As it stand now, AC Milan are well organized to use any kind of tactics to achieve victory from their opponent and, I don't think Rennes have such players that can stop AC Milan strikers not to do what they love how to do very well in any competition. Rennes can secure a goal in this game but it will not be easy for them to take the full 3 points from this game because, AC Milan have solid defenders and midfielders which will be AC Milan back bone in this game to take victory from Rennes to stand on a good chance to qualify for the next stage.

I think there is a significant difference in quality between Atalanta and Leverkusen, Atalanta was a little lucky to join a team whose quality was below them and even then they did not get maximum results and also we can see the performance of the Atalanta team in their domestic league matches, now Atalanta is only in 7th position in the Serie A standings and also if you look at their team's game, they are not that strong.
And this is in contrast to Leverkusen, who are currently unbeaten in all the competitions they have played, this is an extraordinary team this season, they are very strong and also very consistent.

AC Milan is a bigger club with bigger history than Rennes but in only two matches, they can have troubles against Rennes. We must take into account unstable performances of AC Milan in this season which cost them a second position in their Champions League group and finally they dropped to Europa League with play-off matches.

You also say Rennes can not be underestimated and with this, Rennes have enough power and chance to beat predictions skew on AC Milan as a winner in this play-off pair.

AS Roma and Feyenoord are very sticky with each other in three latest seasons. One Conference League final match, Roma won and took the title. Two Europa League quarter finals, Roma won and moved to the final match. And now, in this season, they again will meet each other in Europa League but much sooner than the last season.

Roma look to be stronger than themselves in the past season with Lukaku at their front line and they can beat Feyenoord more easily than the past season when they nearly lost it before Dybala found an equalizer for Roma.

Atlanta is unpredictable team which is having bad time in Serie A, but their performance in Europa League is impressive so any prediction about them is surely not easy, but Bayer Leverkusen is surely one of the best team in Bundesliga which is leading the league table as well, so things are looking impressive for them, and we can expect good performance from them in coming rounds as well which will watchful for the soccer fans.

Galatasaray - Sparta Prague, hmm... It is actually a good matchup for us against Sparta Prague.

I was hoping to see one of Sparta Prague - Qarabag - Toulouse trio as our competitor in last 32 and thankfully we got just the kind of a draw I wished for. It was relieving to see stronger teams like Roma were gone at the beginning of the draw already.

We should be able to advance from this round easily honestly. I don't want to disrespect Sparta Prague of course but we are normally a way better team than them.

Maybe Sparta Prague are doing very well in their local league but this is the Europa League. There is a big quality difference between these 2 teams.

Probably, it's the time for feyenoord to do revenge against roma. I think that feye has learned a lot when it was losing against roma in the conference league final. Roma is not that strong but it's still good enough to win the europa league. I would not call that roma as a strong team caused by slavia praha is still even stronger than it but roma is having mourinho on its side and he will be doing everything to make sure his team is going to win the game.

It's time for feyenoord to show up against roma. Yet it was playing in UCL but the result was not that good caused by feyenoord was always losing against other clubs.
That's also the main reason feyenoord goes down to the europa league. Roma is likely winning the match.

Yes indeed, based on their head to head record so far, that AS Roma has better results than Feyenoord. Also, at least Feyenoord always failed to eliminate AS Roma in previous matches as you said too. Although it is basically at this moment also Feyenoord is a team that played in the Champion League before.
