Leverkusen will have a tough fight.

It cannot be denied that Leverkusen and Liverpool this season have slightly better quality compared to the other teams remaining in the Europa League this season, but what you have to remember is that in the Europa League it is very difficult to predict because there are so many surprises that occur. in this competition so this season also has the potential for something like that to happen.

These given odds look to be fitted with my thinking too but I know football is sometimes not logic and chances are in hands of Leverkusen and AC Milan.

Truthfully I don't think much thing has changed for Roma since Mourinho left. I just don't see any big improvement in their game. They are still weak in defense line. Teams with big scoring capabilities can easily score multiple goals against them. Brighton are definitely one of such teams. If you keep up with the Premier League you would understand what I mean. 

I remember Brighton scoring 4 goals against Tottenham for example. They really have capable scorers. De Rossi had better focus on their defending more.

When it comes to my opinion on which side to advance I'm favouring Brighton in this. 

Milan has the biggest odds between Leverkusen and Liverpool, meaning its chances of winning the Europa League title are quite small because Milan's performance is still a little doubtful, although it doesn't rule out the possibility that they are still in a fairly safe ranking, namely the top 3, but other candidates such as Leverkusen and Liverpool are at the top of the standings in their respective leagues so it is only natural that their chances are greater. Both of their performances this season have been very good, being able to overcome quite tough obstacles when facing the defending champions, such as when Liverpool faced Manchester City and Leverkusen faced Bayern Munich and they were able to show that Their current performance is very impressive.
